This office is very accommodating. After a sudden switch in healthcare due to Covid, I found myself unable to see my previous doctor for a prescription refill. I called them, and they set up a telehealth appointment for me within the next week. Dr. Olajide Fawehinmi is very laid-back, cool, and straightforward. He tells me the truth about what I am taking, the risks and benefits. And he schedules the next appointment with me at the end of each session, so I dont have to call the office staff. I appreciate his flexibility and candor. The office staff will call to collect payment only after the appointment, and they are kind enough to work around your schedule.

Absolutely great first experience! One of the only places I could find an appointment within a month of calling. The process of filling out the forms was easy and straightforward, as was downloading and using the program to video chat with the psychiatrist. The psychiatrist I met with was fantastic- super sweet, listened really well and I feel like she truly cared about finding the best solution for me! Would definitely recommend!

This place is a no for me. I’ve been going here since 12/2020 and the last few months have been horrendous. I’ve been charged “no-show” fees even when I was on time to the appointment and the doctors where late. I was berated by my psychiatrist for a miscommunication. The office staff Carly and Tiffany are the worse. How am I charged when I am sitting in a waiting room for over 10 minutes just waiting? No doctor ever shows up. My last appointment I was waiting in the waiting room when Tiffany popped in the call not announcing or clarifying herself telling me I had a balance I needed to pay before my appointment. I told her no because I haven’t missed any appointments and my insurance covers all my cost. She left the appointment and now I have a $200 balance because they are saying I didn’t show up even thought we had a whole conversation. Disgusting and unprofessional. They only want money and I will not be paying them a no show fee

Providers are great. But the link they provide for us to go to the room, you have to sift through over 30 providers hoping you get the correct one. If by one letter you miss the name of the provider, and you wait in the wrong waiting room, you have to pay $100 fine for no show.So if you are willing to once in a while pay the $100 fee for no show because your doctor didnt give you a direct link to their room, totally go to them.

Dr. Fawehinmi was unfocused and unprofessional during our 30-minute virtual call. He was extremely unhelpful and did not inspire confidence in his knowledge and service. I highly recommend skipping the headache and copay and trying someone else.It makes me second guess an organization that would hire a man so unqualified as he is.

Very patient doctor. Very attentive and in tune with my issues. Would recommend him to anyone. I came from a really awful doctor and he has been a breath of fresh air

Nurse Practitioner, Mrs. Korinne Edwards, is phenomenal!! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

LifeStance have always been so helpful and understanding of all my questions. Hardie Tatman is very knowledgeable and willing to work with me and is very sympathetic to my issues. Additionally, everyone I speak to over the phone is so friendly.

Michelle Dade was very professional and i feel she will be able to help me with my health care issues. I am excited to work with her.

Great practice and staff. Very high tech, professional and yet still personable. The only drawback is I had to wait almost an hour to see be seen. This was WITH an appointment and having filled out much of the paperwork AHEAD of time online. Overbooking perhaps? They are great at what they do, perhaps they can address this and make some tweaks to fix it...

Dr Puthavel is in my the most caring and understanding. I feel very comfortable telling him anything even if I’ve taken my medication wrong. He is the only Doctor I completely trust too tell him any and everything without him turning it against me. In my opinion the best Doctor in Atlanta.

Young is always on time to telehealth/virtual appointments and begins with an energetic attitude. I appreciate everything she does for me down to the details in listening to me.

So far, so good. Its hard to rate healthcare that is monthly treatment/therapy after the first appointment. But the site and apps have been pretty good.

I had my consultation with Miss Jasmine Young and she was wonderful. I felt very comfortable sharing everything i needed to even if it was hard for me to say and she validated my feelings as well as explain scientifically what was going on, which i really like learning about. She gave me medication based on which would be my best fit unlike past professionals who gave me anything without considering effects and dosage. Another thing is that she explained every possible side effects no matter how improbable and tips for how to avoid or soften them. i feel very grateful for the attention and care and i would recommend her to everyone going through a tough time.

I forgot to update my review until now. American psychiatry has its flaws, and these same issues will show up no matter where you go. However, the staff here at GBHP went above and beyond to help me get a more timely appointment and get my medication refilled when I was receiving push back from my doctor. Its tough to get someone on the phone, but when they get the chance to call back, theyre super impressive! Thank you for making my week less stressful :)

Had to reschedule my appointment due to technical difficulties, which continued on the reschedule with some issues logging onto the virtual patient portal, but Ms. Jasmine Young, PMHNP, is wonderful. LifeStance Health has taken good care of me so far.

