I took my car for a paint job.I got the estimate for the roof and hood, so far so good.Representative Luis told me to drop off the car on Thursday for the car to get ready by Friday afternoon. I explained to him that I really need the car by Friday by the end of the day. Luis guarantee by Friday.I called in Friday to check how was the car and he told me that the car was going to be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday.I told him no, that I cant wait all the way to Tuesday or Wednesday because I have to take the car to sell it. I told him that I was going to pass by to pick up the car, and he told me no, because the car already has the prime on it. And he told me by Monday the car was going to be ready.I had no choice to wait for Monday.When I get there to pick up my car, the car was ready but the hood paint was full of bubbles. And because I told him that I was going to pick up the car on Friday, he probably got mad and they buffeted both sides of the car till the paint came off. And he didnt admitted that he did. He told me that was like that already. Theres no argument with this kind of people, and was asking for $200 extra to fix it.Over all. will never recommend this place to anyone anymore.Very disappointed. You take to fix it and they mess more with the car.

I crashed my Bugatti Chiron in south beach and these people towed it with helicopters to their shop. It took them 2 days to fix my car and they even added carbon fiber as a gift. I love these people especially the Russian mafia guy that told me he’ll buy my Bugatti for 500,000$

Car was there for almost two months and they did horrible work. Everyone there wanted to blame eachother for problems. Over spray all over vehicle. Scratch pieces that weren’t part of the damage . Told me if I didn’t pick up my car that they would charge me for storage fees. Horrible service and the guys do not know how to paint a vehicle

Brought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler almost totaled and they return my car like it’s a was just made by the company absolutely great work friendly staff and they worked with my insurance company in respect that they handle everything. $14,000 in damage. I am completely satisfied with their service and would refer anyone there

I’ve had my car fixed by fine line multiple times and never do they disappoint. They work hard to get your car back to you as soon as possible and are very communicative, always letting you know the status of your car through out the whole process.

Horrible customer service. They called at 4:30 on Friday that my car would be ready and they close at 5. We had to constantly be calling for updates. The first thing I was told when I arrived to pick up my car was “finally we’ve been waiting forever for you”. I explained how they should have called with more time so I could have planned my day at work and the response I got was “you could have taken an Uber”. Honestly, I have never been treated like this by any company that I have been a client to. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Please do your research before. Very disappointed.

After an accident nearby that damaged the front end of my car, I was immediately found by a man who owned a towing company who offered to bring it to his body shop. It seemed sketchy at first, but he ultimately helped by handling all of the insurance paperwork quickly and gave me a rental car to use while my car was being repaired, all during the day I had my accident. He even said that he can get previous damages on my car from other incidents fixed, like minor scratches, etc.Unfortunately the communication in the company was not up to par. The fixing of the car took a while (a month), but that was to be expected. What bothered me lack of communication on the status of my car; I had to call them to be informed that my car was ready for pick up. I remained hopeful throughout the process however, as I was expecting a pristine, perfect car once I came back. That was not the case. Although the damages from the accident were fixed quite well, the previous damages remained. Of course I should not have expected to get the other damages to be fixed, but the company should have informed me of it instead of getting my hopes up.In essence, the damages from the accident were fixed perfectly, however the customer service experience was lackluster. If I were to make a decision on a body shop again, I would not have chosen this one as there are way better choices.

I took my car their through a recommendation and worse decision of my life. They took 40 DAYS to fix the front fender, bumper and mirror. I called several times while it was being fixed to receive an update and never did always said Id get a call back (never received a call back) Ive had this work done in a week previously). Their was no reason that they could provide on why it took so long, they were even shocked.Also, the day I picked it up the other mirror had broken while in their shop and the guy was trying to blame it on me even though I hadnt even driven off yet. After a long argument and getting screamed at they agreed to cover the mirror.I was in a rental for the entire period and geico only covered 30 days of the rental; a guy Sergio agreed to cover the remaining balance since it shouldnt have taken so long and that he would in a couple of days to contact him. Its over a month later multiple calls daily and a few personal visits and the guys never there. Finally today the receptionist (very rude with poor customer service) told me that he said the rental would not be covered.Overall, this company has horrible management, customer service and cant even own up to their own mistakes. If anyone else has had a bad experience with this body shop I encourage everyone to speak up. If your looking for a body shop run away without thinking twice theirs plenty more in Miami.

Sometime in July I got into a accident and my car was damaged pretty bad , well to make a long story short fine line really did what they said they were going to do in helping my car get back into “shape”. The staff including Sergio the owner were very professional in even helping me get a rental car. Definitely recommend great shop !

Literally one of the worst experiences Ive had in my life. The level of unprofessionalism that this company has exhibited shocks me as to how they are still in business. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. They will scam you out of every penny that you have. I had gotten into a car accident and my suspension had broken along with dents in the passenger side of the vehicle. The car was operating perfectly but had to get the suspension fixed, so the car would start up. Due to issues with the insurance company, they would not cover the costs of my vehicle. When I went back to pick up my vehicle they told me that they CHARGE 80 DOLLARS PER DAY JUST TO HOLD THE CAR AS STORAGE. To make matters worse, my vehicle wasnt on site and they had it transferred to a junkyard for holding due to insufficient space on the lot. The owner tells me that hes going to charge me $950 just to have my car there as storage. WHEN MY CAR WAS ONLY THERE FOR 2 DAYS! After much arguing and me having to threaten them by calling the police the owner had lowered the price to $150 which we decided to pay and leave this horrible experience behind us. Even after that. The staff continued to harass us and asked us why we were still on the property due to us waiting for a tow truck to reach the junkyard and have it transferred to another mechanic. A receptionist kept claiming that my car was totaled when she did not even look at the extent of the damages! I agree with the rest of the reviews here. I wish I can give them negative stars on google because a one star does not do this place justice. This area is by far the worst customer service and experience I have ever had in my years. Avoid this area at all costs.

