I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom then I realized there was water everywhere it was crazy . I looked on Google to find a reputable company and liked there reviews so I called them they showed up within a hour . They were able to help me diagnose the problem. There was dirty contaminated water everywhere . So they put on there white suits and masks and sucked up the dirty water. Very professional and nice. Im thankful that they made my home safe to live in again.Thanks Ellie!

Run!They billed for stuff they did not do. Called it miscommunication but never asked what items. Trying to get my insurance company to pay for everything regardless of what they did. Left a huge insulation mess. I had to ask for plastic to cover my room. Use someone else! Don’t be fooled by the reviews like I was.

I worked with Doug and Dave White (Cant remember Dougs surname) and they helped me through the process of cleanup and restoration as well as all paperwork needed and dealing with the insurance company. Having a catastrophic event like a flood in a home that was under contract and just ready to close was a nightmare. Doug, the owner of AZ Restoration, was at our clients home in less than an hour and informed me of each step that would take place. The process for making the home habitable is being handled by true professionals!

I would highly recommend this company. Although a flood is certainly something you never expect, I found myself walking into an actively spewing pipe that had flooded a large interior portion of an office. Despite it being the middle of the day on a Saturday, I was able to make contact with Dean and he immediately proceeded to my office location, providing updates on his ETA as to provide confidence in his arrival. Upon arriving, I found Dean to be extremely well informed and knowledgeable, and he was able to provide a level of confidence that I found very reassuring. After explaining the process, Dean had a team onsite quickly and the water was removed and fans installed by end of day. Dean and his team did an amazing job throughout the process, and were very resourceful and resilient in meeting the needs of my situation. Definitely a recommended company if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having a flood.

I called Brian yesterday 2/10/19, he took the call and was very understanding of the situation. This company has helped many of my clients through complex water damage situations. From major storms to water pipe breaks, they have been there and done great work. Then I had a water heater leak into my home well I was out it town, cat sitter found water coming out the door! They came on a Sunday and got all of our property moved to safety and started drying our home out before I even got back. This company was the real deal! We woke up Sunday morning to an inch and half of water all throughout my house. I called and immediately got Brian from Arizona Restoration. He explained to me the process and everything. I had him come over and he was at my place with in the hour, on a Sunday morning! He checked it out and sure enough we were going to need their services as it became a $30k+ job when it was all said and done. Brian calmed me down, helped me with how to work with the insurance companies, got Frank from Integrity pack out to start the process of getting our stuff. After having their services and working with our insurance we started working with Nayeli from ARS and she was just as helpful with giving them the insurance money. There was even a mistake and she resolved it that day, great service. I would recommend ARS, they felt more like a family then just company of people.

Coming home after a vacation to find a pipe broke under your sink and a house full of water is a scary and stressful time. My wife and I had no idea what to do, so we hopped on google and AZ restoration specialists were there most rated company out there. I picked up the phone and even though it was 11 at night Dallin was here within the hour. Dallin was polite, caring, understanding, and helpful through the whole process. Immediately he pumped all the water out and set up fans and dehumidifiers throught the home. They hired another company to take all my furniture out and worked diligently with my insurance company. If I could rate 1000 stars I would and it was Dallins actions and well being that will have my business for as long as Im a homeowne . We found mold in our house a week after closing on it. It went all the way up the walls behind the drywall in the laundry room. Having kids and being pregnant, I was really stressed about calling someone out and having them charge me an arm and a leg or not getting it all out and having health issues.Brian came out today and I can recommend him 100%! He could have taken advantage of our situation and made a profit, but he didnt. He was completely honest and very helpful. All my fears are put to rest. Ill be recommending him to everyone I know.
