The unfortunate reality with services in Miami was realized here- LACK OF IT! State Farm assigned an appraisal to this site, and upon contacting me to schedule the time for inspection, the representative of this shop was rude and couldnt care less about my time constraint with work. I repeated myself several times to explain that I needed to leave the vehicle while they completed the appraisal and inspection report. I explained that I would return to pick up the car, but the representative dismissed my comments altogether. I have to now call the insurance back to get another shop location. how ridiculous!

No one is happy about going to a body shop but if you have to go, this is the place. A Auto Tech is efficient, professional and prompt. They even called me to tell me to come a little bit later than promised as they saw a little something they wanted to correct. I recommend to these guys without hesitation. A giant tree branch fell on my 1 year old car and crushed the rear. A Auto Tech performed the repair with high quality and honesty, and reasonable pricing. I have had them do a lot of different body work for me over several cars, this was the most extensive and they did great!

My car was damaged on the passenger side so I took it to A Auto Tech, asking questions on pricing. Brian was honest and fair with his prices so I brought my car in the next day. It was fixed within a week (door replacement, painting, and got out all dents removed) and it looks brand new again. The customer service and work were both exceptional. Thank you guys!

Unfortunately nobody wants to have to take their car to a body shop for repairs but it happens. I took my car here because I had a previous great experience about 9 years ago. I wont lie but also because they were attentive to my phone calls and emails, unlike other shops I was thinking of using. Not only were they attentive but also friendly and personable and understanding and sympathetic to the ordeal that is being without a car. I didnt have rental coverage on my insurance so getting the vehicle back timely was important to me. They kept me updated on the progress and worked with my insurance adjuster. To sum it up, when I went to pick up the car, I ran back in and told them I thought they made a mistake because they gave me a NEW vehicle! Thats how amazing and perfect my car looked! I never expected them to ALSO return the interior like new but they did a beautiful job not just on the exterior body work but also on returning the car clean and beautiful like new!!!! Thank you!!! I had to take my car back several times because things were incomplete. They charged state farm for a alignment. When they gave me the car back the car was not aligned I had to pay out of pocket somewhere else and wait for a reimbursement. Unnecessary steps a CUSTOMER should NOT go through just because the employees and evidently The supervisors dont inspect what they expect. They dont do final walk through they just call you for pick up HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Dont Waist your time. Plenty of other businesses out there that definitely will provide you with a better experience and deserve youre money. Dont be fooled by there kindness what matters is the quality of work that you pay for and it definitely not there when they dont check there own work.

They were recommended by Allstate so I went there. They were ready for me with all the information needed to go to work. They called me with updates and were only delayed one day. When my daughter’s 2017 Camry was hit by a ticketed careless driver I had many options thru the other driver’s coverage. The work was performed in February and the car was just shipped back to NJ where I had the first chance to look it over. Car looks just like new and paint is a perfect match. It was a real pleasure to find such a competent body shop. My insurance company had listed it as one in my area and it seemed to be recommended by customers so I went there. They matched the cost my insurance had estimated so I left the car there. It was near MetroRail and one of the mechanics gave me a ride there. When I picked up the car it was immaculate - washed and cleaned all over, repair impeccable (and warrantied).
