Writing a post for my parents. theyve had insurance here forever. They had an issue~ fraud~ through their bank accounts and the auto pay didnt go through. They werent contacted until they received a letter from the MVD.Apparently they had been cancelled for 10 days and they went to the office and they were told they had to open a new policy. My parents speak Spanish and idk if they couldnt understand why they couldnt just pay the ins, they were told they had to do a deposit of $350 and monthly payments increased to $150 after they had been paying $80 for years... We ended up going to Access Ins on Dobson and the girls, Yucsin especially, were super patient and understanding with my parents. They spoke Spanish and they got my parents an affordable rate without the expensive down payment.
