Josh was great. They can do it all. Had an ac leak in between floors and one restoration company would do anything other the leak but 911 restoration was able to fix the leak, mitigate the damage, and complete all the repairs. Cost was lower than expected. Would call again (although I hope I never have to)

When our master bathroom flooded, we called Josh. He came out on a Friday night and walked us through the process of cleaning everything up and how to make an insurance claim to repair the cabinets, walls, etc that were ruined. He and his crew worked efficiently to get it dried out. He communicated with our insurance company and lined us up with a contractor to get the bathroom back to normal as quickly as possible. I cant imagine trying to manage the process without the help of someone who knows exactly what they are doing, and Josh knows exactly what he is doing!!

Owning a second story condo comes with its risk and unfortunately we ran into an issue with one of our restrooms in early April 2020 that impacted our neighbor. Christian of 911 Restoration came out promptly (within 30 minutes of first contact) and quickly assessed the situation. Josh C. (a supervisor) took it from there and coordinated the best way to resolve the issue and even worked with us in reporting the issue to our insurance. These guys did an amazing job with clean up and they went to bat for us demonstrating their concern for their customers and proving their value immediately and long term. I am super thankful to Josh who kept in close contact throughout this process and he provided several recommendations of persons to help restore our restroom affordably. I had a leak under my sink that warped my cabinets and required a complete rebuild of my kitchen island. There was no floor damage, my counter top was fine, it was building one box for drawers, new board under my sink and new box where my dishwasher fit in plus new toe kicks (all of my cabinet faces were fine as well).It took 5 weeks for a job they said would be done in 2.The drywall they installed started cracking, so I notified the supervisor(on a Friday around 3:00pm) and he sent his crew out to my house two hours later without responding to my text or telling me they were on their way, they then told me it would be 3 hours (I told them no as I had plans on a Friday night with my family).The temporary sink that they had to remove and then re-install started leaking the very next day (Saturday), I told the supervisor at 8am that it needs to be fixed and his crew got there 2 hours later to fix it.The next Monday (2/3), again without notifying me, the crew showed up to finish the dry-wall work. I advised the supervisor that while I can work from home I don’t do it all the time and he needs to communicate with me about what their schedule is so that I can be sure to be home. He called me and said that he “sent me a text but it must not have gone through”, that its “not his fault because he has a lot of jobs” and that “being without a sink for 2.5 weeks isn’t really that big of a deal” (I have 3 kids, not having a sink or a dishwasher is a pretty big deal to me, I don’t really care how he feels about it).On Wednesday (2/5) I sent him a text asking for the schedule so that I could build out my work calendar accordingly. He didn’t response and then a few hours later his crew called stating they were at my house (I was at work).The supervisor constantly left my house to work on other jobs, go to Circle K for drinks, do whatever else, I have no idea but would just leave his crew and the job continued to get pushed back and pushed back.These are a few of the complaints I have regarding their lack of respect for my time and my home, but there is much more that I’m not putting in here. The job itself, was an absolute nightmare. The wood grain was horizontal while the rest of my cabinets were vertical. There was a noticeable gap between my counter and the wall. When he was rebuilding the sink I had to stop him because he was adding walls to the construction that weren’t there before and my sink would not have fit into if he continued as he planned to. After multiple complaints one of the owners came out to my house and said they would “re-do” the work. I told him I didn’t want that supervisor doing the work and he asked me if it was OK if he was there supervising the rebuild. Guess who did the rebuild? Guess who never saw the owner again? As soon as he started with the same mistakes and BS excuses I had to call the mitigation side to tell them that I am done. I wanted the job done now, I wanted it done right and I wanted it done by anyone other than this particular supervisor. Eventually the job got done, it looks OK (still not what it looked like before all this happened) and they told me they were working on the bill because they wanted to give me a discount to make everything right. They sent me an invoice and said “We have given a $100 discount due to the unseen amount of time taken”. I told them that was borderline insulting because this wasn’t strictly about timing, it was a lack of respect for MY time, my concerns being discounted/ignored and the job being an absolute disaster. They said “We apologize for the way things turned out. It was unexpected on both ends. We appreciate your patience and willingness to work with us.” How sincere. An honest, straightforward and understanding apology would have been enough for me to just move on, but they clearly don’t care, so if you’re still reading this and are still considering hiring this company then be prepared for an organization that absolutely does not care about your time, your property or your money. Go elsewhere.
