People at work told me about these guys, and I decided to check them out.Unfortunately I didn’t get the tires I wanted from them at the time because they didn’t have them in stock, but their price for them was very similar to the on-line price which was the lowest (if they would had have them in stock, I would have gotten them from them even for a just a few bucks more as I like to support local businesses)They gave me a great price for mounting, road force balancing, and alignment. Their equipment is the latest, and staff very friendly. I was in and out relatively fast. I’m glad I came to them when I got my tires, and will definitely recommend them in the future.If you visit them, don’t forget to TIP your techs if you experience the same level of service!

Their super clean shop also has all the latest equipment.Not only did they beat every price out there for the tire I wanted, but they also aligned and balanced my tires.Albeit that after I left the shop, my car continued to vibrate and I could not figure out why. Ian had me come back and they Road Force Balanced my tires (a process which is more time consuming and more expensive). We found that one of the tires was defective. Not their fault at all but the manufacturer of the tire. All in all, we were able to narrow down the problem and find a solution.No matter what it takes, Ian will make it right! Thanks again!

Went for a tire change and rotation this morning. I always come here and the service is usually great as well as the prices. Unfortunately today the service was terrible. There was a man in red nike flip flops working on our truck that had an awful attitude and was aggressive and extremely argumentative. Thankfully another employee came to diffuse the situation. I’m sorry but if you’re in customer service there’s no need for that kind of attitude.

I’ve been buying tires here for the longest but they’re now two different shops (Paul Tire’s Services & Paul Tire’s Pros) my experience with Paul Tire’s Pros wasn’t the best, my car is low and they didn’t seem to care about it and didn’t treat it with care and hit my bumper in one of the ramps, really dissatisfied.

It took forever to get my tires installed. First I phone called to make sure they had my tires ready, however it was like the first time they had an order from tirebuyer.com. The receptionist called her manager to get knowledge about this type of deals. When I got there, they make me feel like the undesirable customer for not buying the set of tires from them, having me waiting almost an hour before they even took my request to the shop. When I finally got the car into the shop, it took about 15 minutes to get my tires out of the rack to hand them to the technician. Then they took 1 and half hours to do the 4 tires installation. In addition to that, it took 30 more minutes for the alignment.My experience was awful.Retrospectively, I infer that they dont want people to save some bucks buying parts online. They are the middleman, and their profit is in jeopardy with websites as tirebuyer.com offering great deals and rebates from manufacturers.Understanding customers needs for saving money is important too, right?

So I came to this place to change my tires, great price and service at first. They take my car to the back and start to replace the tires. Like in 15 minutes one of the operators from the back came looking for me to show me something, he said that the sensor inside one of my tires was broken inside the tire and I need to replace that ,which wasnt true because I have no lights on, so I have to tell everyone including the owner that the sensor was fine. After half hour and the manager of the shop gives me a hard time, he accept to put a new sensor because everyone knows that the 18 years old guy who install my tire, broke the sensor. This is not the end, after they put the new sensor the light still on, they never found the problem and send me back with the light on and tell me that in 10 miles the light should disappear. I drove the car for over 10 miles and nothing happened, so I came back. After another hour they cant find the problem and keep telling me that the light was something that was already on, to avoid responsibility. I left and they forgot to unplug the computer scan of my car so they call me and want me to come back to bring the piece back... Are you serious? Anyway, if you dont want a big problem dont go here!!! The light still on after a week and I dont know how much money I will need to fix this problem that they cause. This is not fear. I guess this is the way they do business...

Super quick

Biggest thing in the tire market is when a company allows you to negotiate and works with you. There is plenty of competition, but the facility (check out the garage) and customer service was excellent. Make sure to have patience as everyone is always looking for a good deal, but this company went above and beyond to make me a happy customer.

