AAA is A1 top notch service. My car was serviced there 3 times (A/C Compressor, Rack & Pinion Repair, Oil Change). Professional customer service and very detailed with explaining vehicle repairs. Repairs are done in a timely manner and prices are reasonable and precise. They also performed vehicle point checks on my car. Despite the over 4 star rating, they cant fix a cylinder 6 misfire , had to return to them multiple times. Then one employee had a bad attitude when vehicle was brought back because issue wasnt fixed. As a man I wouldnt recommend any woman bring their car here if they want quality service

Do Not Go Here!!! Brought a brand new battery ..it went bad in less then a year …I was still under warranty..went to swap out battery and owner did not want to honor his warranty!! Walked out on me ..and kept telling me it’s my alternator and not battery…I continued to explain to him that my car was placed on professional machine by mechanic that read alternator good, replace battery ..the other worker put battery on machine and saw that the battery was no good …this place is rude!! And unprofessional!!!!

I get there Monday morning i was the second person inline, Mr. Manny do the diagnosis of the AC system. I got a licking compressor. Get a brand new 1 yr warranty and 2 hours later cold AC. I will recommend this shop to family and friends fair price, professional and punctual. 5*s . Thank you guys!

I have used this auto repair facility 2 times. The first time was for my 2014 BMW 750 LI. The AC fan was making a strange noice and this repair facility replaced the fan blade for a reasonable price. The 2nd time was because the check engine light came on in my 2012 Mini Cooper S and the car would not go over 40 MPH. The Mini Cooper needed a tune up and did not set me back thousands of dollars. Each repair, they were able to get my car in the same day to look at it. They had each repair finished either same day or within a 24-hour time frame. Their customer service is good, prices are fair and I am satisfied with the repair work they have provided me so far. I recommend this facility and will be back next time I need them.

AC is working like a champ now because of them. They were able to fix my AC in about 3 hours which I thought was very fast. The clerk was nice and so were the workers. I highly recommend to come to them if you need your AC repaired. Their prices were reasonable and they know what they are doing.

These guys are great, decent prices and they really hooked me up with my AC in my 2007 Ford Focus (black). Ill give a quick timeline of how they helped me so much.Early 2018 had my evaporator replaced by a different mechanic, a little expensive.September 2018 I went to AAA and needed a compressor. One week later my AC wasnt working correctly so they installed another compressor under warranty.September 2019 My AC stopped working again so we brought it back and they had to replace my cooling fans for a reasonable price. Although I could have done it myself for a lot cheaper, I wanted the AC fixed now so they did the job for me.As I driving out of the AAA parking lot, I was extremely frustrated on how my AC was still not working and experiencing the same symptoms I had brought it in to be fixed. I immediately called and told me to bring it back.I brought it back the following weekend, frustrated and worried how much they would charge me to fix it. So my new compressor died because the one of the fans has not been working for some time, and my condenser apparently was clogged and not functioning. I certainly could not pay for the condenser and a new compressor.AAA covered my compressor which was 2 weeks out of warranty, and was no fault of theirs as my fans died and killed it. They replaced my condenser and orifice tube as well for $200! I was so relieved.My AC is running cold as ice and thank you guys so much. They are a busy shop, so dont expect to be in and out, but do expect fair prices and really good customer service.I rarely give reviews, not much on an social media guy, but I am compelled from my experience.

Well so far so good, took my car in, they did a test to check for leaks because it loosing freon, not cooling. Told me the compressor was leaking . It was ether new one, 1 year warranty or rebuilt 6 month. I took the 1 year and hour and 45 min later it was done, Now well see if it last longer than a year. For around $500 dollars.

Had an oil leak that needed repair. Car was running fine when I brought it in.I was told the work would be possibly 5-6 hours (I got there just after 11am). 90 minutes of sitting and watching them pull in cars that arrived way after I did, I decided to ask how was that happening. Immediately the manager starts yelling at me telling me We told you to leave the car and that its an all day job! being very rude without provocation.I was NOT told that information.I already left a big deposit to get the work done (and now had to Uber home from their miscommunication)Came back to get my car the next day and its not running right. Within 15 minutes my check engine light comes on!! Just when I was about to head back with my daughter (its her car) to see whats going on, it just shuts off suddenly. Had to sit for 2 minutes before it turned back on.This is the 2nd time I had an issue with them (previously they tried to up-charge me for a TCM on my cadillac saying it was built into the transmisison ........ $1600) The TCM is actually located in front of the fuse box under the hood and comes off using your thumbs without obstructions. The real issue was a $25 acceleration sensor.I cant in good conscious recommend them for services.Now I have to find someone else to fix what they created with this check engine light and sudden shut off issue.

