Avoid, avoid, avoid. They are a middleman for insurance companies and that is how they make money. Go directly to the insurance company for the best rate.I am wary of insurance agencies as they are solely dependent on the insurance companies and my experience with Insurance Professionals this week only confirmed my belief. I called in and spoke with Chris- we went over the insurance that I needed and we had a rosy conversation with promises to give me a great rate and that they are different because they offer supurb follow-up and customer satisfaction.The end result is that we set a time to follow-up by noon today and.....nothing, nada, no call, no amazing customer service anything. I guess they really dont mean what they say. Frustrating being ghosted when someone sells themselves as best in the business.

As first time home buyers we were unsure of what company to purchase homeowners insurance through. After an arduous process of calling several big name companies and being completely confused on the policies themselves, someone suggested to use and insurance broker. This is how we came to Insurance Professionals of Arizona. Best decision!! We worked with John and he was so helpful in explaining everything to us and getting us by far the cheapest rate. We were also interested in switching our auto insurance and he helped us there as well. We are paying less and getting significantly more coverage! Its also nice to know that in the future when it is time to renew our policies he can check the best rates on the market and we could switch companies so we arent paying too much and being subject to premium increases. My parents have been with the same insurance company for years for their homeowners insurance and they never checked the rate, just paid every month. When they finally did they were paying an outrageous amount every month. Way more than they needed to! The insurance company had to refund them a couple thousand because they were overpaying! Glad thats not gonna happen to us! Couldnt be more satisfied.
