They did a great job, restored my 25 year old linoleum tile floor. I am thrilled with the results; they also were efficient, pleasant and polite.

Used them to clean the carpets in a house which had pet oder, and the house was very fresh smelling afterwards. They have industrial-style equipment that cleans so much better than the hand-push machines you can buy at the store.

Mark did a fantastic job! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The carpet smells fresh and looks new! He also said that they offer 24 hour water extraction in cases of flooding. I hope well never need that, but if we ever do, Sure Clean will be my first call.

I have had all of those carpet cleaning outfits from Louisville claiming to clean 3 rooms for $99. Dont be fooled ! They try to sell you extras when they come out to measure your rooms and if they cant sell you extras, theyre in and out in very short time.(and your carpets really arent clean) Call Mark at Sure Clean Carpet Cleaning (locally) and have your carpets thoroughly clean and smelling fresh. Hes reasonable and very conscientious with his work. Im highly satisfied and will have him return in 6 months to clean my carpets again. I give him 5 stars!

Mark and his team do excellent work. I had a property with carpets that appeared to be impossible to salvage. Marks team went above and beyond to get our carpets cleaned and refreshed. Now they look so much better! They were even willing to come on a Saturday to complete the job (closed on Saturdays!) Oh, and the price was very reasonable!

Mark came to my rescue on short notice when my water heater flooded the laundry room. There is no carpet in that room, but the water seeped onto the carpet in adjoining rooms. He spent hours drying the carpet and preparing it for cleaning. Mark returned after the carpet dried and cleaned the lower level and stairway. I am extremely pleased with the job he did and his attention to detail. The carpet looks like new! In fact, I have asked him to return and clean the upper level. Thank you, Mark, for a superb job!
