How awesome are these guys! 4 dents in one hour on a Saturday Morning. Car looks amazing and I did not have to take a day off work or leave my car all day. They washed it and it came back looking great again. Harold the manager is excellent and very thorough in explaining things. Ask for discounts on auto detailing if you need it!

Quick with an estimate, communicated well via text when I could be there to get work done and they dropped me off back at my office. Did an AMAZING job straightening out a bigger than hand sized, deep, ugly wrinkle in the front fender of my Mercedes. Looks like someone had backed into me in a parking lot and made a big, damage several inches long. Far cheaper I am sure than a body shop would have charged.Great place and amazing with all the services they offer.

Attention to detail is non-existent. In my 3 year experience with Miami Auto Spa not once I left with a spotless car. A few month ago I got home to notice the car was covered in swirl marks, and today they scratched the leather steering wheel. On both opportunities I spoke with the owner who couldnt care less, all I received was excuses; he didnt show any interest in retaining a loyal customer. Im not waiting for strike 3.If you want your vehicle to stay the way it was on your way in (and not from a cleanliness standpoint, look somewhere else.EDIT: I posted a review on Yelp, and this is the response I got:Do not return to our business. Your car is a old beaten up dog and you are always trying to get something for free. Amazing we do not do hundreds but rather THOUSANDS of Luxury cars per year and amazing we only on the rarest occasions have a complaint. You on the other hand come one time per month at most for a basic wash and try blaming someone for something. Get lost and be someone else’s problem.What a joke.

AMAZING. My little 05 Civic looks BRAND NEW. So shiny, so clean! Let me tell you, they seriously pay attention to detail. They shampooed all my seats and carpets, cleaned my mats, buffed my car, and put a sealant on the paint (for the full details, check package #6 on their website). They even fixed this problem that I had with the leather on the steering wheel where it had gotten ruined and I didnt know how to fix it, now it looks like it was never ruined to begin with and I never even asked them specifically to do it! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Ill definitely be coming back and Ive already gotten someone to want to bring their car too!I got their most extensive package (#6) and even got $100 off the price for going before 9:30am. Such a great deal!Now I will address why theres 4 & not 5 stars. This was my first time coming here so idk if this always happens or maybe it was just today, maybe it was my car specifically, but I didnt ask why (b/c of the shock of how nice my car looked) and they didnt volunteer any info so here is my only complaint. They need to be more accurate with telling customers how long theyre going to take. I got there right at 9:30a and they told me it wouldnt take more than 2 1/2hrs. They said I could pick it up around 12:30 but anytime after that theyd have to park it outside b/c they didnt have any space for cars to idly park and that Id be liable for any tickets. This I totally understand. So I had a friend pick me up, had breakfast, drove around.. Then I called at 12p to check up and they told me 1 1/2 hrs more to go. We were supposed to go to the beach and we thought about possibly waiting till they were done with my car but thankfully we decided to go to the beach first because they didnt call me until 3pm. So what was initially supposed to be 2 1/2 hrs was 5 1/2 hrs. TBH, I had a great day with my friend and I didnt mind how long they took for the amazing result but I wish they wouldve told me from the beginning. The entire day I had my phone in my hand, worried that they were going to call me at any second and that wed have to immediately leave. It wouldve been even worse if we wouldve waited for the car, we wouldve wasted a good beach day indoors.So next time I go, because I definitely will, if they give me a more accurate time frame, Ill be sure to edit this review and give it 5 stars.Again, thank you for making 13/14 year old car look brand new!

Such a great experience. I called several companies before choosing this one. These guys were really flexible with scheduling and were ready for me as soon as I arrived. Finished very quickly while I grabbed lunch. Very friendly and helpful. So many companies that do auto window tinting are shady, and you never really know what youre walking into. But this one could not have been more professional. Very happy.

Waited for the dent guy for 35 minutes when I was told the day before he be there at 10, I Arrived at 10am and the guy in front desk only said he will be coming in but no specific time! Waste of time

3rd time Got my BMW rims repaired from Curb Rash! All done in the same day amazing quality work. The detailing here is superb I can suggest you do the Palermo package which has my car looking AMAZING. Payton was outstanding to work with as always. I did their Ultimate ceramic window tinting package, once again amazing quality and value. If you love taking care of your car but do not want to drive all around this is the place for you. Not the cheapest but the convenience and guarantees they give are outstanding.

