HD Restoration was fantastic! I had huge issues with my insurance company paying out the claim, but HD Restoration worked with me on it the whole way through. They advocated for me before they even completed the work. When my insurance company finally paid out the claim, HD was there within the week. They repaired my water damaged walls perfectly. It actually looked better than before then they were done. I highly recommend them!

I found HD Restoration by chance through a google search. I tried 3 other companies and was told my damage wasn’t bad enough and it would dry out. This company has worked with my insurance, my schedule, and my HOA. They have walked me through this process step by step and Brittany has gone above and beyond to help me! For an unfortunate set of circumstances I’m grateful for such a wonderful experience!

Their first sub kept showing up at my house without and appointment and demanded that I leave work to come meet him (I did not). I used them for a second job, thinking it was an issue with the sub, but I had to fire them after they continued to fail to show up. They e-mailed me about picking up their dryers on the same day, but I was at work so we agreed on another date. I stayed home and waited, but they never showed up. Then they were supposed to do repair work, and I again stayed home from work, and they did not show up. I e-mailed them 2 hours after the appointment time and only THEN did they tell me the employee was sick. Then they billed my insurance a lot of money for very little work. So, both times I had to hire someone else to finish the job.To respond to the below, I DO have e-mail, which HD had. We had CONFIRMED appointments through e-mail, and no e-mail was sent to notify me of any change. Therefore, my lack of a cell phone is a poor excuse for your companys failure to show up AS ALREADY SCHEDULED.

Jake and his crew at HD Restoration finished our project in a timely matter. We had a deadline because we needed to move into our new house by a certain date and the job was completed so we could move in on that date. Our project was tearing down a couple walls, ripping out all tile and carpet, put new tile floor throughout our 1500 sq ft house and closing off an open office room. We would highly recommend them and we will definitely use them for our projects in the future.

We had a leak in the basement and had HD restoration out to take a look. Jake was responsive, showed up when he said he would, and was very knowledgeable and helpful when working with our insurance. The work was completed in a timely manner, and you can tell all of the HD employees pay attention to details, and put the customer first! I would highly recommend HD restoration to anyone with water damage in their home!

These guys are late. They don’t answer my calls. They get back to me only days later and they will randomly call me back at times. They tell me they’ll come to install or remove flooring and at times, they don’t. They are also very unorganized. It’s been a huge struggle to work with HD Restoration.

When it comes to a restoration project, it can be a real headache, trust me I know. But these guys came through for me BIG time. The most important quality was Communication. From Hugo in the field to Bhrittney at the office. Not to mention the quality of work and it being completed in a timely manner. They didnt cut any corners and I am completely satisfied! We had an issue in our employee restroom and the guys at HD were on it. Easy to work with and on top of it from start to finish. Will definitely use them again is the need arises.

HD Restoration is AWESOME! The house my wife and I purchased has unfortunately had a few water leaks so I have had multiple contractors in and out of the house over the last two years. HD Restoration is the first company I have been really impressed with. They have been honest, on-time and looked to find ways to save me money. Rodney is the owner and he has personally come out to my house to inspect when there was another potential water leak. Jake and Hugo were great on the job. Hugo actually caught a second leak which he could have covered up as it was not covered under insurance. I would highly recommend them. The work they did at my house included a remodel of kitchen (replacing countertops, installing a vent hood, rebuilding kitchen cabinets, installing a new sink, drywall, painting, plumbing and electrical work).

On a Sunday morning I had my hot water heater fail causing water damage to several walls in my house. I called HD Restoration for assistance and they were at my house within two hours to assess the damage and begin the cleanup. They did an awesome job working with my insurance company to make the process so much easier and quicker. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work with. I was not having any know how about the HD Restoration company, however, once I got the chance to call them for providing water damage restoration services at my home. I have my basement flooded with water because of the leakage. They provide me a complete water damage restoration service as well as mold remediation . I am very happy with their work and I recommend others to contact them if they need a quality service with perfection.

Thanks for the high quality work. Treating the mold is an easy job for HD Restoration as i tried myself and found failure so many times. Now i have no issues regarding mold.

HD restoration has dropped the ball time and time again. After 3 weeks of trying to get them to come do work the owner said he would come out to help the process. They finally sent someone out to start the work but the owner no-showed his excuse was that we didnt call to confirm the morning of even though he had an employee there so he obviously would know we were there. We have had to babysit them along the way. Finally we fired them and the owner sent a very unprofessional message to my wife saying if he is not paid in 5 days he will take legal action. First off we never said that we werent going to pay them. Secondly demanding something to be timely after failing to meet any sort of a deadline yourself is so hypocritical.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEUnprofessional in all phases of project. After many frustrations, missteps and unpleasantness, we fired them. At the end of the project our experience with them added about 30% to our budget, delayed the project nearly 4 months and made an already unpleasant experience, remodeling, much more unpleasant than it needed to be.

Thank you so much to the HD Restoration team. We had a tough time with a different company completing our project and my whole home was torn apart and no one would call me back for weeks. My insurance company was being difficult, but Rodney came out and immediately stepped up to the plate and got everything sorted out within a couple of days. He even sat on the phone with my insurance company to make sure he got approval right away to start some of the repairs so I could have hot water in my house again!Hugo came out to my home to actually do the work and was the nicest person Ive ever met. He was really careful to protect my belongings and did such a good job that it actually looks better than it did before this whole thing started.I have already hired them to help me update/remodel my kitchen as well.I would highly recommend to anyone dealing with a water loss at their home!