Was quite disappointed with Pauls Tires. Bought 4 brand new FIRESTONE tires there 2 months ago, because my son and wife recommended them to me. Not even 2 months after, one of my tires popped....literally popped, thought it was a shot. I had Road Assistance change my tire and put it in the back of my SUV and I took it to Pauls the following day. They told me Firestone Tires did not have manufacturer warranty. Pauls charged me $105.00 for a new tire, I only had them on for 2 months. I purchased 4 brand new Firestone tires in March, they should have at least taken into consideration that I bought the 4 tires and saw the tire was popped, NO NAILS....nothing. I called them to advise them I had spoken to Firestone and I put a claim and that FIRESTONE does give manufacturer guarantee. I spoke to the buyer of FIRESTONE and BRIDGE STONE tires at Pauls and he advised me he was going to take a look at the tire, but the tire had a nail, then he said it was slashed and I told him that was not true because the tire was changed and my spare tire was put on by a Dept. of Transportation Road Assistance Employee, and he advised me the tire exploded and there was no nail. OK who is lying and who is not. The truth of the matter is if I am a customer of Pauls, have the courtesy of helping a single woman, which knows nothing of tires and help me out. I spent almost $500.00 on 4 new tires, so this should not have happened but since it popped, I shouldnt be held responsible!Honestly, if I would have known that Firestone Tires had no manufacturers guarantee, I would have never put on Firestone Tires, which originally the SUV came with Continental tires! I just think it was really unfair for me to have to pay $105.00 for a tire that blew up 2 months after I purchased all 4. Of course it is easier to say you must purchase another tire and charge me $105.00. Now 3 days later, Pauls Tire is going to examine the tire to see what they can do!!! Now FIRESTONE Corporation, will investigate and see what the buyer from Pauls Tires decides if the tire had a nail, someone slashed it or that it popped. I believe there best shot was to tell me 3 days later that it had a nail or someone slashed it, but they said none of these happened that since it popped I could have traveled with the tire flat and it slashed...this is the new version. After 3 days, Pauls would still have the tire in there shop?? Of course they can get any other tire now and said it belonged to my SUV!!! But of course they are going to say anything in order not to refund me my money for the tire I had to buy!!! Totally abusive...

These people stole my money more specific the owner Carlos. He commands his vendors to tell you one thing and then he decides to do something else because he is the owner. I spent almost 600 bucks in new tires and alignments and when was my time for the free rotation ( for what I paid for) He decided that I have to pay for what I already have paid, just that simple! 20 dollars thats what a customers satisfaction is worthy for this guy. Customer over 10 years. Always get the tires Im looking for. Only once did I wait for next day delivery for 2 Nitto NT420s because of a rare size. They also price matched so I got a great deal. Im here now waiting on 4 Michelin Defenders to be installed and I got an even better deal than I researched online. I didnt mention they were about $20 more somewhere else per tire. One other thing I will say is- my GO-TO guy Rei is worth a million bucks. He goes out of his way to give me his knowledge and advice every purchase. He makes the experience the best it could be for me, as a customer that knows how important it is to have the best tires you can on your ride- always! Thanks!

After buying a new Benz and needing tires for some aftermarket rims, I texted him. It was probably over a year and he responded immediately. Went in for a tire change on my vehicle and there was a misunderstanding with regards to pricing. My tires were changed and I left the premise rather upset. A short while later, I received a phone call from the owner, concerned about my experience and what had transpired. He listened to my concerns, remedied the situation, and put the steps in place so the problem does not happen again. This owner did exactly what I would have done to one of my customers and done right by them. The differences in money is not something that is of significance in my case. Its the customers experience that is important to me and to this business owner as well. He addressed it as a professional with the customers interest in mind; and that is what good business people do. I will continue to bring my business to Pauls Tires (as I have before) and recommend them not because the owner remedied the situation, but because he cares about his customers as I do and that is a GREAT business model. I initially reported a critical review of Pauls Tires. The owner, Ian, contacted me and gave me a chance to explain the situation which had occurred, affirming that the customer is important. He immediately took steps to rectify the situation, even offering situation related assistance at the companys cost. He was able to refer me to someone who could help with the work I needed done that is not available at his shop. The problems I had with this company were most certainly caused by a specific employee and did not truly reflect the companys way of doing business. I am very pleased with the result of my interactions with Ian and the responsiveness of the company once the issue was brought to his attention.