They are very knowledgeable of car window tinting. Peyton took the time to explain all the differences to me between Ceramic, Carbon and Basic window tinting. I did get a fair deal, more important my window tinting came out amazing. The clear heat rejection window tinting they did on my windshield makes a HUGE difference with keeping the car cooler during these hot Miami Months

I had a crazy straight line creased dent in side of door panel. Every dent place kept telling me to go to body shop to replace the door. I found this place and they told me let us try and no charge if we cant do. Nothing to lose. Next thing you know this tech has my door off and works on it for almost 2 hours and I swear it looks perfect! Unreal!

My first car tinting and ceramic coating of my new white Tesla 3 couldnt have been in better hands. A new car is like a baby and you dont want put her in a strangers hands without evidence, which other Yelp reviews provided. Peyton was personable, hamisha--in Yiddish--warm like family--and thorough in his explaining and in his follow thru. Incredible finish and the window tinting is flawless.

Great place to get your car detail for reasonable detailing prices. Used proper equipment white a very intricate wash process. Very professional and good management. The reason why I give it one less start is because they forgot the back of the door jam...

When they told me the car was going to be ready in 15-20 minutes I got worried thinking that they were going to do a 1-2-3 and lets go. But no, my car got out flawless!!! I loved that they have 2 waiting areas, one with AC and another one outside with swinging chairs. Very professional and affordable. Thank you guys!!!

The work is of decent quality and the employees are very nice to deal with. However, the management (or more specifically, the son of the owner who helps manage the location) was combative and made technical excuses when I asked them to replace one tint film that was installed incorrectly. Only after explaining that I would dispute the credit card charge if they did not honor their lifetime warranty did they replace the film. Contrary to what was originally said by management, the new film looks great and the employees were great to deal with.

I can say that I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service. It is quite pleasant to be treated so well. Especially in the Brickell area. I had my truck tinted and I could not be happier with the results. The price was very reasonable. I will be recommending my friends and family here.

Went early Sunday morning as one of my girls got a little wasted and puked in my car. Peyton the young guy who greeted me was so friendly and explained that I needed a complete sanitation of the interior so the odor is removed and does not just get covered up. 4 hours later my car smells like new. Waiting room areas are great. lots of up to date magazines, free bottled waters and TVs, wireless etc.

Very professional service. They prep the car nicely, got a incredible well done car wash as well. They have a lot of choice in tints and they explain everything. The whole process took about one hour and I am very happy. The location is great as very close to my condo. They also do auto detailing and from what I saw they are good at that also...

Terrible customer service. Had to come back because they didn’t wipe down the interior so still had dust everywhere and marks where fingerprints have been which was extremely irritating as the price is more than generous. After coming here I still Had to wash the car myself when I got home Because they did such a bad job. When I came back to show them the bad job they did they, they just began to insult me. For half the price you pay here you can get a much better wash in most other places. Only high end thing about this place is the price.

I love this car wash. Everyone is so friendly, and they do a great job. I have a 2 year old that makes my car look like a tornado happened inside of it and some how they make my car look brand new after.

First time there I take my car for their 59 dollar car wash and it seemed to me like they did it pretty fast so I was kinda skeptical about it but I figured they had a bunch of guys working on the cars so they were just very efficient. I really couldn’t tell how dirty the car actually was after they were done because it’s kind of dark in the place. Once I got home it’s like if they didn’t even bother to clean it. My mats we’re dirtier after the wash the car still has bugs on it.the hood wasn’t washed properly... I called the place the guy did offer me to go back but it’s a far drive and honestly after a half ass wash like that I rather lose the 59 than give these people another try.Honestly it’s like they didn’t even try to wash the car!!

After being an unlimited member for 11 months, I met the owner for first time today. The owner decided to tell his crew to turn my Maserati around within the building in the most unusual way.No one has ever tried this maneuver with my car in the past year I have been going. A pole in the middle of the place causes this to be very difficult and unnecessary when they could of just backed up a different car to clear my car. Seeing this take place with my car two inches from scrapping the pole, I walked out and said what is going on? The owner turned to me and told me to relax, in a very rude manner.After they realized what they were doing was all wrong, they reversed course and aborted this bad idea. Then did what I suggested to the front desk guy. Being a paying customer, I told the owner he shouldn’t talk to clients that way. He told me he didn’t need my business and to refund me the month remaining on my account, that I no longer a member.Anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and find another car wash to go to. One where they respect their clients concerns and money. If you see the owner, steer clear, his ego is so huge and his fuse is so short he can’t bother to talk with customers in a civil way.

