BIGGEST SCAM EVER !! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! So after my car accident, this one guy named Anthony approached my mother & I stating he was the ONLY owner of “Auto Finish Clinic” & that I would be able to leave with a rental right away and have an adjuster come in the very next day to see my car. This was all a lie because 1st of all, he was not the owner, just an employee. 2nd, I had to wait an entire week for the rental and adjuster. They had my car for a total of 18 business days and did the most amateur job ever! The paint was uneven, the mechanical pieces (WHICH THEY HAD NO BUSINESS TOUCHING) were loose. The bumper was loose. They did not install my Halo lights correctly as well. These “professionals” are all amateurs & don’t know what they are doing. The owner named Robert is a total IDIOT. He does not know how to be professional with clients or how to even simply just listen to the clients concerns. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

I had the rims powder coated and brake calipers painted on my prized toy, a 1998 BMW Z3 M Roadster. I am very pleased with the finished product. Looks like new and really completes the car’s look. Service was great, the shop stayed in touch with me throughout the process and the price was very fair. I would use The Auto Finish Clinic again, highly recommend.

I went in to get fenders and armor powder coated and painted and Robert mentioned to me he can do the job but it requires a multi step process. Robert charged me a heck of a penny for this job. I went to visit robert personally to show him the work on how its cracking, the powder coat, and he tells me its me the way i drive and treat my car. Very unprofessional. These fenders were never cleaned correctly nor prepared correctly this is the reason why its so poorly done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It’s been 1 year and 5 months since I got my car fixed at Roberts shop. The paint still looks great. I asked Robert if I can drop off the car while I went on a business trip. He worked his magic with the workload that he had and I was able to get my car back as soon as I was back. The service was great and he even gave me a good price to fix my back bumper as well. I was recently in a rear end accident and my back bumper on my Lexus IS250 was cracked. A friend referred me to Auto Fresh Clinic and what a blessing!! They were so helpful and reasonable. My bumper was fixed in less time then originally planned. Raquel (front desk receptionist) was very nice and helpful. This is the place to take your car for repairs.

I have an Infinite fx 35 and needed repairs to the right passenger door. I dropped the car off on Monday at 12 noon and was able to pick it up the next day at 5 pm. The repair was amazing you would have never known that it was damaged before. This is my first time ever having to deal with a body shop and they made my experience a great one....I would recommend them to anyone that needs body work done. On 3/25/2015 I found Auto Finish clinic via the internet search and sometimes its a hit or miss with regards to service but I have to say Robert is truly a business professional. The service was great, the price is competitive and more important the work was spectacular. Im in marketing and somewhat of a critic when it comes to service and my experience at The Auto Finish Clinic was absolute incredible. I will recommend all my friend in the biker community and my family.

Had a rim that had some deep scratches and was close to replacing it.. Took it into auto clinic and was able to get it repaired like new and save $100s of dollars. Great customer service too.

Auto finish Clinic is the greatest!!! They Powder coated my rims plus spectra chromed my breaks and other parts of the car in a timely manner. They are very helpful and nice. It took me two hours to find a color for my rims and they helped me patiently. I have no complaints I love my rims and breaks

If I could give this place less than one star I would. They have an employee working there Michael who tracks live accidents and goes to the scene of the accident trying to offer the services of this clinic. My insurance didnt cover the damage that happened to my vehicle from a rear end collision so I went to this place being told I would get 20% off and that my vehicle would be drive able again and it was until the engine blew up a week later. When I went to pick up my vehicle they didnt bother to throw in paint for the horrible work they did on my car. I Paid $1000 and they did $100 worth of work. They straightened out my hood and supposedly realigned the front of the car due to it being pushed back from the accident but when I inspected their work, the fan wasnt working and the sides of the hood are all uneven. I had multiple people tell me I had terrible body work done on my car and shouldve paid less than what I paid for. These people are big scam artists especially Michael (the one will show up to the scene of the accident to hook you to go there) and Robert (the owner) this guy doesnt know how to talk to anyone and will just tell you lies of how hes going to give you a good deal and throw in all these things for the car but doesnt end up doing it. I went to pick up my car and was so disappointed with my car and couldnt even talk to Robert because he had already was on a flight.This place didnt install the parts on my car properly and it resulted in my engine overheating and blowing up a week later, now I have to pay Toyota $4,000 to put a new engine in my car. I honestly plan on sueing this place. Please do you research and also check their yelp reviews because theres a few other people who had the same situation as me. This place also isnt BBB accredited so this is another thing that makes them illegal. STAY AWAY!

