I wasnt going to leave a review because I have no interest in damaging someones business.That said, 4 Senses has quite the aggressive leave us a review! email campaign following a service so here we are.I had the most depressing experience with 4 Senses. We bought our first house and decided to splurge for a full move in/out cleaning service before we moved all of our stuff in.This was quoted at ~$700. A lot of money but you only get one chance to clean an empty house before you move everything in right?When we got back to check on the cleaning I cant even really tell what they did. The job was the quality two college kids would do when they are moving out of an apartment. Im not even sure they mopped the tile/ linoleum floors. There was obvious cobwebs and dust still around. It was honestly just a really sad moment. We were hoping to walk into this clean house and it was just slightly better than before.To their credit, the owner responded quickly to our complaint and offered to send new cleaners. To be honest, we had such a bad taste in our mouth and were moving in the next day so we just asked for 50% off to be done with it. To their credit again, they did grant this discount.I dont know. I guess we just got the D team? By all accounts and the reviews here they are a legitimate service. The initial booking person and the follow up person to our complaint were nice enough.Again, I didnt really want to leave this review. They seem like nice people. But our experience sucked and when you ask for a review 5 times via email....

We had a wonderful first home cleaning experience! Vivian arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning our home. Due to the pandemic we’d been reluctant to have home cleaning services until now, but we felt safe with the way 4 Senses operated (face masks and social distancing were followed the entire time). They left a nice note and a little chocolate at the end as well, which was a nice touch. We’ll be using them again for regular cleanings in the future! I appreciate each employees attention to detail and professionalism, and-- unlike with other companies Ive had experiences with--it seems like the internal company culture is a positive one. For example, when the person who cleans our house has needed to stay home for any reason, they were able to do so and the folks who subbed for them still did a very nice job. I also like that each cleaner doesnt appear to be assigned to more than a couple of properties each day, so they arent as rushed as other folks weve hired in the past. Woah. What an amazing company to work with. Did a deep clean to start off with and now I have them do a standard clean every other week. Both Vivienne (deep clean) and Sadie (standard clean) were extraordinary with everything. Took the time to understand what needed the most attention before getting to work. Its the little touches like folding the toilet paper edge, arranging the sofa pillows, blankets, that really make a difference. Working from home means you live in the home more, and things get messy a lot more. So having this level of cleaning is really needed.

I had a move-out cleaning done. Booking was easy - its surprising the number of companies that dont have an online booking page. Our cleaner arrived promptly and was very kind. The place looked spotless (and thats saying something since we have 2 cats). Prices seemed reasonable from the research I did prior to booking.Full disclosure: 4 Senses said they would pay our cleaner a $25 bonus for leaving a positive review. Questionable, but understandable.

I love this cleaning service and have been using them for a few years now. I was hesitant about getting any cleaning done during the pandemic but I was willing to try just having one cleaner come in and do all the cleaning. Paola does a great job every time and with zero to no supervision. She is extremely professional and follows all COVID precautions while being on the job.

These ladies are amazing. Once during major road construction on our street, the road was blocked off and I hadn’t thought to cancel my appointment. Instead of rescheduling, the ladies parked OVER A BLOCK away and carried all of their gear down and across an incredibly muddy, mucky street filled with construction crews and equipment, and there was not even a hint that they were annoyed with the situation. They did their usual fabulous job on our house, and I was simply amazed. We have worked with many ladies from the team for about a year now and have never once had anything but a wonderful experience. Clara is one of my favorites, because she is always eager to know exactly how I want things done, is always cheerful, and speaks great English. It seems like nothing phases her. Truly, you could say that about the entire team. If good English is especially helpful to you for some reason, Brittney, who is new, also has perfect English and did an excellent job on her one time cleaning our place so far, and was fun to work with. Regardless, I notice the company is always sure to send at least one team member who can communicate enough to get the important instructions across, and everything gets done well in the end. We are always very happy. I never leave reviews for anything, unless a company is remarkably good or remarkably bad. 4 senses cleaning is totally awesome! Highly recommended!

I received another phone call the morning of 3/15, asking me to call back as there is a scheduling conflict for my service appointment, I need to confirm my details again, and also the price has changed again.No thank you, Ill try a different company.

Rosa always does a fantastic job cleaning our house! The floors, bathrooms and kitchen are spotless. The pillows are fluffed and blankets all folded. I want to commend the 4 Senses Cleaning Co. I abhor house cleaning , am retired and single. This tends to lead to the accumulation dirt and dust. I had let my housework go undone for 2-3 months. I had heard of 4 Senses before but had never scheduled with them. Well I finally decided I needed to get a deep cleaning of my home.I could not be happier with the results. The two cleaning staff were very professional and friendly. I pretty much left the house to them. When I came back after an afternoon away, my home was virtually spotless. I had shining floors , furniture and counters.I recommend this service without any reservations. Indeed I am thinking of getting on their schedule for repeated cleanings.

We have used this company for about 3 years.The crew does a great job. They arrive on time and are in a good mood. I am comfortable having them in our home. The managers are easy to communicate with and will do everything they can if a change in schedule is necessary. They have just implemented an email automated reminder system which I like very much. This includes a follow-up notice where the job can be rated and comments left for the managers.

Concepcion & Rosie arrived punctually & worked very efficiently to make our house look and smell amazing. They completed an entire deep cleaning in under 3 hours including floors, baseboards, windows, etc. I especially appreciate the small touches like folding our daughter’s crib blankets & folding the edges of the toilet paper rolls.
