Wow! Stephen did such a great job! I was impressed with his level of expertise (this fiber type needs x) and the level of detail to get some spots/stains out. Our carpet hasnt been professionally cleaned and some of it is as old as the house (22 years). With the exception of some matting (not a lot to be done about that) it looks new! So happy.

Simply amazing. I had pet stains, make-up stains, high traffic stains, etc. I tried to remove them all and had no success. Stephen came and was able to remove them all.

Stephan is an expert at carpet cleaning. My 32 year old Berber carpet looks fabulous after his TLC. His knowledge and his cleaning solutions took care of dirt from foot traffic and juice stains from children. Lets not forget the dog. He has fabulous people skills and answered all of the childrens questions on carpet cleaning and equipment. Wonderful experience. From now on I do not have to think twice on who to call. Stephen does an excellent job. I have a family child care business in the main living space of our home. Our 20 year old, light colored/builder grade, well used & child abused carpet looks like new again. Bright & fresh. He spent a lot of time on it is definitely professional, very detailed and knowledgeable. Great service and friendly. Best carpet care Ive had. Highly recommend!

My wife and I just recently moved into the Belleville Wisconsin area and needed our carpets cleaned. I contacted phenomenal carpet cleaning and when Stephen showed up he was very professional and obviously knew the carpet cleaning business well. He explained the differences between steam cleaning and the chemical processes used and also explain which one would be better for my carpet. The carpets came out way better than we ever anticipated. I recommend Phenomenal Carpet Care without hesitation. There are many different companies to choose from, and most are priced competitively. I ended up choosing Phenomenal Carpet Care quite simply due to Stephens prompt and personable response to my initial email inquiry (I also liked his before and after videos on his website). Stephen was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is so thorough, professional, knowledgable (you can tell he is genuinely passionate about what he does), and friendly. He is punctual, and he took far more time than we anticipated would be spent, paying attention to detail with our carpet and tile cleaning needs (literally getting down on his hands and knees and scrubbing into the corners and baseboard edges). He spent his entire Friday night with us to help us get our newly purchased house ready for move-in the following day. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and offered us helpful tips such as recommending we seal the grout on our kitchen tile floor to make the grout look better and last longer (his advice led to a $5 project that made our floors look like they were brand new!). On top of an overall pleasant experience our floors (carpet and tile) turned out looking great. Cant say enough good things about this company!

Before he even arrived at my home, I was impressed with Stephens professionalism, thorough and prompt responses over e-mail, and quick availability. He arrived on time, explained everything very clearly about his process and methodology that has been fine tuned over years and years of experience, and throughout the cleaning at my prompting he even gave me recommendations on products I could change to help the longevity and cleanliness of my carpets (none of which he sold, by the way - just sheer kindness and industry expert advice).