POOR WASH. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My car came back more dirty. There was poop and tree drip residue all over the front. The interior had white hand prints on the passenger dash. My car is a brand new Audi. It wasnt a very challenging wash. They did however wipe down the flaws but it came with a bitter unapologetic attitude claiming it was ready an hour ago. Its there responsibility to notify their customers when the wash is complete. Never again. Just dont do it. $25 dollars wasted. Everyone in the area warned me not to go but I wanted to give Miami Auto Spa the benefit of the doubt. I see they respond to their reviews pretty disrespectfully and call their customers liars/losers so just know that professionalism translates to the car wash and speaks for itself.

My car was 1. stolen, 2. towed, and 3. broken into (again) within a week, and needed a really deep clean before I was willing to touch it.The team at Auto Spa were able to fit me in right away, took care of repairing the broken window, and somehow made my 10 year old car sparkly clean again. Ive rarely had such a positive experience with a detailer, and will definitely be back.

For $107, I got dirty windows, a center console that didnt even get opened up for some vacuuming and spots on the roof. The only reason its not a 1 or a 2 is that my car came out cleaner than when it went in and they didnt steal anything fron within. Thats always good. 👍👍 for no theft in Miami!!!!

Really nice place, they surely get all the exotic cars from Brickell people. It was cool just hanging out here watching all the cars. My tints look great. I will be back for the detailing on my car as well.

HORRIBLE! horrible owners. Horrible customer service. They Left my car parked in a handicapped spot over night. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Wont take action towards the $300 Parking ticket I received due to their negligence. Called the owners and they just out right hang up on me. . I would give them Zero stars if I could. When I came in the first time they did a great job with that washing and cleaning the interior. Theyre very detailed with what theyre doing!

I was very disappointed with their customer service. I had bought a package of 5 car washes about 2 years ago and was given a card that contained the receipt number with my name as proof of purchase. I went to get my car washed and they claimed that they “couldn’t find my receipt number or name anywhere in the system”. The manager said they had switched software systems and that my information was probably lost during the transfer process. I asked if there was anything they could do for this inconvenience, the manager said the best he can offer me was to buy their new package of 25 car washes for a discounted price. Really? You want me to buy another package when you couldn’t find the old package? unbelievable. I felt robbed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I come here all the time. Unlike many other places where you soon spot the marks and debris that are missed, here they do a very high standard job. Usually very quick, free bottled water and alllll the magazines to flick through in their a/c waiting room.

I went to this place to get the best I cloud for my car. But what I got was any thing but the best I got a full platinum detailing whole car tint and windshield tint. After they were done they brought me the car it look great at first glance I try to look in detail but there was no time to really look I did notice some things on the driver side tint they told me not to worry about just give it a few day it go away. As I was inspecting my car they told not worry I can bring it back if there anything wrong with it when I got home I started looking at the car more closely I notice the car rims were still dirty the and floor the the back seat still had the stain from the coffee with milk I had drop. I call them as soon as I saw that they told me to bring it in but I kept looking at my car I also notice scratches on the driver side that I did not have. A weatherstrip from the roof of my car was missing. eventually when I had some time go a show them all the issue I had with my car they told me they were going to look at the cameras and call me the next day I never got the call back after three day I call them back they say they did not see anything on the cameras and the they cloud not have scratch my car or they did not find any weather strip. I took my car to see how much is going to cost me to fix all the issue with my car it will be around 900$ to get it fix what I’ll recommend if you still decide to take your car in to this place take your time checking your car before you leave this place.

Great for aa quick car wash or a full detail. The staff is friendly and professional and they seem to deal with a lot of high end cars which makes me trust them with mine. I even got my windows tinted by them and they did a fantastic job. Very comfortable waiting areas and fast WiFi. Overall, a great experience.

