When we made the switch from our previous insurance company, Jacob made the quote process and transition beyond simple. He never pushed any coverage we didn’t ask for or anything beyond what we told him we wanted. Any time I had questions he was very attentive in responding and answering them for me. When it came to buying our first home it was obvious we’d be reaching out to him again and sure enough he was amazing. Very knowledgeable in the coverages we would want and need, and as a first time home buyer you can imagine the million questions I had. His patience was heaven sent during an already stressful home buying process. Not only have they saved us a ton on car and home insurance but the quality customer service is beyond what you expect from any company. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.

I’ve had to switch insurance companies before and the process can be very complicated. Today I arrived at Andy’s State Farm Insurance Agency and was blown away at this new office. It’s close to the U.S. 60, so traveling to their office isn’t a problem, and this insurance agencies team is excellent.I had a couple questions about coverage and what I can change to lower my bill and they helped me understand insurance that little bit more. They helped me cover my homeowner insurance, auto, and even gave me a quote for my business.
