It was my first time ever and it was one of the most relaxing and wonderful things I have ever experienced! I did the 99 minute Goddess massage and WOW. Lindsay did an amazing job making me feel relaxed and comfortable! And the receptionist was an absolute sweetheart! Totally recommend!

First time I have ever been to a Spa and first time I have ever gotten my legs waxed. I really loved it! The atmosphere of Indulge really did help me relax (even though I have chronic anxiety) and I ended up enjoying the time there a lot. I most definitely will come back sometime! Michelle did the waxing and she was great! Love the results too!

I went to the spa to get a gift card. The receptionist was gone. She needed to leave for a bit. Was told she would be back in an hour. No-one else was able to get me the gift card.OK I went back in an hour and 45 minutes later. Waited and waited in the lobby to be helped. No one around. Had to interrupt someone who was getting their nails done to see if there was someone who could help me. Finally a lady came out-same one I talked to almost now 2 hours ago.She apologized. Still no receptionist. No one could do the gift card.They had to text her.. 4 minutes out.She showed up. Finally got the gift card.If the money I was spending there was mine I would have never got the gift card! (it was money collected from several people to give to a co-worker)I would have never went back after the first time. I sure hope the person who is receiving the gift card has better service than I did. Very unprofessional.

Love the flexibility of calling the salon to make an appointment or if closed I can book and pay online. Very professional salon from the phones to the waiting room to my end experience with Lindsay working out the kinks in my back, neck and shoulders.

My husband and I treated ourselves to a couples massage today for our 2 year anniversary.. According to the description of the couple rendezvous - it makes it sound like you get this romantic experience together, 2 beds side by side or maybe even with your heads at that’s facing each other, getting a simultaneous massage - which is THE ONLY reason we choose this place. Not only were we looking to relax together but to reconnect. HOWEVER, we were in separate rooms - the only thing that made us connected to each other was a curtain that was open and my husbands head at my feet. We were so far away from each other, we couldn’t talk to each other if we wanted too. My therapist was AMAZING, I have had my fair shares of massage and she was great! This was my husbands first time and it wasn’t until after we left when he told me that we wasn’t asked what scent oils he preferred, he didn’t get his feet massaged and she only spent a few minutes on his legs. Keep in mind, we paid for 90min FULL body massages. Loved my therapist and my massage but there was nothing about this massage that made it a $300 “couples” massage nor was it romantic AT ALL

Went to this spa for the first time on Friday for a massage by Julina and facial by Judy and was pleased with the relaxing services they provided.They, including the receptionist, were attentive to my needs and were personable and helpful. The space is small, but suitably quiet and cozy.Additionally, their efforts in keeping their facilities clean and patrons safe are clearly carried out. All in all, I recommend this spa.

I am a nurse and avid weight lifter. I cannot express enough how amazing my experiences have been with Laura in relieving my intense muscle aches and pains. From head to toe she focuses on your entire body to soothe and alleviate pain like I’ve never felt. I would highly, highly recommend her!! 10/10

I’ve never had a male therapist before and thought I’d give it a go. I saw Elias and I was very impressed. He asked for any problem areas, did a posture check and told me what he found - which I had no clue about but made perfect sense to what I was feeling in soreness and pain. He always announced what he was going to do before he did anything and asked if he could try something which made me very comfortable. Checked in with pressure and how I was feeling throughout the entire service. He definitely seemed to know what he was doing and what he was talking about and made the service specific to my needs and not just another ordinary massage. No doubt I will be seeing him again!

I wish I could give this place 5 stars, and if I was just rating Lindsey on her massage I would. Unfortunately, of the 5 services I treated myself to as a belated birthday gift her massage was the only one that didnt disappoint.I should note that the other 4 services were all done by one person who was very nice but left me feeling like I had wasted my money.A 60-minute facial that left my face feeling heavy and gross in which extractions were 2 minutes of her scraping a tool across my nose, chin & between my eyebrows. She never asked what I was looking for in a facial or what my skin concerns are. Call me crazy but, the whole reason I get facials is for the feeling of deep clean that comes from extractions & exfoliation. And, since my skin routine has suffered due to a recent surgery I really needed a good facial. This was not that.My waxing was more unpleasant than necessary due to the wax being much too hot.My manicure did not address my primary concern of my hand peeling and flaking due to a cast. I had hoped that she would at least attempt to remove some of the dead skin before putting lotion on it since she obviously couldnt do the hand massage.I was very clear for my pedicure that I had a toenail removed last year due to an ingrown toenail & did not want the corners cut back, just filed to avoid a repeat. She didnt listen.If you are looking for an amazing massage, go see Lindsey Hagany, she wont disappoint...hands down 5 stars for her. For any other kind of spa experience, keep looking.

