When my 2006 BMW 750Li needed paint work, I wanted to have a professional do it. I’ve made a few phone calls to other shops and also asked my nephew in the car business who he would recommed. He recommended Marlon at Prestige, I went to see Marlon and I was immediately comfortable talking about my paint job, his expertise and knowledge but mostly his honesty. My car looks just like I asked, wanted to have it look original as if left the factory , Marlon attention to small details is commendable, brighten my headlights and replaced side marker lenses as they were faded. Prestige does great work.

Auto shops often have signs saying you can pick two of the following: fast, cheap, or good. Prestige gives you all three. I had to have significant work done, and they had it completed and ready to drive off the lot within 48 hours. My car also looked brand new. And what really sets them apart is the pricing. You can easily spend 50% more, or even double, on the same work at other shops (and thats without even getting into dealership pricing. Also, Marlon and Jonathan were class-act guys.

For 5 years, I worked next to machines, cars, motorcycles, trucks, boats, etc, in Opa Locka. So, I know the games these guys play. Some good and a lot of bad. I read the reviews before I dropped my car here. Im a person that give small businesses a shot. Lets just say my car was at this shop too long. I firmly got my car out. Amateur paint job (D+), whether its the primer or the paint process exposed to the elements. I noticed bubbles and paint running. Better get Maaco! Communication is poor (C-). Nice workers and owner, BUT you have to stay on them if you drop your vehicle here. They do good work if the price is right (if you know what I mean).

Excellent job and quality customer service. I was involved in a car accident (they hit me then drove off) and the dealership was trying to charge me close to $4000 and then I went to Prestige and they charged way cheaper (about 50% less then the quoted price by the dealer). They fixed my car (turned my car in Thursday and was ready by next Friday) and it almost looks brand new (I drive a 1999 Mazda Protege). Everyone says my car looks great! They even cleaned out my car. This place is AMAZING!!! Will be going back for future work on my car.God Bless

After going to get 3 estimates, this place had the lowest. They were very pleasant at the front desk and Bob does his best to make people feel comfortable. So thinking that they would be a good place to go, based on the other reviews here (I need to become more proficient on how to spot astroturfing)...I decided (with the agreement of the person who was paying for the damages) to go to them. Sadly, WHAT A MISTAKE! Not only were they negligent on calling back when they said they would, they conveniently left out the fact that my car would be in their shop for 2 days (ended up being 3 days so far). With the minor damage done to my vehicle, I thought that it really shouldnt take more than a day. To be fair, I dont know what it entails, yet I was shocked to hear that. Time and time again, I called waiting to hear back from them on the status. Only once did they call back. Next time, Ill just do the repairs at the dealership. - I may revise this review after all the work is done. At this point, it doesnt look as their place was as reputable as it seemed. // UPDATE: In the end, it was Bob that really tried to assist in expediting the repair. They could do betting in communicating to the customer upfront the whole process and keep in contact with the repairs as they progress instead of leaving it to the customer to get frustrated.

From the beginning, it was amazing. I read the reviews before coming here, and my expectations were 100% met. Every day, they sent me progress pictures of the work. So you know they are honest. When I dropped the car off, they spent 15 minutes explaining to me what happened and what likely will need to be done. They also walked with me afterwards to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. If you have any questions, those girls in the front are amazing. Besides the fact that they are beautiful, they are extremely nice, prompt, and respectful of your business. I have been to three auto repair shops in the last 8 years. This is the best. They truly care for your business.

Great body shop! I was in an accident and took my car to get repaired there and it came out looking like new. The turnaround time was reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful, unlike most body shops which have rude employees who leave you in the dark and seem to just want to get rid of you asap. Being new to Miami, I didnt know who I could trust to bring my car to after getting rear-ended. The BBB led me to Prestige and I couldnt be happier with my choice. Maria and Tanuja at the office were focused on customer care, dealing with everything with my insurance and keeping me updated on the progress of my car. Bob estimated within $100 of what my car insurance estimated everything would cost, making it painless to get paid from insurance and helping assure me that they are honest on their pricing and estimating services. It took less time than they originally estimated to get the work done and the detailing service was amazing. My car has never been so clean! You wont find another auto-body place in Miami where everyone remembers your name and makes it an enjoyable experience to go to the body shop!

Maybe theyre ok, but definitely over priced. I can get my motorcycle air brushed graphics, for the price he gave me to add a decal buff and clear coat. Not cool. So No Business for them!