My 1997 Buick Century Cream Puff wasnt cooling like she used to so I called AA Air and asked about an estimate. The man on the phone, who turns out to be the head honcho, says bring it on in and the estimate is free.So I go in about 1:30 on a Monday afternoon...busy city...4 or 5 people sitting in the office and others coming and going and cars everywhere. I walk up to the front desk and am greeted pleasantly and told Ill get my estimate shortly. Within 10 mins, the guy from the phone call tells me, my car has lost all its freon and I have a leak in my compressor.He offers me a rebuilt one or a new one with about $100 bucks difference in price between the two and says he can get to it right away... The warranty was the same on both, but the new one should last several years longer. I choose the new one and asked him how long it would be...He said they could get me out in a couple of hours so I nodded to go ahead and make it happen.Well, long story short, an hour and 40 minutes later, they present me with the keys and say Im all set.I gotta tell you, I am some kind of impressed by this shop, their Excellent Customer Service and their prices...Ive never been so happy after a major car repair. These guys know how to treat their customers as was evidenced by how many just kept on coming and everyone got the good service I did. Ive never been here before, but you can bet if my cream puff needs anything else, Ill be back.Thanks AA Air Con...you guys are the best!

I brought my vehicle in December 2018 for A/C repair. Was told it was the A/C blender. Had service done but then the A/C started making noise. Now I didnt have this problem before. I have brought my vehicle back twice and because its not making the noise here they cant repair although I have recording of the noise. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Awesome place, called them, explained what my car problem was, they told me it could be the air conditioning blower, so I brought my car in, they checked and it was the blower. it was fixed in less than an hour, explain that for service. the best part was the price, they were the most inexpensive place I called by $55.They have a waiting room with the new on their big TV, they were telling jokes(clan ones) and made my time go by really fast.The owner Joe was involved in fixing my car, I dont think most owners get their hands greasy now a days, but he does, and tell them how to get things done the right way.TO MY EXPERIENCE I WILL RECOMMEND AAA AIRCONDITIONING TO EVERYONE

Toyota quoted me $1500 to replace my A/C compressor. The service writer at the dealer told me to go to this shop if I couldnt afford their $1500 price tag. Their location is just a few blocks from the dealer so i decided to check it out and was amazed by the price they quoted me. They fixed it in less than two hours and it costed me less than $400. Great service and amazing prices. My A/C is working great now!

I am extremely disappointed with the service offered at this establishment. I brought my car in this morning and was told that it would take at most 4 hours to repair. I brought it in at 10, expecting to receive the car by 2 in the afternoon. When I contacted them at 2:45, the associate who spoke with me was quite rude, and raised his voice at me and said that they said they were not responsible for the fact that I did not get my car on time, even though I had to get to work. He told me that they would call me when the car was finished and that the workers should have been done by 5 p.m. When I went back to pick up my car, The Establishment was already locked. No one called me. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They were straight with me and told me what needed to be done to my car, how much is will cost and how long it will take, their prices were amazingly low, I called other shops and they all wanted more money or charge just to see the car, I am very pleased with their services, they took an extra day to fix my car (part took longer to arrive), but it was worth it, my car runs better than ever. Excellent mechanics an A+ recommendation.

I DONT KNOW WHAT PREVIOUS GUY IS TALKING ABOUT, AND BIG LETTERS IS ONLINE SCREAMING.I went to visit AAA this past weekend, they were great, even thou my car needed a new compressor, obviously since it had a cracking noise. I was low on money, and the cost was going to be too much for me, they managed to fix the car, gave me a financing plan to pay and I took my car home the very same day. Love them I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM EVERYONE