Indulge spa has added cupping to their services!!! I absolutely love their new therapist, Laura! She is a true healer. I have tennis elbow and extreme knots in my shoulder/mid-back. The cupping worked so much better than massage alone. For the first time in a long time, the constant pain has subsided and the knots have released. I highly recommend a 90 minute cupping massage with CBD oil. Believe me, your body will thank you!!!!!

I am not a frequent spa-goer and generally only do massage, but this was by far the best massage experience Ive had. From the moment you go from the front desk into to actual spa area, the ambience is designed to calm. The massage itself was outstanding. My therapist worked hard on the problem areas I mentioned and wasnt afraid to use truly firm pressure. Ive had previous therapists at other spas shy away from what they consider too much for someone who doesnt get regular massages. My therapist and the other spa staff were friendly and my therapist really showed an interest in my continued well-being after the massage.

Had a fantastic experience here. The facials and message are my favorite. I love all the services offered. My most favorite service is the goddess 90 min massage session with Lindsey. Ive been on cloud nine and feel replenished after my massage. Lindsey was awesome!!!! Her pressure and massage technique was perfect. I just wish this service includes all 90 paid minutes without having to incorporate the consultation time. I would also suggest offering 2 hours massage sessions. My 90 min session went so fast. However, the massage therapist are amazing and professional. Ive never experienced any negative issues. I highly recommend this place for self care needs.

Indulge spa is literally the most perfect spa in Madison. My best friend and I have been doing our spa day here for years. We book the 3 one our services spa package and have never ever been disappointed. It’s our favorite way to slow our busy lives down together and get pampered. The price point for our day is perfection. So glad we found indulge. Everyone should book a full day or single service. Worth every relaxation filled penny.

I had an amazing 4 hours at the spa. My daughters bought it for me for my birthday/ Mothers day gift. Very professional and pleasant staff. I thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend it. Its nice to be pampered once in awhile. The staff are attentive to keeping you comfortable and covered.

I forgot to state I was pregnant and how many weeks. So when I went in and wrote my weeks they said unfortunately I still have a couple of weeks before I can get a massage, so they gave me options of what I can do. I got a facial instead and while I was waiting I got a wax on my hands that made them extremely soft. Michelle is who did my facial and it was awesome. She made it specifically for me and will definitely be back!

I did a spa package as a bday treat to myself. It included a 60 minute massage and a mani/pedi.Lindseys massage was an absolute delight! She was pleasant and conversational the whole time. Overall great service!The mani/pedi was done by a nice lady (I forget her name) but the results were just okay in my opinion. The color was pretty and she did a good job with cleaning up my cuticles. On the downside she kept complaining about the type of polish the salon uses. The paint job on the manicure was just okay, like I could have had a friend with steady hands paint my nails the same quality.Otherwise, the service was great and the spa was very cleanly!

I had a 60 minute massage after renovations at a new home. It was so relaxing and a lot of attention to problem areas. I walked out feeling like a million bucks!

This is my second pregnancy and my second prenatal massage at Indulge, both times I greatly enjoyed being able to lay on my stomach. As a stomach sleeper, I greatly miss being able to lay like this, and really enjoy receiving a massage in this position. I have received a side-lying prenatal massage at a different spa, and it just wasnt the same! I also greatly enjoy the ability to show up a little early, put on a robe and some slippers, sip on some tea and relax- it was a very welcomed relaxation on my mothers day!!!

Didnt wait too long in the back room and staff was very nice. Loved the warm, soft robes while I waiting. Therapy room was calming and loved the aroma therapy!

This was my first professional message so I was slightly intimidated with the process and unsure what to do. They made everything very easy to understand and follow. My massage therapist was very friendly and welcoming. I only had 30 minutes, but it felt amazing. Will be back for a longer treatment next time. My pedicure is always thorough, soothing, and beautiful and lasts for a long time! Sara is always lovely to chat with. The ambiance is nice and quiet. Only complaint is the comfort of the throne. Very straight up and rigid and the bowl is too close to the seat.

I liked that it was indoors. Staff was nice too. However the shower stall had a painted floor and its chipping off. My dog is large and old. Needs to lay down as he moves around gets paint chips on him and I just bathed him. Also he licks his paws and the floor and was getting paint there too.Wish they has something for me to kneel on other than the cement floorExperience was only OK. Seriously disappointed though in the pant peeling shower floor.