Would not recommend ! Never have I seen such a terrible paint job . I took my car twice here . My clear is pealing off my brand new car !They blame it on the car wash , clear doesn’t just peal off in less than one year . Just overall terrible work , if you want it fixed for cheap then take it here . But I’d you want a good paint job don’t come here ......

As far as motorcycle body work they don’t have the experience. They ordered all the parts and was learning as they worked on my bike. They put screws back on the fairings where they didn’t belong (careless work). A month after picking up my bike screws started coming off. I also went back the next day after picking it up to show them a cable that had electric tape hanging off the cable (mind you when electric tape gets hot it doesn’t stick). And they said it was like that when it came in.(No customer satisfaction) Also I have HIDs and they did front end body work so they had to remove the whole front headlight housing in order to do repairs. And as they explained this to me I made sure to let them know NOT TO TOUCH THE HID BULBS and they said “well you have to touch the bulbs” (careless work, again). And sure enough about 2-3 weeks later my high beam HID bulb goes out. And I was charged more then what it costs a car to get painted. Only good thing I can say here is I learned a valuable lesson for body work on motorcycles. Never trust a body shop that doesn’t normally work on motorcycles. Yes they have worked on bikes before but not enough to be professionally experienced. Not only that but the communication was horrible. They would promise me my bike to be ready one day and when I would call to go pick it up it would be story after story after story which led to lots of frustration and then they would try to blame it on me not being patient. Smh. Lesson learned. Thanks

Had a HORRIBLE experience. Minor repairs were supposed to take 3 days and it turrned out to be 8 days - may car had been sitting there for days with no one working on it. The front desk customer service is sub-par. You have to constantly call to get the status of your vehicle. Went to this place because I had read a good review somewhere. Just wanted to warn others!

They were firnedly and quick to remove the dent, i was out within like 2 hours.

Car returned with overspray on Windows bumper not mounted straight if there was a negative star I would use it. Do not go here for sure . The Worst

I dont even know where to start!Before i explained my review i want thank Bob and Ken, you guys are truly the kindest people i have ever met and you saved me!Ok here goes...My wife and I arrived from France to Florida to start a new life here. We had been here 3 weeks and decided we need to get a car as the rental is too expensive each month.After some research, we found at car within our budget at Florida Fine Cars in Miami (please dont ever buy a car from them and read my review, it is evil what they did to us).DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FLORIDA FINE CARS!!!!So after buying the car and signing the papers, we drove for 5 miles and the engine over heated, cut out along with the steering and brakes doing 65mph on the I95. The dealer wouldnt exchange or give us a refund for the car as we bought a car as As-Is, however, we didnt even know what this was until the day after.Read my review for the full story with Florida Fine cars.So after getting a diagnostic done on my car with Florida Fine CARS it was going to cost me $900 to fix. I almost cried with disbelief. A move from France, visas, apartment, flights etc and now a broken car.So i took the Diagnostic report to Prestige Auto & Cycle and spoke to Bob. I told him the full story and he was speechless. And he said that Florida Fine Cars took advantage of my lack of knowledge of USA car sales just to get a sale.He went through the report with me step by step and after adding in Labor, tax etc their cost was only $595.So from $900 to $595! I started to see the light at the end of the tunnel!I put my car in with them to get fixed on the Friday and got it back Wednesday. during this time i was speaking to Ken and Bob who were advising me of what was wrong with the car and some of the things Florida Fine cars had put on didnt need fixed. They just wanted money from me. Money we didnt have. The honesty from them made me trust again. They could have charge me for everything on the list and i wouldnt have known any better, but they didnt. And infact, when i came in to pay and collect the car, my cost had dropped to $495 because there was something else which didnt need fixed but was on the Florida Fine Cars report.Not only did they fix car and it is running so smooth, due to my situation on being new to the country plus my rental car ending, i got the tri-rail down to Golden Glades (not far from the garage but too far too walk). And Bob even helped me out by sending someone to pick me up. Thats right you read this correctly, an auto garage who picked me up so i could get my car back.Not only had they saved me money with an incredible customer service, they even took it further to pick me up and bring me to the garage from the train station.After the long week of arguing with Florida Fine Cars, the money that we used to buy it etc My wife and i were close to giving up and just going back to Europe at a loss as we couldnt of survived with all these costs building up.Thanks to Prestige Auto & Cycle, they gave us a break. A well needed break and a 2nd chance to find our feet again.Even if there is something small or big with your car, USE PRESTIGE AUTO & CYCLE.i repeat - USE PRESTIGE AUTO & CYCLE.i have never in my whole car history (even in Europe) have found a company who actually cares for their customers and not just the money.Once again, massive thanks to Ken and Bob. You guys are my heros.