The WORST Customer Service EVERRRR. The receptionists and the entire team is very unprofessional. I was put on hold too many times and had to call back. When they tell you theyre gonna call you back, DO NOT believe it because they will not. I dont know how many times I was told that my car was gonna be ready and it was NEVER ready when they said it would be. Its been over a month now. Its really frustrating when a car is necessary to commute to and from work and you dont have one nor know how long to rent a car for because this bogus of a body shop keeps telling you different things every time you call. I regret getting into business with them. If I could I would give them -10 stars. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Horrible customer service, my car was ther for 4 months and when I got it back they did a horrible job with my car, they never change my rims, they didn’t fix my door the paint of the car was super bad. If you see that in the comments it says we change of owner they are lying to you the same owner is there he is super rude when I told him about the issues he never fixed them and he wouldn’t listen to me please never take your car here never ever ever you will regret it trust me. This is the worst bodyshop ever. Please just never take your car here I don’t recommend this place to nobody.

I say sorry, to help meIt turns out that my car with 800 or 900 miles to just 31 days removed from the dealer they fixed the damage of the accident (very bad indeed) and it turns out that 9 months later I discovered that they never did the lineup return and very kind Mr. Luis he told me without any objection, something caught my attention, we put the two new commas that the mechanic who fixed it will payThey needed 1 full day and I had to pay many Uber to work that day, August 24 and today while driving on 874 at the height of 88 St I was about to lose control when the right front tire suddenly lost 38 psi I had air and then I realize that they never changed it, they left me the same worn out, Lisa wasThank God it was just a scare and nothing more regret having chosen this workshop fraud

Had a fight with a worker up front, a man forgot his name. He yelled at me and my dad was very defensive. We agreed on work and then some work did not get done and then did not own up to the work that should have been done. In addition they did poor work and had to fix issues with the work. Spoke to another customer that also had issues. Please do yourself a favor and find a better place. Sloppy work and rude staff.

I currently have my car there for an accident I had and they are so unprofessional and rude ass hell. I cant believe the manager the Russian Guy told me over the phone whats your concern if your not the one paying like first of all you clearly dont know whats going on. I have to pay 25% out of pocket and the insurance is paying 75% this the second time I bring business to this company and the last time. I can never get a hold of anybody, Always putting me on hold and when they do answer they so rude like what do you want me to do or what do you want like really?! people are paying a lot of money for there car to be fixed its not like we paying a $1 its thousands of dollars. So disappointed they had my car for 3weeks now and everyday I call them to find out updates of my car instead of them letting me know . Dont waist your time with this place and if some guy named Alex is the one who brings you in dont trust him he gets a cut and hit ghost on you. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

Im from jersey I went to Miami on vacation and I had an accident with my 2012 chevy traverse, I went to was body shop and leave the car took 48 days to fix the car I called them and they told me they were working on but never gave me an answer, the car is finished and I went to pick it up and the work they did was excellent in that give them a 100% looks like that the car was not hit and are also honest because leave tools,they need to improve the customer service.

I was in an accident not far from their facility and their tow truck drove by while I was trying to get another. The drivers were very professional and the person at the facility very nice as well. But then I read the online reviews the next day and got very nervous about it. The work took a long time (about a month), but part of that was that it had to be looked at by the adjustor twice - and parts had to be ordered. The damage to the front end of the vehicle was substantial. I checked in regularly for updates and what they told me matched what the adjustor was telling me. I picked the car up today and there were no surprises and the work is beautiful. Other than taking awhile (which seemed reasonable given the damage), it was a good experience.

Please be careful when using this stablisment for the repairs of your vehicle..after paying with a credit card they did not release the vehicle until funds were cleared..very unprofessional and rude, not professional at all..in addition the car was over 20 problems that they didnt fix properly after inspecting the vehicle 2 times..be aware of these individuals and the bad practices they offer..

All the positive posts are from the same workshop employees..they are not real.Take my car and they will use the same parts without changing new ones..they are not honest..they are liars and scammers do not take your car there..it is a cave of bandits, alibaba and the 40 thieves .. they put the employees to show their faces .. and tell lies. if you do not want a big upset and stress 100% percent do not take your car there .. advice not to suffer.

At that paint shop they are non-professional swindlers, they did not change the damaged parts, they repaired them badly with a lot of bonus, the manager and the owner are bandits and put the employees to face and do not solve anything ... do not repair their car there!

Today, December 5, I have been taking my car to this workshop for 10 days after an accident, I was guided by someone I made a serious mistake, I had never seen such bad service I have been calling and going to this place I do not know how many times They have never given me an estimate, the insurance covered 80%, I had to pay 20%, I do not know how many times I called to be told how much I had to pay and they always told me that they would return my call, all a falsehood, makes a I called a week and they told me that I had to pay 30% less badly that I have a lawyer and she called them and then they rectified, it took 2 weeks that they told me that the car will be ready yesterday they told me that today and today than tomorrow and nothing tomorrow We will see the difference that I owe today was that they told me how much I had to pay of course I already knew because my lawyer had already told me, it is incredible and the general manager a man named Luis I really dont know how they can ever have him as a manager I had seen bigger people I hope that this gentleman, sound advice, never bring your car to this workshop because you are going to have the worst bad time of your life, tomorrow we will see how the car looks
