If you need or want insurance you may want to call someone else, spoke with a lady here on a Wedneaday she to claimed to not be able to find my State Farm policy with my name, address and even my State farm policy said she would call back the next day. Was the following Monday that she finally called me at which point I told her you said you would call me the next day. She said Oh I had another person call you. I told her nobody called me. She said the person I called told me they called but got no answer. NOBODY CALLED ME. Typical excuse. So I found a different company. Im happy because I dont need to start a new relationship with a company I cant trust.Update: Aaron phoned me to say he can prove they did call by his call records, I told him I can prove they didnt call me by my call history. Bottom line is I never spoke to anyone for whatever reason the call didnt come through to me. Blame my carrier or theirs, either way I chose to go with a different company and glad I did so. My only question is why only try once if you truly want someones business wouldnt you maybe try a second time even a day later or a few hours later, maybe a text, an Email a voicemail even but I got none of these.

Sad to say that after almost 10 years of being insured through State Farm, I am cancelling my home/auto policies because of Aaron Mcdermids staff.After weeks of explaining a situation regarding my parents in law borrowing our car, I was just informed the information was inaccurate after confirming numerous times they had what was needed. At no time did Karen ask me if my in-laws lived with me and even admitted on the phone that she had assumed. (also I sent them pictures of their licenses with their address on it) Now I am being told that I am lying and that I gave different information.My husband and I will be moving to Geico for not only better pricing, but better customer service overall. State farm has really gone down hill.

This insurance agent is very friendly. The staff is really awesome and they go out of their way to assist in anyway that they can. They also are genuinely concerned about you when you call to report a claim, no matter what type of claim it is.

Very disappointing! Called, was told Aaron was out, visited with an agent who knew nothing, told I needed to talk with Aaron so made an appointment for the following week. Walked in for the appointment and knew something wasnt right by the reaction of the receptionist - she told me Aaron would be right with me. Some guy walks out (never even introduced himself) says hes double booked and I would need to visit with lady X - turns out she was the same lady I visited with on the phone and she knew nothing. I thanked her, walked out, drove 5 mi to Tol Graves agency, walked in unannounced, visited with Tol, got all my questions answered along with several recommendations and left in an hour and 10 minutes with a policy. Graves and his staff were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful!

State farms old slogan was Like a good neighbor, state farm is there This is by far what Aaron McDermid an agent for this brand stands for. He is my current neighbor and a headache to live next door with. He recently moved in about a year ago. Our neighborhood is located in a unincorporated area, also known as county islands, horse property area.Me and my family have lived here for 15 years. We have about 6 other neighbors in our neighborhood. We have never had any issues with anybody in our neighborhood. But Aaron moves in and the problems start. Due to the area we live in we have illegal dumping and wild coyotes, bobcats, falcons. Mayority of us who live in the area have livestock,Therefore we also have dogs to protect and warn us of any trouble. We have always let our dogs roam free in the enclosed 1.25 acrea Private property we live in. When they bark we wake up and check it out for ourselfs. But Aaron decided to step into my property one night around 10pm. He ignored our No trespassing Private property sign and entered the property. My dogs alerted us there was something off and to my surprise i found Aaron snooping in my property. I quickly turned the lights on and ask him why he had entered my property. He had came over to complain about my dogs barking. I had told him for the past 14 years nobody has complained about it. I explained to aaron my dogs only bark to alert us due to the conditions and area we live in, He exagerrated the amount of time the barks lasted and the times that it was happening. I have neighbors who own farm animals that make noise throught the night. We dont complain because that is expected living this lifestyle in this area. Animals will make noise its only nature. I explained to him that next time he should wait till morning to try and step inside my property to discuss an issue. I did not report him to the authorities for trespassing because im just not that type of person, but I did feel creep out by aaron being in my property so late at night. He decided upon himself that next time this incident occurs. He would leave me a letter of complaint in my mail box. Not long after he did leave me a letter complaining about the barks, Once again exaggerating about the times and lenght of the barks and threatened that next time he would Call the sherriffs on us.As a good neighbor I did him the favor to bring my dogs inside the home for the whole night. Not long after he called the sherriffs to complain about the barks. The sherriffs came to my house, parked outside my property and rolled their windows down to hear if what aaron was stating was true. They had informed me the following morning that they had recieved the complaint from the neighbor about my dog barking at night, they followed up on it but could not agree with aaron statements, so they dismissed his complaint. Just when i thought the problems were over with aaron. He became even more creepier by installing a camera on the edge of his property fence on a palo verde tree overlooking to my yard. Me and my father had to put a man made blockage barrier to prevent this creep from looking at me and my families privacy. Aaron McDermid has harrased me and my family nonstop over the excuse of a barking dog which doesnt even have a loud bark my dog is a very small size dog who barks only when it must. Today 09/21/19 He called the sherriffs once again for this issue. So i decided it was time to expose the character of Aaron McDermid. Currently we are selling our home because we no longer feel comfortable living next to Aaton McDermid. But the harrasment still continues.
