I have been a patient for about a year. I absolutely love the staff and providers at LifeStance. They are professional, responsive, and kind. Appointments are easy to set up and everything is very well organized. They take telehealth to a whole new level. Best choice for mental health providers.

Super easy to use their online video app. Very responsive. Caring people. My provider was an amazing listener and asked a lot of really good questions that I didnt think about. I am hopeful that I am on the right track to getting positive results from accurate treatment!

I’ve only had my first session but already it was a better experience than I’ve had in previous attempts. My only critique is that I didn’t really get a say in who I was paired with and at the conclusion of our first session as we were planning our meetings we discovered that scheduling would be an issue. Hopefully we will be able to navigate around this because I think it will be a great fit.

My therapist has been amazing at recommending treatments and having great empathy toward any issues that arise. I definitely recommend this practice for mental health/medicine needs.

I was fortunate, and thankful, to get a last-minute appointment with the doc.I repeatedly checked my patient portal acct. to complete any additional forms, pay my account balance, etc. prior to the appointment.I finally learned of 2 forms I had to complete just 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Therefore, I was forced to have a phone visit rather than a video visit.I managed, but found this issue very inconvenient. And this is not the 1st time this has happened to me.Any way to remedy this would be greatly appreciated.Have a blessed week! 😊

The Lifestance/Georgia Behavioral team have always been helpful, kind, and judgement free with me the entire time I’ve been a patient and I couldn’t recommend any group more.

I have been very pleased with the care Ive received at LifeStance Health (formerly Georgia Behavioral Health.) The staff have been attentive to my concerns, the office staff have been pleasant, and now with the convenience of telehealth visits via an app, I have no reason to complain. My appointments are held wherever I am so theres never a missed appointment. I recommend LifeStance Health for your mental health needs.

Unable to find out cost for services up front, and unable to change provider once services begin. Good point are they offer telehealth so it’s convenient and they have a variety of providers to choose from.

This is not a trusting practice. The Dr will play with your medicine actually take you off of them that you’ve taken for 20 years. I had a total nervous breakdown because of this dr and I am glad I left. I found a much better psychiatrist who cares about my health and my medication needs.Stay away from this practice!

I have been coming here for 2 or 3 years, and I am very happy with my doctor and the office. Dr Jian is a very knowledgeable doctor and has always helped me. He listens and is very polite.

I have never been so disrespected and my Psychiatrist hung up on me after being yelled at for 10 minutes. This is unethical an very unprofessional for a patient to be talked to this way. I am mad and extremely upset with how today went.

Marie Parent hung up on me, but I was still charged for the visit. She was completely rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical provider.

The service provided by GBHP has always been a good experience. I am able to make my appointments, see providers in a timely manner and call in for prescription refills when needed. They are very professional and take great care in keeping your business private. They went above the call of duty when I was unable to make it to an appointment and worked with me to make sure that I could reschedule. What I like the most was when talking to one of the receptionist, when she didnt know the answer to my question, she was upfront with me and said that she would need to talk to the office manager and would get back to me. I have been going to this office for almost a year now and very confident in the care I receive.

The whole process of working with GBHP is so great especially if you’re an extremely busy and ADHD professional like myself. I’ve honestly never had a better experience with any doctor’s office. Dr. Jian is an amazing and extremely understanding doctor with a great desire to help both immediately and long term. I have referred 3 people to them and I will continue to.

First provider to truly listen instead of talk at me in recent years of talk therapy...

I am always SO HESITANT to write a negative review. However, at this point I feel that I must. At my initial visit, I had to wait for quite a while to be seen. Once I was back, the actual provider listened and answered my questions. For this reason, I give the practice two stars.The detractor from my rating is the front office/billing department. In spite of the information I was given by my insurance, the office stated I had to meet a deductible before my insurance would pay anything. I paid what they asked.As it happens, the payment requested was erroneous on the part of the office. My insurance paid and I am owed a refund. I have been working on getting this refund since May. At the time of writing this review, it is mid-November. Ive called to follow up with the billing department on several occasions only to be told that they have sent it to corporate to be paid. The staff will not provide a direct number to corporate because they dont have it. Ive never had such an issue in getting a refund owed to me. The financial aspect of this office is a nightmare.

Great place! The psychiatrists at this location are top notch. Dr. Jason Jian, in particular, is one of the best psychiatric doctors that Atlanta has to offer (I highly recommend). I was accurately diagnosed and appropriately medicated - my quality of life has improved ten-fold. I definitely give this place 5 stars.

Tried to make an appointment for family therapy but was declined because therapy is court ordered. My family has insurance and needs help. Im disappointed that we were turned away. Just because therapy is court ordered does not mean the family does not want the help and does not need the help. Shame on you Georgia Behavioral Health Team.

This is absolutely the worst place I have ever been.DrJian lied to me from the start telling me there is a law prohibiting doctors from prescribing benzos to people on pain meds which is an ABSOLUTE LIE, and tried as hard as he could to convince me otherwise.When I said I would just keep my money and go elsewhere he damn sure wrote a prescription quickly,as well as another script that I already told him I couldnt tolerate.The garbage he prescribed made me more agitated and made my legs so restless I couldnt stand it.Tried to call the office only to get the endless runaround,ending in me wasting time and gas just for a useless drug test and more lies.He is a liar and completely incompetent.$300 down the drain.

I love Dr.Jason Jian he is improving my quality of life at each visit! He explains every thoroughly and is a overall great man, full of compassion for his patients suffering.