I used to come here often to regular car washes as well as detailing. I’ve also done l’un window tinting here. However, they changed some of the employees and the new ones are very rude and talk with an attitude. Today, as it is written on google that it closes at 6, I came around 5:30 and they already were close no car was inside et the rude employee walked to me to say that they’ve closed already. I told him that it said 6:00 pm and that they should change that. His response was simply no every website we have says 5:30 look again and walked again.You lost a loyal customer guys. Next time be careful while choosing your employees. And for other people reading this review, I’ve already found a car wash in Miami Beach.For your response, I told you the schedule appeared on google (8:00 am- 6:00 pm) not on your website. I don’t think most of the people check different websites before deciding where they should wash their car. I tried to edited for you on google so people don’t come over for nothing. Id been wanting to get my car professionally detailed for a while now to clean up the paint and make it sparkle (since I dont have a garage or driveway to do it myself). I had business in Brickell for the whole day, so I figured it was a great time to get it done while I was in the area. Plus, this place had amazing reviews.I got the most expensive package (#6) for $199 (with a coupon of $100 off - $212 with tax - $250 with tip). With the reviews, and having read all the details about what is entailed with this package, I expected a car that looked like it came off the showroom floor (minus chips and other items that they cant fix, obviously). It was good, but not the quality I expected from all of these amazing reviews.The interior carpet, plastic, and upholstery was amazing. The seats were starting to show wear, and they definitely looked brand new again! It smelled really good in the car as well. So, definitely very high marks for the interior.The outside though, not so much. I had to point out swirl marks where they hadnt finished buffing out the car to the guys several times. Like many other people noted, its very dark in the delivery area, so its hard to even see the imperfections. So, when you do, theyre obviously bad. They also hadnt really cleaned the front grille, the windows were all streaky (inside and out), and there were still little bug marks, sap, etc... in the paint. Ive clayed enough cars to know that little imperfections like this come out...especially if youre buffing, etc... So, to me it didnt look like they had hand washed the car twice, clayed it, and buffed out the paint as the package indicates. Like I said, the car was clean, but it didnt look professionally detailed.After getting home, I cleaned all the glass inside and out myself which is crazy annoying for having spent $250 on a detail.If you have a brand new car (or one thats only a year or two old), Im sure itll come out looking amazing. If you want your interior cleaned, this place does an amazing job! If you just want a quick car wash that gets rid of most of the dirt on your car, they also do a good job on that. But, if you want your paint properly cleaned up and renewed for $250 like it should with a #6 package, I think your money is best spent elsewhere.

I bought a voucher a few months ago with 15 washes and when I went to wash my car they charged me $ 25.00. The new manager literally sent me to hell. So I recommend you not let you steal the money. They are literally thieves.

This is a great place to have your car detailed. They have a program for every budget. Your joy and pride will roll out of there looking sharp.

If you choose to go here I have a few recommendations.1st) Call ahead and get a price quote. If you dont they will price gouge you.2nd) Take thorough pictures of you vehicle before hand. I found damage in my rear seat afterward. The fabric looked like it had been torn and melted. Each person I talked to said something different. The first said it was like that when I came in, the 2nd said it was already damaged but they had put something on it to seal it together, the 3rd said it was burned/melted and they did not do it. There is no way I could have melted my seat fabric, but since I did not have proof they claimed it was like this when I came it, even though it was not. As a result, I left with a damaged car. They did Nothing to remedy the situation.3rd) Expect it to take 2x as long as they tell you. They said it would take around an hour. It took 3 hrs.

Highly recommended. Not your average car-care place. These guys know their stuff.Reasonable priced and excelent customer service.I walk in with my Porsche scratched rim and 2 hours later I was on my way with a brand new looking wheel. They even took care of stubborn bird waste paint mark.Im coming back soon for a full polish and wax.

Cant say enough good things about the experience I had with Mike and his team. It was very thorough as I had no idea how many types of tints there are and what the differences are. He asked me some questions and explained what the differences were and I actually was very impressed. It was not Hard Sell tactics, just options which effected Bluetooth, etc. Very glad I found this place.

They take great care of my car. Its clean, comfortable and they are pleasant. A little pricey though.

Pretty poor experience. Pulled in and no one even acknowledged me even after getting out of the car. The guy apparently taking the orders just stood there and looked at me like we were going to communicate telepathically or somethin. Literally had to ask, so can I get a car wash?Wash/Wax special was a joke. Car still had wax on it, and streaks all over it from trying to use wet towels to dry a car.

I was expecting a better detailing job at the inside of my Range RoverFor that price,I think I ll keep going at the place I used to go. It’s far away but is a waranty they do much better job.

Excellent dent removal service here in Miami. they are quick and reasonable for doing paintless dent removal, when you look for paintless dent repair you really need to shop around as if someone does it wrong it looks horrible. These guys were real pros

The service was too expensive for the results I got. I had sprinkles of white paint on the right side of the car and they charged me $199 for the service that included getting 100% rid of them. When I got there the car still had some paint spots left. For $199 I’d expect them to not have missed anything.