Such a horrible experience. Not even worth 1 star. Read reviews online and decided to bring my wheels for power coating as my friend works next to this shop. After picked up everything looked ok before every single rim and pieces Ive left were powered coated started peeling off. No preparation, no sand blasting just pure powder coated on a top of the chrome. After brought back everything owner was so rude didnt want to get in fight with him so I left everything for them to redo it. . Robert has to go to anger management classes and school how to do customer service, didnt hear anything like we apologize or sorry about this mess . 1 week later nothing was touched so I decided to pick up the parts as people I guess just dont know to do the job . Got only half of my money back and wasted 3 weeks in total. Just a side note that found other place to do it ( with preparation, awesome place was very happy ) and paid even cheaper that this shop was charging me. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. NEVER COMING BACK !!!

Amazing place, they get the parts the next day and they are on top of making sure things are done on timeYou can order the parts and you dont need to leave your car, you can bring it back after all parts are painted and it takes then 1-2 hours to atach all the pieces on as long as you pay the deposit when you order the pieces which is usually the cost of just the pieces (a bit less)Great customer service!Highly recommend this place!

I do not like to talk bad about no one and I normally do not make any reviews. This place has really nice people working there very polite very open, but I didnt go there to meet nice people. I went there to get my car fixed. They did the worst job possible there are no words for me to describe what theyve done to my car. They even had to offer me not to pay. honestly its not about the money, its a lot of the result and if we do talk about money now its going to cost me way more to fix what theyve done to my car. Ironically if you go to a person that knows how to fix a dent, it would have done it in 20 minutes instead of making me wait 3 hours just to have to take my car somewhere else.

I just want to say that I was devastated when my CLK 350 was badly crash and thanks to Auto Finish Clinic they made it look as if nothing has ever happened to it. These guys are amazing. My 2012 Nissan Altima suffered some front end damage 5/13/16. I took my vehicle to them on 5/31/16. For many weeks following, my less-than-stellar car insurance were A-holes in not communicating to them as they should. However, throughout this process, EVERYONE from the Auto Finish Clinic, has been extremely accommodating, patient, and treated me with the utmost respect. From the tow truck drivers, managers, to the receptionists. I received my car on 7/12/16. Yes, a month and half later. It was because of my cursed car insurance company. DO NOT COME HERE!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE GUYS. I had a VW 2012 Jetta put in the shop for a new bumper and they did a horrendous job. I put the car in the shop in december and didnt get it back till late Feb. They made me come get the car twice and it still wasnt ready. After the third time wasting money on ubers just to be told to go home that it wasnt ready, they said it was finally fixed only to find out my jetta dies everytime im on the highway!! TO THIS DAY I STILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB AND I DONT EVEN WANT TO COME BACK HERE FOR THEM TO LOOK AT IT. Youre better off somewhere else trust me.

As of now they get 1 star from me let’s see how my car turns out and then I will update my review only on repairs. The customer service for me was unacceptable!. I was involved in an accident and dealing with the other drivers insurance co. I was told that NO ONE WILL TOUCH YOUR CAR UNTIL AN ADJUSTER COMES TO SEE THE VEHICLE FOR INSPECTION. Well I told them I would be having the insurance co tow my car to a different location for service. I did sign a form stating that I would allow the shop to do repairs after the adjuster inspects the vehicle. I can also change my mind and have it serviced somewhere else if I choose to period!. Turns out the shop took it upon themselves to tear down the vehicle with no authorization from the insurance co, no adjuster to inspect or take pictures of my vehicle. The adjuster hasn’t even spoken to the auto body shop yet. That is not how you do business, and not how you treat a customer who is not a walk in. This is an accident related repair to be authorized by the insurance company of anything be done to the car they are the ones paying not me!. It was very stressful talking to Robert the owner and Raquel the front desk attendant. I don’t care if I signed a form or not allowing them to do repairs after the adjuster comes to look at the car. I do not have to get repairs done there I can sign a release form and that’s that. I feel like I am forced to leave the car there now because of the extra unauthorized fee for the tear down. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with their customer service and form of doing business, I guess their word means nothing!.