I had my first Telehealth visit with Hadie Tatman and she was wonderful! I feel like she truly cared and didnt just follow a checklist of questions. She took the time to get to know me personally and tailor her recommendations to what I needed. It wasnt a generic visit at all and I feel well taken care of. If you need help dont hesitate to reach out to them!

I so adore Hartie Chapman, I have been seeing her for years now and will continue to for as long as she will see me! lol I even moved over an hour away and still made the drive (before covid, now I can talk to her from home) because I have never found anyone else that even came close. She cares about me and whats happening in my life and she is just wonderful!!

Not user friendly. Usually spend 15-20 attempting to sign in. Tried for 15 minutes today. Finally my doctor called my phone to proceed with the appointment because he could see my attempts to log into the telehealth video call. Every telehealth call that I have using this platform has gone this way.

Dr. Putuval is a very caring and understanding physician. The staff at his office are always professional, patient, helpful and very courteous. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is troubled and in need of help to reach out to this physician and staff. He has truly been my life line during a very difficult time in my life.

So far my appointments keep getting cancelled because neither sites lifestance and zocdoc indicate if they are accepting new patients.You will have to call the general customer service line and they will search for you over the phone or you can give them a list of the ones you are interested in.Pointless!

My Therapist Makini Austin makes my feel heard and comfortable. This is my first experience with therapy, and its going well for far.

Grateful to have telehealth option! Very easy to set up appointment, very little wait time in the waiting room. Not sure when Ill be willing to go to a doc office, so I really appreciate this. Not really a great time to be skipping appointments like these, so much appreciated.

I cannot recommend Korrine Edwards enough. She talked to me about all the meds Im on and trusted what I was saying about side effects. She changed my dosages. She was friendly and considerate, and I never felt judged.

I used ZocDoc to help me find a local psychiatrist that accepts my insurance and Mrs Young was a highly rated doctor in my area so I set up an appointment with her and her team. Ill admit Ive been to my fair share of psychiatrists but Mrs Young is hands down my favorite! She always listens to what I have to say and makes me feel welcomed, not to mention it feels like were both working together and making things happen! I really appreciate her staff as well - theyre always friendly and happy to help me when I need it! I highly recommend GBHP!

Great providers, but front office staff will make you feel like you have no idea what youre talking about, youre mistaken, it never happened or youre lying. Its infuriating and enough to make you want to find another location.Update: Called for first time in the 3 years Ive been going here after hours (6:15pm) really needing to speak with my provider. However, per the after hrs line, he refers ALL patients after hrs to the emergency room. No one asked if I was okay, what I needed...nothing.Time to move on.

Lisa is wonderful. I feel really comfortable with her; and shes easy to talk to. I need that right now. So Im really thankful!

I would not waist your time with this place... made an appintment with someone over the phone for them to tell me later that that office was closed. Got transferred around 3 times and they did not make any effort to help me get another appointment this week. When you have anxiety this is the LAST thing you want to deal with.

Absolutely love McKenzie. We were sad she moved from McDonough but drive faithfully to Marietta for her great service. She is caring and responsive to my daughters needs. If you are looking for someone that doesnt just want to rush you out but are attentive to your needs then this is the place. Been going 2+ years.

My daughter loves her counselor here. Its hard for her to open up but she feels comfortable with her doctor here. Love this place.

Dr. Fawehinni, MD took his time with me & was helpful in getting my medications even though I was ‘out of network’. The entire office staff was courteous & professional. I appreciate it!

Getting a prescription refill is impossible. I’ve requested refills 3 times and every time my pharmacy said they never sent in the request, even though gbhp claims they did. it’s a hassle to get refills, which is especially hard when you haven’t had your medicine in a few days! they refuse to give you more than 30 days worth of medicine, so you have to go back every single month, which is expensive and completely unnecessary. go anywhere else

Dr. Olajide Fawehinmi, I do not know a more knowledgeable, understanding doctor with a listening ear and as this doctor. I have suffered with extreme anxiety and panic for many years no one seemed to understand. This office staff and Dr. Fawehinmi is amazing. My prescriptions are immediately attended to from managing to checking in just in case they are not the best fit for me. I can not say enough about this practice!