I have a used 2004 BMW with just over 100,000 miles on it. I have brought my car to Joe at AAA a few times now, but this is my first review. The first experience with Joe and AAA was about two years ago when a local car dealer manager recommended him to me. The most cost savings occurred on April 2015 after being told by a West Palm Beach BMW dealer/service that I needed the following: 1) a Power Steering Rack (it was leaking) their price was $4,380. 2) a Transmission Sealing Sleeve Leaking - their price $1,060 and 3) Rear Brakes job $905, for a total of $6,345....wow, I know, what do you expect at a BMW dealer. But the bottom line was that AAA was able to do all that work for $1,200. Most recently (a week before Christmas) my BMWs battery died and I took it over to a local Goodyear store for a new battery (I live in West Palm Beach). Anyways, two days later my new battery died - another visit to the Goodyear store - after a third visit Goodyear store still not being sure what the problem was with the battery draining issue, I decided to get a second opinion from that West Palm Beach BMW dealer. The service writer said I would have to wait 3 days for an appointment - starting at $260 an hour (2 hours minimum) just to check the battery. Well I decided to take my car down to Joe at AAA on a Saturday afternoon. I told Joe I needed that car back ASAP, since I was planning on driving the BMW to Virginia for Christmas. Joe told me he would do whatever he could to get me on the road by early week. My Monday I was planing how much a car rental would cost me. By Tuesday Joe had figured out the problem (it was a bad negative battery cable causing a battery drain), they purchase the expensive cable part from BMW - and Joes shop had me on my way by 5 PM on Tuesday night. The BMW dealers cost for just checking the car would have been $500, Joes shop total cost to diagnose the problem, purchase the $350 part from BMW, install and check everything for me was less then the BMW cost just to check my battery. Thanks to Joe and his folks at AAA for getting me on my way and saving me lots of money. The car made it to Virginia and then New York and is still running fine. Happy New Year........

I was driving to Miami from Tallahassee and as soon as I got to town, my car broke down. All the lights on my dash came on and I had no power steering. I had to pull over to the side of the road. I Googled shops in my area, and this place came up. I didnt know what to do, and I didnt know anyone in this area. Within 15 minutes, they had a tow truck pick up my car, and when we got to the shop they found out the problem was a $65 belt. Their help got me on the road again within 2 hours!! I am a woman. They could have told me anything and I would have believed it. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Got my ac working just fine. Its a very busy shop so dont expect to be gone fast.

Went there to fix my AC. Paid $375 and it stopped working. Went back to check on my warranty, stuck up front desk girl have a attitude problem. Anyways they said they found the problem, had to pay more money for other parts. And guess what the AC is still not working!! They are all about money. And when you ask for them to explain anything to you, they’ll have a attitude because they’re guessing what’s wrong too. Go to a real professional not these people!!!

If I were you I would only take my car to AAA, they are the best, fast and inexpensive. I got my Ford Explorer repaired there, they even helped me with a payment plan, with the way economy is nowadays is always good to know you can be help and that you can count on an honest and simple repair shop

BEWARE!!! I went in for a routine check up and These guys loosened one of the bolts to my ac lines on purpose to cause a slow leak. When I came back they said I needed a $375 compressor.. hilarious!!! once they showed me where the leak was coming from I went home and tightened the bolt. Needless to say I went to a different ac repair shop to add more freon. Now my ac is working normal and it only cost me $40 for the freon refill.

N 9/22/15 I took my car to be repaired. The A/C was not working , only hot air was coming from the A/C. was charged a total of $374.50 to repair my car. When I received the car back after being repaired. The repairman returned the car to me and stated your a/c is working fine and the A/c was on #4 the highest level for the A/c. I did not think about checking all levels of the a/c to ensure it was functioning properly. I was glad to have the a/c working. The next day I placed the a/c on #2 and it did not work. I placed the a/c back on #4 and the a/c was working in full force. I knew that I had a warranty for 12 months and I had a very busy schedule and I was sure the company would honor their 12,000.00 mile/ 12month warranty once I took the car back. I was informed by the owner that it is another part of the a/c. I explained to him the a/c was never fixed properly and I had already paid for it. I have a warranty, the a/c only worked on #4 thats why the repairman return the car with the a/c on #4. I was informed that all the cars are returned on#4. Another customer came in while ii was there with a complaint that they did not repair his a/c and they told him that he needed a special part. The customer asked them if they had replaced the compressor prematurely to make make money because he is still having problems with his a/c. I feel I was taken advantage of because I am a female and the repairman knew that my car was not fixed properly. It appears that the warranty does not have value and they are claiming I need an additional part. My care was never accurately repaired. The a/c controls did not work on #1, #2, #3 and The repairman knew it was not working properly thats why my car was delivered to me on #4. I would like to have a refund of my money back that I paid to repair the car the second time. This company is taking advantage of the customers.

I have a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi and the A/C went out at 41,000 miles... Went to the dealership and they wanted $70.00 just to look at my truck and said the part I need would cost me over $400.. and a new compresor would be $800.. I went to AAA and the mechanic Clive looked over the truck and it was a censor that needed to be replaced and it cost me $184.00... My A/C is blowing ice cold and I was only there for 2hrs.. Thank you AAA I am very satisfied with the work that was done, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK...