I did extensive research before deciding upon Miami Auto Spa for tint servicing. I was reluctant to get tint overall as my car comes manufactured with double paned glass and slighted shaded but even this wasnt enough to stand up to the harsh elements. I selected Miami Auto Spa and Xpel XR Plus tint based on their willingness to invest heavily in pre-sales activity. I became very familiar with the product overall aligned to my car and my specific needs by the Xpel Acct Manager. In addition to product knowledge, he was also able to co-sign Miami Auto Spas ownership and operations.Harold professionally handled my car as if it were his own during the installation and post sale. I leveraged his expertise solely to get the aesthetic I wanted (nothing overly customized and I wanted to maintain the elegance and femininity of the car while providing this extra layer of protection). With Harold, I got EVERYTHING I was shooting for! I beam with pride every time I see my car!Thinking of Harold reminds me of the Delta survey post every over the phone customer service interaction: If you owned a company would you hire this individual?. My answer to that would be: Unequivocally YESSSSSSS!!!! His product knowledge and customer care are A1 top notch!ProTip: This shop is immediately off of a very busy Miami street. Its a high volume, highly transactional shop so if that level of controlled chaos makes you as nervous as it does me, be the first to arrive when the doors roll up at 8am....avoiding Miami traffic and congestion.

Live in Brickell, hard to find a place downtown. I had driven by this place but wasnt aware they did standard washes. Thought they only did super detail washes. Great concept, waiting area, free bottle of water and Wi-Fi, etc. Thought the car was ready FAST which is not always a good thing. I paid for a wash with an upgrade to condition the leather.When I receive the car, the leather looks the same it did when I got there. I ask the guy and he says he used the natural coat and they have a shiny one but he made the decision not to use that one when he admitted the shiny one looks nicer .... so that exchange was weird. I had to ask him for a scent, there was no initiative there.I drive off and pull over at the gas station down the street because there is sun light to inspect. The rims were not cleaned correctly and also the leather that I paid to condition, had oil stains . I drive back and tell the guy who handed me the car. He said he would fix it, I drive off again. Only to discover that the fob for my garage at my building is missing. They had essentially thrown it away! I call and the owner says hes going to look for it and tells me that I should put away anything that I dont want to lose. They found it and I had to drive back AGAIN, the owner was not apologetic, literally! It was a NIGHTMARE and not worth the $50 bucks I paid for. Not going back and for anyone that goes make sure you inspect it before taking off, they seemed to be more worried about finishing fast.P.S. Its apparent the way the owner responds to paying customers on google reviews that he has no regard for them. Instead of simply just saying sorry he attacks people, probably explains why even as the owner hes at the business .... and for nothing. After insulting me that Im scamming my building which is false, Im changing my star to 1 and will make an effort to tell everyone I know in Brickell to NEVER go there and how they owner looks like he has HIGH cholesterol which probably explains why hes not nice to his customers.

$25 for my car only to look like brand new on the outside but only get the inside part vaccumed? No whiping off the dust and stains of my doors and front part? Not a very impressing place to me. Im not sure if it was just the guy that took care of my car that did that poor job but Im sorry. Never going back again. I rather keep paying $15 for a better job done.

My car was still dirty when they cleaned it. The owner started disrespecting me when I told him that my car was dirty, his employees agreed. He yelled at me to leave the place and he never cleaned my car again for a second time or gave my money back. I will never come back to this place again. Horrible owner.

I have only one word “Fantastic” from the moment I drove in, was greeted and had the car door opened. Came in for window tint on my 2016 Vette. And have no doubt I will continue to return for the amazing hand car wash that they provided for free as part of the window tinting Service. And it was completed to perfection!! With a lifetime warranty what more can you ask for. The waiting area offers free Wi-Fi free bottled water and indoor outdoor seating with tv’s set for both. I can go on and on about how satisfied I am but you get the idea!!

