Came here for couples counseling, but was alone with the man who did intake. He never introduced himself so I didnt realize he wasnt my therapist. Just about 1 minute into the interview, he asked about previous relationships. I mentioned having lived with a guy before who didnt like any of my friends. I didnt get to the part about me just being happy being with my friends without my bf around. The intake man immediately assumed I had insisted my bf must like my friends. In reality, It was my boyfriend who had the problem, telling me that I shouldnt want to be with people he doesnt like. I had different groups of friends for different interests/hobbies and none overlapped, so he had lots of choices and no friends of his own, or he could have just let me go be with my friends.So, the intake guy immediately said, sarcastically Oh, I see. And your bf was wrong because he didnt like your precious friends.I should have just walked out but I was too blindsided to react.The woman I ended up seeing after him was equally unpleasant and unsmiling, though not sarcastic. Idk where they find these people.

Plain looking old white lady had a nasty attitude. People are coming here for help only to be met by her poor tone, and rude attitude.

I have been going here for about 5yrs or so now .First DR. I saw was a bit ignorant, but the one I have been seeing for the last few years or so is wonderful.She listens and works with you instead of acting like only she knows what your feeling. She has been a tremendous help to me.Thank youDR. Pandea

I came trying to seek help and get some therapy. When you call, the lady is extremely unpleasant which shouldve been my first clue as Ive called twice and both times she was unpleasant, once I got to the building the women at the lobby were so friendly but once I got to the upstairs outpatient help desk yet another rude woman. Just seems kind of counterproductive when Im trying to get help and everyone along the ways really rude and unpleasant.

They care, they help, they work, they are not lazy and help you with the main problem and find solutions! Thank you for your caring support and help!

Put on hold for literally 10 minutes just to be told the lady helping me was too busy and she hung up. Really nice services. This happens every time. I am currently withdrawing from the medicine THEY gave me and now I need more and I have been trying to get an appointment for a week!! Zoloft withdrawal is awful so I really dont appreciate them ignoring me.

Literally the most unorganized, beat around the bush, ineffective “health” institution that I’ve seen. Literally a joke. The staff doesn’t even seem to know what’s going on. Don’t waste your time. Get actual help.

The staff is very nice and can be helpful. The process you have to go to to see a doctor is very unorganized. Having to call the number to make an appt and being on hold for sometimes as long as an hour and a half. Why make an appt at 1030 am and not be seen until 2pm? Also I ran out of medication I called the nurse to have her ask my doctor for a refill because I was going to run out of pills before my next appt. Nothing ever called in. Bad side effects and withdraws for 11 days. I really think they need to come up with a better system.

Call three days and came down here three days and was told every time that I didnt have an appointment call to make appointment so I got no help by the time anyone reads this I would be dead from suicide thanks for caring
