Over priced. Charged me for full price for an unfinished pedicure. Tech did not listen to my requests or preferences and I am not happy with my nails. Slow and inattentive service when there are more techs than patrons.

Inflated prices, over charged. Nails done in wrong shape. Pedi technician watched tv and pretended to file nails, but wasn’t even looking at what she was doing. Left with unpolished toe nails, but was made to pay full price. Inflated prices, over charged. These people really are crazy .

This was probably the best nail experience Ive ever had. All staff was super nice and checked on me multiple times. They made sure my nails had no flaws and did the best job on them.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. I’ve had my new set of acrylics on for a week and a half and half of them already broke off. Also, I got the gel so it would last longer but the paint job looked terrible to begin with then chipped before the next day.and not only that they put the nails on crooked. Also they charged a lot more than my regular nail salon..

So glad I stopped for a manicure I will definitely go back ! Sam did a great job on my manicure he did a thorough manicure not just a quick polish like a lot of other places .

When I called to make an appointment they told me yes sure, we can do 2 adult and 1 child pedicures at the same time. I dont think they take appointments because it has already been an hour and we are still waiting.They made up for it and gave us a gift receipt to come back. It was a very professional thing to do!

Tiffany was our nail tech and she was knowledgeable as well as very friendly. She was open, friendly, and just all around great! Some prices were $$$ but the experience was very relaxing and you dont feel like your on an assembly line!

I have been a customer of TIFFANY for four years. I come up with crazy designs and she makes them come true. I love how she takes time with me. She takes such great care of me, my husband and my father in law. I drive from Owens Cross Roads and my father in law drives up from Montgomery just for TIFFANY.

This nail salon is absolutely the best. They took their time with us, even PAST closing. They were very kind and friendly with us. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a spectacular experience.

Most unprofessional nail place I have ever been to!! I got a pedicure and a full set and I wanted the powder dip on my nails at first until I looked and they didn’t have a regular polish to match the color of the dip I picked out so I just told the man I was gonna do the regular polish on my nails and toes but instead he started doing the dip on my nails and when I said something about it he started arguing with me so now I have different colored nails and toes and my nails are really crooked so if you are planning on coming here I would advise you to go somewhere else

They didn’t even acknowledge me when I went in, so after sitting there for about 10 minutes. One guy actual came within a foot of me to allow another customer to pay. It’s okay, I have plenty of other places to choose from.

Kent did a great job on my nails. Will be returning.Third visit update.My third time here and still an amazing job. Kent is on vacation so Noc did my nails I love them. He took his time and made sure I was satisfied as the process went on. Christy did a wonderful job on my pedi, and Tiffany always does a good job on my brows.
