He was able to immediately accurately diagnosis the issue, build the accurate invoice for my review and delivered on the agreed upon services on time.In the process of doing my ignition and alternator repairs we decided to do some audio work that I had planned to shop around and do eventually. Grateful for Gio and his team at JSB Auto Shop! I recently took my 2018 dodge challenger that had a messed up bumper and fender for repairs. A couple of their team members assessed the damaged which made me feel more comfortable when getting a quote. Thankfully JSB left my car looking like new! JSB did a great job on my vehicle. They made a reservation for me with a rental car company at a very good rate as well, which saved me some time. The office coordinator was professional and pleasant. The only issue was my vehicle was not ready when promised, which was an inconvenience. I know but those things do happen sometimes. Its the way its handled thats important and JSB handled it to my satisfaction. I shopped around and the price was good too.

I thought I had a worse issue on my car then it really was and any other mechanic would of used that to make a quick buck. These guys told me not to change the part and it saved me money and time. This is a $10,000 dollar paint job. So disappointed in the quality of work recieved from @jsbenz. Theyve now painted my truck two times in the past 9 months. 5 months in their possession total. Overspray on windshield molding. No refinishing of the jambs or hinges properly so theyre rusting. And both 1/4 panels and sunroof rusting/bubbling in the same area now 3 separate times. Im at a loss and really ultimately disappointed. Ive put so much money into this truck to make it perfect and @jsbenz reassured me it would be. Nothing but problems and re-work. Id like to give another chance but have totally lost faith in their ability to do a proper job if they cannot even detrim the molding for painting. Especially on a job that cost so much. Additionally I commented my disappointment on their page and they blocked me lol. Keep in mind this truck was originally delivered 12/5/17, re-worked 1/2018 and ultimately re-painted a few months ago due to issues from the 2nd time it was brought back. I hope they see this and try to make it right. Sadly, today, 2018 you only get a response when people are vocal on the internet.

Geo are really helpful, I want to upgrade my headlight from halo to HID. Get really bad experience from other store. Geo spend a week on my car and help me realize my goal. The car come out perfect, no error on dashboard and the headlight working good. Thanks for Geo and his team. I believe no one can do such job in Miami even the dealer.

DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THESE GUYS - Just dont do it. They might be great mechanics but we bought a replacement steering wheel for our Mercedes and they sent us some sort of pump part! Instead of immediately correcting the situation, they are making us jump through hoops to return the item and maybe get what we ordered or get a refund. Going back and forth with the company & I assume the owner, this is the response I gotI would’ve send your money back right away but because you’re already leaving the negative feedback and trying to teach me service (when I’m 27 years in business) I am going to wait for my part. Inspect it. And then process your return just like eBay ask us to do it.

MY 2011 GRAND SPORT CORVETTE WAS WORKED ON AT THIS SHOP. HAD A MISFIRE. THAT GOIT FIXED. HAD THE TORQUE TUBE SERVICED WHICH INCLUDED 3 BEARINGS AND SEAL. ENTIRE REAR HAD TO COME DOWN. WHEN I RECIEVED THE CAR, NOISE FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE CAR WAS HEARD. IDROVE ALL THE WAY FROM POMPANO BEACH BECAUSE I THOUGHT THIS WAS A REPUTIBLE SHOP, THEY DINT OFFER RENTAL AND TOLD ME TO BRING IT BACK. I BRUNG THE CAR BACK THE 2ND TIME AND THEY TOLD ME THE BOLTS ON THE TORQUE CONVERTER CAME LOOSE. AFTER AN HOUR DRIVE BACK HOME AND A DAY LATER THE NOISE GOT WORST AND ALL THE LIGHTS ON MY DASH CAME ON. I WENT A 3RD TIME!!!!!! THEY DID THE JOB AGAIN AND NOT EVEN A MONTH LATER THE NOISE GOT WORST! i ASKED FOR A REFUND SINCE THEY ATTEMPTED 3 TIMES!!!! TO FIX THE CAR. THEY WANTED A 4TH TIME TO FIX THE CAR AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD TOW ITAT NO EXPENSE TO ME TO DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR AGAIN.. TAKING THEM TO COURT. STAY CLEAR AND FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I’ve been going to JS Benz for over 7 years and I can’t say enough good things about them! From servicing my current vehicles to restoring and modifying 3 vehicles over that time. Jackie and JR (owners) are extremely helpful and considerate. We restored our 97 Land Rover Defender 90 in 2019. The 2 year process with them was always easy and were always in communications with me for any additional services or hiccups we encountered along the way. Trust them with my money and my cars, that’s not easy to say nowadays.

Kathy, Leidis, Gio and the team at JS Benz were excellant in booking my car in and helping me resolve any issues with my new to me Mercedes SL65. They did a complete 70k mile service and also suggested a few other items I should look into. I am now getting some additional performance work like custom exhaust and ECU tuning work done there too! They know the Mercedes and other car lines very well as I did my research on them beforehand and found it to be spot on. There are real friendly and treat you as part of the family. Another side note : they gave back my car without doing a wheel alignment , I almost got in an accident driving because the car was pulling all the way to the right .Gio is very unprofessional to work with!! i had a terrible experience with the company and especially GIO. My car was there close to 3 months and GIO kept promising ,every single week that the car would be ready for 2 months straight ! ,Then they call me on Aug 3rd TO TELL ME that the car will be ready on Aug 8th, so now i was really excited that i will take the car home. I call them Saturday the 8th of august to pick up my car all excited and they said the car is not ready AGAIN ..... so now they call me Aug 11th and told me the car is 100% ready for pick up. I go pick up the car and once im home the door handle doesnt work to get out of the car. THEY SHOULD TEST EVERY PART OF THE CAR THAT THEY WORKED ON ,before they release the car on the street for safety reasons . what if i got in to an accident and the passenger wont be able to get out of the car because the door doesnt open.

Yani is fantastic

I recently purchased an European car that needs some special care. I didnt want to take it to the dealership because they charge you everything. So, on my search I found three places to choose one of them. After reading some reviews I decided to call this place and see they would offer me for the service. I made an appointment and took my car to this shop. They check the car and give you recommendations with no pressure. Good service at a reasonable price. Sure will be coming again.

Im torn about this review...They painted my 2004 Jeep Wrangler and it looks like new but I prepaid for a dash grill $250 +/- that I now accept I will never get and apparently I wont get my money back either since it is now a little over a year. Maybe its because I dont drive a fancy car or that may be immature to say but I definitely did not get the attention I deserved in solving this simple issue. Part or Money....

I own a 2008 Smart Car. I had always serviced my car with Mercedes-Benz. About 3 months, the smart car would come to a complete stop while driving and not turn back on. I took it to the Mercedes Benz 3 times and they could not fix the issue. I took it to JSB and they went above and beyond the diagnostic and found the issue. Terrible service, got a quote over the phone for wheel balancing. Was told to come over and they will do it. I get there and they raise the price and say they cannot do it same day. Employees approached very unprofessional. Will not recomend waste of time and overpriced and liers.
