They got me out of a dellima when nobody else would.

We went in for a quote on fixing the left headlight, replacing the battery and checking for a possible wheel misalignment because the car starts shaking at 70 mph. We left with a new battery and a bill for $600 that included a battery and diagnostics.I regret not going to the Audi dealership. They would have charged $300 for the new battery (I know because I called them) and the diagnostics is free.I ended up paying $75 to fix my headlight (it was a damaged ballast) at a different place.To add insult to injury, the lady owner added a surcharge to my bill because we paid with a credit card and explained that she had to charge me what the credit card company charged her.Worst place ever - Im posting their quote and invoice for everyone to be warned.

They really do high quality work. You wont regret taking your vehicle to them for the bodyshop, mechanical work, tune ups, minor or major work. Honest and reasonable prices.

I was interested in an out of state car, 2018 BMW M3 (I live in Boston) and made an appointment with Braman to do a pre purchase inspection. They told me they can do it for $289, told me what it covers and doesnt cover, what the service entails etc.I scheduled the work with them on Monday, flew out on friday just for them to tell me in person that they dont do that sort of thing. The seller even had his car serviced there before so they should be familiar with it and have a history. Still a no go. The seller was great and looked up another shop and we found Bimmer Shop. I really wish we went here first!Super friendly and accommodating. They were completely booked but understood my situation and fit me in at 3pm. Once we came back Juan fully explained everything to me and was more thorough than I expected. I honestly dont think Braman would have done as good of a job.Their prices were reasonable and they really saved the day. I dont live down here but if i did, I know where i would be getting my BMW serviced.

Took it for a quick inspection today and they provided me with everything I wanted to know and then some. Extremely knowledgable and fair pricing. The owner and his wife running the shop are extremely kind and honest, which is rare to find when talking about mechanics. This is coming from an E30 owner as well.. Ive owned my Bimmer for almost 3 years and this is the best shop Ive taken it to by far. I would highly recommend.

Very professional and thorough. Got my 01 X5 worked on there back in October 2016 and havent had any issues yet with my vehicle. I would highly recommend this garage and the prices are far less than the dealership.

$$$ Be wary of the diagnostics, $150 for 10 min of labor. Waste of money, go on amazon or ebay spend half on something that connects to your phone, and get to the chase. Know whats wrong whenever any light pops on and tell them this is wrong, i dont need Diagnostics.Theyll tell you its less than the dealer but theres tons of mechanics that dont charge for that, only actual labor.

My car runs better than ever, major work was done for my 328i at Bimmer Shop. . Grateful to find a place that finishes their work and takes care of what is needed. Dont waste your time at dealerships. Highly Recommend.

I was involved in a car accident over a month ago. I went to them since they are specialist on BMW. I had advised how I was previously ripped off by a body shop so I took my car to them to repair my car MECHANICALLY (transmission, fuses, sensors, misfire...) They charged the insurance $3,066.74 to change the muffler and 1 engine mount. Once again my car was not fixed mechanically. When I called insurance to figure out what was going on and why my car had not been fixed/or drive-able, the insurance advised that report was from the shop. The insurance did not pay for the repairs of the car. I picked up the car and while I was getting the receipt, I am told that the $119.00 of the diagnostic of the car was only the computerized diagnose, the vehicle still needed to be checked. My battery got ruined due to the accident and the shop told me, in order to get an accurate diagnostic I needed to purchase a new battery ($479 - while in Braman BMW $389), they didnt even bill the insurance for the battery. Even after buying the battery, they still did not provide me with the full diagnosis. I got screwed over really bad, currently without a car, and the shop still received all their money. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Do not go here. Lost coolant due to a leak. They told me i needed to replace my whole cooling system. Over $2000. Had car towed to honest shop and they said it just needed a radiator everything else was fine. So beware they are just trying to take your money.

Dont waste your time and money. These guy are a bunch of idiots. They dont know what they are doing. They just want to steal your money. I spent like $500 there and they never fixed anything. Believe me. Dont go to that place. Your are gonna lose your money.

Had an accident took my car to this store and it was the worst experience ever. Bad customer service, bad communication. She never called me not even once to update me. I had to go every other day, she gave me expensive part prices and when I asked why they refused to continue fixing the car. The price of the estimate keep changing every time I ask for one. the lady who works there understand nothing about cars and she doesnt cooperate at all. Dont go there

I trust this shop like its a doctor for my car. I found it by having it towed from the thieves around the corner at Braman. The per hour labor rate is half of Braman and charge you half as many hours. One time, the Bimmer shop tracked down additional documentation so that my extended warranty company would pay for the entire repair. I dont think you find that level of customer service in many auto repair shops. On top of it all, the staff is friendly, experienced and our very good about explaining the repairs that need to be made. The prices are so good that I even do my oil changes here. Top notch!

Went to change a lightbulb on my 328. $97.As Im driving home at night, I notice that the mechanic left the headlight completely out of alignment. After much discussion --in which one of the mechanics even said that it was probably BMWs fault and that it had been that way since 2009 in spite of my telling him 10 times that I had never had a blown bulb before-- the supposedly aligned it.Driving home tonight, the mechanic then knocked the high beam out of alignment. Their work is beyond shoddy. They dont even have the proper equipment to align headlights (they used a garage door), their attitude is absolutely negative and the quality of their work is bestially bad.

I recently had my BMW 328 coupe repaired by Bimmershop (coolant, spark plugs, etc.) and I must say that I am highly satisfied. The personalized service I received from Amelia/Ana and cost of the repairs were incomparably better than that of a major dealership, such as Braman BMW, for example.They were open about everything, gave me different options, and explained the different aspects of the repairs contained within the quote. After the repairs were made, I even had the chance to speak with the mechanic Jaime (and another whose name I dont recall) so they could actually show me the parts they replaced and patiently explain the whole process to me, as I asked my questions. They were really friendly and masters of their craft. This experience was new to me, as I previously only dealt with major dealerships where you are not allowed to go the back. Therefore, I really appreciated the transparency of my visit. At a dealership, you receive the quote, supposedly have your vehicle worked on, but theres always a doubt regarding what was really done to your vehicle. You pay lots of money for any kind of work and then find out that you have to be back at same place a month later to deal with it all over again because something was not done properly or something new came up (this has happened to me and lots of people I know, unfortunately).Overall, I am really glad that I found Bimmershop and will continue to take my vehicle there in the future for any servicing/repair needs. I recommend this shop to anyone that doesnt want to deal with lengthy waits, stressful sales like experiences with service reps. and to anyone that is just looking for a reliable car shop with good service. Thats tough to find in Miami.Thanks Bimmershop!

What a bunch of idiots. preying on people who do not have knowledge about their cars. i am a mechanic in chicago trying to get my brothers car fixed in miami. for a transmission oil change and new lines i was quoted a ridiculous amount of $950 which is 3-4 times what it should really cost. stay clear from these CROOKS!!!!!!!

They have an extremely emaciated guard dog that they lock up in a aluminum shelter in the sun during the day, this is true ,not a Hollywood story. It is SICK and hidden until closing. . . they are claiming its oldLast time. Checked just because a living thing us old doesnt mean it has to be a walking carcasses, does anyone feel me?? Lets close this case!

Took a car here to be diagnosed and they dont even know what there doing and you cant even call to talk to a tech you get stuck with the idiot behind the counter
