I have been with Allstate for many many years and only have had 2 agents the entire time. Since then, they have treated me with respect & like Im a valued customer. As you can see, Mrs Webb, even replied to my original comment & was very pleasant about it & not mean or rude or snappy...like some other companies out there that reply to customers surveys.Well, It makes me sad that I cant also have auto policy with them! Im so sorry that parent company, Allstates rates are preventing me from taking you as my company for all needs. I am currently going through a claim process and I have an Insurance Claim Rep by the name of Angelica in your Mesa, AZ office. I am very unhappy with this process and the person I am dealing with. Dont get insurance or any kind of help here as they will take their sweet time in contacting you. Ive called Angelica relentlessly and she hasnt returned any of my calls or even tried helping me. DONT GO HERE!! You will be displeased!!