I was on the site to buy some tires and very good attention, in the part of the workshop I did not like the person who worked the car very badly and looked drugged, it does not seem to me that where there is so much responsibility there are people so working attention the customer must come first

DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE! They contract some rinky dink service place next door to install/align/balance etc. and they don’t use the correct tools! They used a 7/8 imperial wrench instead of metric and Stripped the nut so system cannot be aligned. A tire savings has cost me more than getting the work done at a reputable place! Now I need to replace my cars tie rod!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Had a blow out on my way home from work and since they were close to replacement I started shopping around. Prices range from $170.00-$209.00 per tire. I was able to get all four new tires for half the price and the service is very good. Well worth the drive from Boynton Beach to save over $300.00.

This place is awful a waste of time and money. They did the bait and switch on me quoting me Good year eagle tires and when Im about to sign the bill it said good year assurance which are crap. I bought the good year eagle at a premium just because I wanted to get this over with it was holiday season I didnt feel like going anywhere else . Got them installed when Im driving on the highway my car is shaking went back they balanced my tires I noticed they only did the front when I asked due to my tire balancing ignorance they said only the front tires are necessary. When on the highway the same exact shaking . I went to a different tire shop and payed for tire balancing on four tires and drove great after that. This place is a dedicated tire shop and from sale to installation they screwed up , I hope they dont start doing oil changes.

I saved a lot of money by buying and installing my 4 brand new Michelin tires at Pauls Tires. Also,I went next store to install my tires and they also aligned my car. The equipment they used was the most modern equipment. I was treated very nicely. I did not wait long since they had the tires in stock. Another plus is Pauls Tires is pet friendly. I brought my dog with me - since Pedro my dog- is my companion. He was also given a dog biscuit. Ask Ian for a dog biscuit if you bring your dog.The whole experience I had at Pauls tires made me feel very good. Everyone was very friendly and they all appreciated the business. I will send all of my co-workers to Pauls Tires since I saved a lot of money. I did my homework before I went to Pauls Tires. Altogether, I saved over two hundred dollars. Plus, they aligned my car perfectly. A very smooth ride since I put nitrogen in my tires. They have been around many years and still take care of their customers. When they told me the service was done (I already paid before they took my car to the back to service it ) I decided to check the tires . They forgot to rotate the tires . The gentleman said because of the inconvenience they will rotate my 4 tires for free . When thats done , Ill update this review with 5 stars.

The worst tire business experience. They give an estimate by phone for everything included and when I arrive to install my tires they charge me extra $60 for alignment... There is not any confusion because I asked by phone if alignment its included in the estimate and the answer was yes. This place it is not a trust business, so be careful, there are a lot of better places.

I went to this place recently as I saw they have good reviews… I spent over $700 on new tires to then realize that they scratched all four of my rims in the process. This is very disappointing. I approached the manager there and he did nothing. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they don’t take actions for these mistakes and its hundreds of dollars spent at a time. The manager took no fault or concern for my situation and I ended up losing value on my rims. I wish they would have handled this differently as it was their fault.

I took my BMW to get two tires, good price. During the installation the mechanic informs me that I need to get brake pads in the front and in the back. I only bought the front brakes and this has been about three weeks and my car does not stop making noise when braking. I took it back a week later, and now the noise is worse. And there is nothing they can do about it. I will never go back there again. Sometimes saving the extra buck isn’t worth it, and this was definitely one of those times.

Professional, friendly and fair price

Great prices and friendly people but the service is horrible. They changed out my tires on a 2 year old car and ended up scratching every single rim. They denied it was them, but on a car that never been curb rash and recently washed a few days before change the tire out. I can tell you it was them and there machine. If you care about your shiny new rim dont take it to them. Just buy the tire and take it some where else.

I went to get my tires rotated, oil change, and to change a motor mount. The problem I had was that the hood would not open. At first they said I had to take it to a body shop to have it opened. Thankfully though, Raul took it upon himself to not give up and he eventually opened it. After that everything I needed was completed, very professional staff, and as well as very reasonable prices.

Unreliable, over-priced, poor Customer service. Everytime I have gone here to get service they lose a lugnut from my rim. The last time I came here the gentleman working my car smeared black pitch all along the beige interior. Furthermore, when getting four new tires they gave me 1/4 tires from a low grade Chinese brand. This is obviously not what I paid for. The floor manager is extremely rude and obviously does not care for his clients and doesnt know what hes doing. I will not be returning.
