I had a great experience with using chem-dry and especially with Brett who was amazing at explaining everything and was truly a professional!! Even though the cost for me was pricier than what Ive payed for in the past but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for and the quality was worth it. I also had some stains that I was concerned about and Brett was able to get it removed. Im glad I chose chem-dry and I will not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

I have used Chem-Dry twice. Both times I was really pleased. Their technicians are thorough, hard working and pleasure to work with. I have pets. The product to clean and neutralize odors really works. Also, my rugs dry twice as fast as regular cleaners. I will definitely use them again!

Would definitely recommend this service. We are a young couple that had never hired a cleaning service before. Our dog had peed on our mattress and was not noticed until hours later.The Chem-Dry cleaner showed up on time, discussed what we would be working on (mattress plus a couple carpet pet stains) and was upfront with the cost before work began (which I really appreciate with services like this!). He was also upfront and set reasonable expectations regarding older stains i.e. “I can take care of the odor if that’s a problem but this stain has likely been there too long to remove completely” when discussing the carpet stains.He worked fast completing the work in about 35 minutes and the pee stain on the mattress was erased. He also offered to come back free of charge if the odor returns in a couple days. We went over the cost again (which had not changed) and he provided a couple tall cans of pet stain sprays of different potency so that we could continue to treat the spots or new spots if we wanted.All and all I would highly recommend this service and will confidently go back to them for future cleaning needs.

They came into our apartment (on the 3rd story) and cleaned our apartment’s dirty carpet. It had been gross ever since we moved in and only got worse with our puppy peeing all over it. They came in and quickly went to work. It doesn’t smell like pee at all now and the carpet has never been so clean!

This was my first time hiring this company and I was impressed with everything about them. The process was seamless from the scheduling phone call to the finished cleaning. It had been 7 years since my carpets had been cleaned and I had various cats in those years. With the process Chem-Dry uses, the carpets now look brilliant and I know the health and safety of my cats was preserved. I cant thank Chem-Dry enough. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I called ChemDry to have urine stains removed from the carpeting in an apartment. They guaranteed the stains and odor would be gone. After the first treatment and $265 later, the smell was severe and when I phoned, I was told to leave the windows open for a few days. I waited 2 weeks and the smell was still there. When I called, the employee came back and gave another treatment and the machine he used ripped up the carpet leading to the bedroom. When I moved from the apt 2 weeks later, I was charged $241 for new carpet. I called ChemDry who wouldnt stand behind their work and Im now out $506. I do not recommend this company.

HORRIBLE!!! 3 HOURS late! Had vehicle issues; I get that. But tech at our home had to leave to rescue his boss; resulting in a delay of 3 hours. Carpets are soaking wet after 16 hours; have A/C on and fans; I dont think they did any extraction of water from the cleaning; have used them before and carpets dried in 4-5 hours; hurried experience today. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!! BYE-BYE!!

I asked for the service technician to wear booties and he showed up without booties. He was NOT told by the receptionist to wear the footgear. I sent him away and have not heard from Kim dry since. Very poore communications I sent him away and have not heard from Chem Dry since. Very poor communications.

Arrived promptly. Employee was very nice and understanding of a difficult situation that I was dealing with. Receptionist was equally as friendly and accommodating. Cleaning had totally eliminated everything and I was pleased. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Chris did an excellent job on our carpets! He was fast, everything looked really great when he was done. Very professional. The only reason Id take 1 star away is because the truck that they use for maximum suction exhausted right into our house, so the first floor smelled like fuel until I aired it out. I think better positioning of the truck could fix that though, and Id definitely hire them again.

Our carpet cleaning technician, Chris, was courteous, friendly and extremely professional. Was on time and took every precaution to ensure walls, floorboards, etc. werent damaged. The whole process only took about an hour and a half and everything was completely dry in a few hours. Would highly recommend Chem-Dry to anyone looking for the best way to restore carpeting to as close to new as possible. Our carpeting is almost 15 years old and looks like new.

Chem-dry came out and cleaned our carpets that havent been cleaned in a long time yesterday and it turned out great! We had heavy staining in the walk ways by the garage and front door. After reading multiple articles describing the pros & cons of each method, my wife decided to go with dry cleaning this time since we used steam cleaning last time. Chem Dry did a wonderful job. They arrived early, and called ahead to make sure we would be home. They did a thorough inspection-even noticing spots I wasnt aware of, and came up with plans to remove the spots. They were able to get up almost all of the spots except for two which were bright colored ink stains, which we werent expecting much luck with either.Overall very happy with their work and our carpets look wonderful!

Chem-Dry was recommended by friends who have used it in the past and been very pleased. They were able to come out on our schedule and Greg arrived on time and gave us an estimate (honoring the coupon) before starting. The costs were more than the wet cleaners but we are pleased with the shorter drying time and the fact that most of the stains, on a carpet that the previous owner possibly had not had cleaned in 12 years, came out. (One of the unidentified stains from the previous owner is still apparent, even after several attempts to remove it.) Overall, we are happy with the results and will now be able to finish moving in to our new condo.

Wonderful service, a little more expensive than other cleaners weve tried but it is worth every penny. We had spots and stains in a few places for years that other cleaners told us they couldnt do anything about. The guy from Chem-Dry just chuckled at that and to his word the spots were completely gone. Both of the employees were very friendly, they went through the whole house with me and took notes on any special requests. The carpets look better than they ever have and if they ever need cleaning again well be going right back to Chem-Dry
