For your own good please use another company. All the negative reviews are true. Most of their 5 star reviews are from 1 review only accounts. So most likely done by owners/employees.

Horrible experience very unprofessional. No follow up at all. The work done was done very poorly mostly covered up. They failed to submit supplemental claim to our insurance company and ordered cabinets we cancelled and tried to force us to keep them! DO NOT USE THEM WORD OF ADVICE

Building a home under our unfortunate circumstance of a house fire is rarely considered an easy process but somehow you fall in the bracket of not only making it easy but fun too! I honestly feel like you are my family and that just goes to show how empathetic the entire team is. I have to say some of my favorite things about you guys are: your sense of urgency in everything including response time (you not only get things done, but you get things done right and we were involved in every step of the way which felt like not just rebuilding a house but rebuilding our home), your positive attitude and outlook on everything (you act as if you are building a home for your loved one not a complete stranger), your passion (you SMILE no matter what is happening). Honestly I dont think I can do business with anyone else after working with this team because the standard was set so high as it should be by every company that cares as these guys do. From the staff that picks up calls to the workers coming into the the home to the owners...all 5 stars. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts for helping us rebuild our home. You were definitely the best pick!

Stay clear of this company. They will try to manipulate you and push for you to log an insurance claim. Trust your instincts. They are scammers and just looking to rack up huge $$$ for your insurance to pay out. They did a board up of my home (which I NEVER authorized) for a break in. Over $500 for a couple pieces of plywood! They then called me with pressure tactics regarding logging a claim with my insurance company to perform the repairs. There was no way I was going to A) give them the business of the repairs and B) allow them to take advantage of insurance. They belittled me on the phone and said they couldnt believe I wasnt going to log a claim with my insurance because the repairs were going to be very expensive (in their words). Fast forward to completing the repairs, without their assistance. The total bill of repair came to LESS than my insurance deductible. Dont let this company scare you into going with their services.(Some of their Google reviews are written by their company owners/employees.)

Luis Hernandez and his crew did a phenomenal job cleaning and packing up our prize possessions after a devastating house fire. The smoke, soot, and water damage was overwhelming. They are like angels sent from heaven!

Ben Abel and his crew did an awesome job with the restoration of my fire damaged home. From the first meeting I was well informed of permit needs, scheduling and materials to give me a beautiful, modern and redesigned home in 6 to 8 months. Bens suggestions on replacement appliances, fixtures, tile, carpet, counter tops, and cabinetry were very much to my liking. Six months of professional work by him and his crew put me back in my brand new home. DC Restoration and Ben, my go to person, deserve five stars for their efforts in satisfying my needs in returning my beautiful restored home to me within the 6 month schedule.Thank you!!

Total rip off. Took my deductible of 1K and then the check the insurance company issued for another $675 for literally painting 2 garage walls white and a tiny section of a stained ceiling. Should be ashamed! Maybe have some decency and say hey homeowner the work we are doing can be done yourself for under $100. Racket!

They were so amazing and so helpful! I cant express how happy and please for the fact I can call them anytime! The were fast and efficient and so nice and I loved doing business I will always call them!

The team at Damage Control is absolutely the best! Emergency home restoration is probably one of the most stressful things a home owner can face. It is very reassuring to know we are in good hands with the Damage Control pros. I highly recommend!

My family and I had a great experience. We had an issue that needed a professional solution and Damage Control was certainly that, professional. They were friendly, on time, and got the job done correctly without a hitch. Damage Control has a customer for life in us.

Damage control did great at getting our stuff out when our house flooded and returning it in great shape! 5 Stars for them!DC Restoration has been a nightmare! Working with their contractor was extremely frustrating! They have poor communication. They gave us a quoted end date at September 8, they did not complete the project till October 3! When the project wasn’t completed by that date my husband called and the contractor laughed in his face and said “there’s no way we would have finished by then.” What’s the point of quoting an end date?!?!

I had a major water leak and damage in my house. Derec showed up with his team and I couldnt be happier and satisfied with their workTotal professionals, know their business and they care about customer satisfaction. Do NOT use this company under any circumstances. They are closing up shop in the middle of our fire restoration job in Show Low. Not enough staff before they closed shop. Now they come out of Mesa headquarters. What a joke of a company. They should not be vetted by any insurance company.

Honest hard-working people that are all about customer service and doing the job right the first time. They do a super job.

Over priced and proceeded to work without prior authorization. They claimed to use 2 guys for an hour and a half for putting up ply wood on a door and a window. They also broke/cracked the window from improper drilling or wrong angle.

Never ever use this company, they tear in to your walls and leave you hanging. If they cant meet your deadlines they abandon the work. Very poor communication and very unprofessional. Again never ever use them.