I have gotten my car washed here several times over the last couple of years and they have always done a great job. Fast, reasonable, and I received the service that I paid for. However, my recent experience with their customer service prompted me to write this review because any business serious about their customer service would respond better than the manager Chris that I spoke to this week.In June I decided that I wanted to add tint to my Hyundai Elantra since I was moving to New York and would be keeping my car outdoors. Before I had the tint applied, I discovered that New York has stringent tinting laws that are outlined on the NY DMV website. When I arrived to have the tint applied, I showed the staff the requirements for my tint that I needed applied, and then verbally confirmed with them that they understood. They applied the tint, it went on well, and not knowing anything about tint, assumed that they had applied the tint correctly as I had instructed them. This past week I had my car inspected, as it part of the registration process in the state. I failed the inspection because the tint applied to the car was not at the percentage of the one that I had expectedly asked them to apply to my car. In addition to having paid $267 to have the tint applied, I now had to pay $80 to have it removed from my car. I spoke to the manager Chris at length about this issue because I was simply requesting my money back for the incorrect tint that was applied to my car by his staff. He stated that his staff misunderstood the requirements and that it was my fault that I accepted the tint, despite the fact I have no previous experience to know what tint percentages are and look like on a car. I did not pay for service to be incorrectly completed despite explicit outlines on how it should be done. It is very unreasonable to not back up the services that a business provides to its customers when it is their mistake on how something was completed. This is terrible management practice so beware if you have having anything more than your car cleaned at this establishment because management clearly is disinterested in taking a customers service claims seriously. Full disclosure I have posted this same review on Yelp but I want to make sure future customers can avoid the experience as me.

Hurricane Irma destroyed my car so after not working for several months Money has been Very Tight but any way I tried to get the the Best Tint for my New car new to me any way 2010 Honda accord looked at Miami Auto spa Tint from $99 to $299 they also have this front windshield $199 so I wanted to do every thing at once. I live in the Keys so I really wanted the best Tint possible ....Before I paid $400.00 plus tax I said several times about it being The Ultimate tint Chris nodded his head in the up and down motion and I assumed thats what tint I was getting so they tell me Life time Guaranteed My back window had some little bubble in it so they re did back window No problem ...Thats when they said I got some Classic Tint I wanted The Over Kill Ultimate Tint So just make sure your on the same Page with front office But The work manship Great even with this I would Go back for work done Just Make sure you get what you want Not Bait and Switch ..So dont let the 2 star have any reflection on there ability to do Awsome work Ok Thank You

This is my new fav car wash in the westside! $7 to ride thr a carwash!? Done n done! I also love that they are open late unlike other conventional carwashes that close as i am clocking out of work. I will def be back at Tommys next time my car needs a quick wash.

Excellent dent removal and detailing at reasonable prices.

Very fast service and a thorough wash and detailing service. There was some residue left over on my steering wheel but with high traffic they still got me in and out in twenty minutes.

Went several times, but if you care about your car go someplace else. They use acid on the rims, thats why mine have stains now. They use cheap products on your car and thats why my car doesnt look shiny like it should be.

Looks like ownership changed and I have had a bad experience the last two times I took my car there. You would think someone would look over it when its done and wipe down any obvious things like the wheels and around the bumpers. When I pointed it out to the owners, they looked surprised and said well, we dont do that. That led to them telling me to wash my car somewhere else... so I asked for a refund and will never be back.

Rip-off! Manager/owner whoever he is is extremely rude and un professional. I had to jump my bike when i picked it up after the lousy detailing job they did. Who knows what they did to the battery. Worst experience ever!

Called to get a quote and was treated rudely. The gentleman on the phone was very unprofessional and knew nothing about tints. Would not recommend this place at all.

Lately the service is not the same. Maybe new ownership? First time I saw “the owner” in over 8 years. Very bad attitude, rude . And very poor job cleaning the car inside.Just read his replies on the bad reviews.

I had window tinting on my Tesla model 3. They did terrible job. When i came to them to fix it they refused to redo. They redid only 1 window and it was still bad.

Super bad service, I took my car to wash and they parked it under a tree where the birds made it pupu all when I picked it up I told him and they told me it was my fault for leaving it for 1 hour they never told me to look for it that it was the most correct Then they passed a cloth to clean it and scratched the paint on my new car, inside the car was dirty they did not vacuum it and they said why they had to move it a lot, it was dirty, super bad service, if you are thinking about wash your vehicle, stay away from this place as much as possible

I went to wash my car in this place, and I was attended by a man who spoke English and sent a young man who spoke Spanish, to attend to me he told me that the price was $ 50 to wash my car, when the sign said $ 28. I said ok no problem. I went in and out again and said the truth is that the owner says he doesnt want us to wash your car here. just because my car is from 2002 so that they have a place that provides laundry service if they are not going to do it, or put on their list the requirements that cars can go, although the truth is I do not know if it was because of the car since it was not so dirty. or was the owner who must be racist with Latinos.