I will not be returning to this spa, and do not recommend for eyebrow waxing. I normally get my eyebrows threaded, but thought I’d give waxing a try. Big mistake.I clearly told the lady waxing my eyebrows that I wanted to keep my natural shape and not make them too thin. She told me she was just going to clean it up and remove baby hairs.She spaced out my eyebrows more than I’ve ever had them, making my nose appear bigger. She gave me a new shape/arch. And removed a lot more hair than I thought she would from areas she should have left alone. Not to mention, that they don’t even look symmetrical. Definitely does not look natural. Very disappointed.Attached is a picture of my eyebrows before waxing, how my eyebrows look with threading, and finally what waxing resulted in.

This was my second mani-pedi with Candice. The first experience was so amazing that I had to go back! Prior to my first visit in May, I was self conscious to get a pedicure due to negative experiences at many other nail spas. (I had been made to feel uncomfortable about the condition of my feet from running.) At my first visit with Candice, I apologized in advance for my feet and explained that I ran and had had previous negative experiences and comments from other nail technicians at other nail spas. She felt so bad that I had had those experiences and said that there was no need to apologize. She continued to make me feel more and more comfortable and relaxed. The second visit was even better for this reason! Candice expertly applied polish to the nail on both my fingers and toes. (No extra polish on cuticles or surrounding skin on fingers or toes!) I had shellac applied to my fingernails and regular polish to my toes. I will definitely look forward to my next visit while enjoying my beautiful fingers and toes.

We had an adorable receptionist who was very knowledgeable. Our manicure specialist was very friendly but most of all she was gentle. This was my daughters first time and it was such a great experience for our mommy daughter day! Thank you! See you soon:)

I had an appointment with Sarah on Sunday and it was lovely! Ive never had other places pay such close attention to my nails and treat them and myself so well. Indulge Spa is definitely my #1 place for manicure and pedicure services.

Amanda uses her knowledge of the human body to tailor my massage appointments perfectly. I love that she even gives advice for me to take home and help in my day to day life.

I highly recommend Indulge Spa. My son and I had massages while I was out for parents weekend. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was calm, soothing & relaxing. Our masseuses, Ashley & Lindsay, did an Amazing job!!! I had some kinks in my neck from travelling and Ashley worked them out. I purchased another massage for my son to use and I will definitely go back when I am visiting Madison again.

Had a great experience. Came in short notice because I was having back pain. Did a great job in a nice, relaxing environment. They werent pushy about getting you back in the door again but had great incentives in the way of discounts if you do. Will definitely be visiting again.

I really enjoyed this spa. I got a pedicure and had my eyebrows waxed. My pedicure turned out great and it was a very relaxing experience. The eyebrow wax was done using a different product than normal wax and my skin was only red for maybe 30 minutes after as compared to a normal wax where the skin is red for about 2 hours after.Everyone was very kind and professional and I will be going back.

My husband and I were able to get appointments for clarity facials at Indulge on incredibly short notice after a disappointing experience at another spa. I believe one of the staff members actually stayed late in order to get us both in at the same time. Everything was wonderful and we left feeling relaxed. For some reason, I had a terrible breakout a few days after my facial. They got me in that day, accommodated my schedule change, made my skin calm down, and gave recommendations on products to help. The staff here goes above and beyond and we will definitely be going back!

Best place for a wax! The girls there are really great and do a nice job of making you feel totally comfortable. Schedule is really flexible and whole spa atmosphere is great! Definitely recommend!

She worked on relieving the stress and tension in my back, which has allowed me to actually relax better. She gave me wonderful tips on what to do for my tight back muscles at home and was extremely professional and just a terrific massage therapist! I will be going back!!!

Lindsey is awesome for finding all the problem areas and working on them (she is awesome for deep tissue). If youre looking for relief, this is a great place for it.

Went in for the 90 minute pregnancy pamper package --- which is advertised to ...reduce back, hip and leg pains, as well as overall fatigue. I specifically talked about needing more work on my lower back but we probably spent less than 15 min total addressing my lower back and hip area. Spent over $100 and felt no better than when I walked in.

Went there for a mani and pedi on recommendation of friends. It went well until the nail tech accidentally cut me. Paid full price, was not offered any type of apology or band-aid. I called the next day and got an apology. Not offered any type of refund. I have had manis and pedis done at several other places and never had blood drawn before. Not going back. I really wanted this place to be good!
