Called to see about service and pricing to clean college sons apartment at move out. He only lived there for three months. We had a short window of days to get this done. I got a price range over the phone that we were comfortable with so son setup appointment. When the technician came he saw what was on the order but convinced my son that a higher service was better and that service was twice the cost. I feel that they took advantage of him and the fact he needed the carpet cleaned asap. Beware! You will pay more than quoted.

I am not one to write reviews but feel the need to address pricing concerns with others. We booked two small rooms online and had a price quote of $60. When the man came to clean our carpets the price was much higher. I also had a groupon that he applied towards the service but we still happened to pay over $150. Our family had to check out of our house that day due to us moving so we just went ahead and paid BUT I would have told him to leave if I had more time in the house to find someone who is more trustworthy with prices. I do not have anything else bad to say but would definitely have someone come out or talk with prior just to have a more secure amount owed.

1st time the technician came out and cleaned he left my carpets very wet. My baseboards, walls and wood floors that touched my carpeted areas had chemical, dirt and debris that I spent hours cleaning off.Days to weeks after the service my carpet still felt crunchy and my vacuum was bringing up white residue that was sticking to my filters.I called and made an appointment for someone to come out and take a look to advise what could be done. The technician did not show and did not call.I called again was given a new appointment the following day. Twenty minutes after the appointment time, the technician still had not arrived.Inevitably I cancelled and decided I lost nearly $200.00 on a carpet service that I was not happy with AND it was not going to be resolved. :-(Would not recommend.

Ladarius was great. Our carpets look as good as new! He pointed out areas on our carpets where the fibers are beginning to break down and recommended purchasing area rugs to protect these areas. The cleaning took about an hour and the carpets dried quickly. I also liked getting a text message when he was on his way over to our house so we could see the ETA. Great customer service!

Bait and switch operation.Great prices and deals on their website, so we called to try them out. “Oh that issue doesn’t qualify for that deal, so we’ll have to do xxxx, and that’s going to require special cleansers, so it’s going to cost $xxx more.” They come out to our house, take a look around, and say it’s going to cost 3x as much as we were told over the phone. So we get just a few rugs cleaned.We were never satisfied with the results. They kept coming out and doing the same thing over and over again, but it just fundamentally wasn’t working. I think they came out a total of 6 times and still couldn’t get the smell out as promised, even after leaving a few blower fans for a day.Their satisfaction guarantee is not a money back guarantee. They just promise to keep performing cleanings until the odor or stains are gone or the customer just decides to give up. After 6 attempts and no success, that’s what we did. To their credit though, they did give us a partial refund.
