When I arrived to the dealership, I was told by the guy in the service department that he didnt have time to look at my vehicle and that I needed to drive it back home. My vehicle was making a noise and going extremely slow. All of the warning lights were on. I should have known something from the beginning because of his comment, but I figured since the sales department has exceptional service so should the service department. Boy was I wrong!! The communication from the service department was horrendous. The guy that was handling my vehicle was very inconsiderate and acted like he owned the dealership. The young lady in the service department was great but the older gentleman is horrible. He is very rude!!! Im not sure how he us still working there. The sales department is great but I would not recommend the service department to anyone. My vehicle was there for 6 weeks. I was not not offered a loaner vehicle or rental. I expected more from Mac Haik. They acted like it was my fault that my vehicle was messed up. I havent even had the vehicle a year yet. Its a 2021. Kudos to Mr. Mike and Mr. Louis!! They tried to help me to the best of their ability. I appreciate them for all that they do.

Had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was very nice. The salesman was very helpful and fought for me to get the best deal. He never pressured me to buy. He didn’t do any of those back and forth “let me ask the manager” or “sign here if you’ll agree to pay this and I’ll see what we can do”. They did that to me at Gray-Daniels Chevrolet. I’ll never go back there again. I highly recommend Mac Haik in Canton! My salesman was the best!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle. We pulled into the parking lot to look at the vehicles on the lot. We were approached by Melissa Fogg. Melissa Fogg approached us with a smile, a greeting and a welcoming attitude. We told her that we were looking for possibly a Chevy SUV. We had already did some research on the Equinox. Tyrone Collier also was helpful with making sure our needs were met. We drove both Chevy and Jeep. Melissa Fogg stayed with us the whole way through this process. Louis Defillipo was helpful walking us through the paperwork. At the end of the day, we bought the Chevy Equinox. We are extremely happy with our selection and our experience. Treated us as family!

I have purchased several cars from the Ford and chevy dealership..I took my vehicle in to be serviced..I was only getting the car looked at, nothing major for 135 dollars..the fee wasnt the problem, the lack of customer service was..Took the car Wednesday morning and left it..it remained there all of Thursday and no one could tell me anything nor was it serviced..for me it felt as if there was some racial tension and just unprofessional service..I had a similar experience a few years back at the Ford dealership with my truck..this recent experience was very disappointing, just as a few years back..

I feel Mac Haik should make customers aware if their vehicle will be there for a lengthy time. My vehicle (2014 Chevy Equinox) was there for 6 days before it was even looked at and on the seventh it was finally looked at and repaired. Why do they not take appointments? Your vehicle is just sitting there day after day after day. My vehicle was drivable. I was only expecting to rent a vehicle for two days at the most but it turned out to be seven days and $428.90. A side note, my vehicle had the God awful smell of cigarette smoke. Which was aired out for several days.

Having 3 dodge trucks already in the family (2 personally) and my son one (he bought from Mac Haik). Wife and I decided we needed a non work truck, when my son found out we were in the marekt for a personal truck he reccommended Mac Haik and sent us pictures of their 2500s. We Drove Mac Haik and the Face of Mac Haik was Kristian, great job, knowledgeable and showed us the 3 different levels of 2500s.I asked her to find out what the lowest price they would accept starting at 72K list. She came back with a price of $71,800 including all fees and etc. I told her I would think about it and aksed her what the current interest rates are, she took me over to the central desk and had me ask, I assume the sales manager or finance manager.Generally in sales you ask a question to intiate a discussion, confirm or clarify. This guy asks what would it take to make the sale today, I candidly said get the price down about $8000. If youre going to ask a question be able to handle the answer. He goes cya turns awayand demonstrates the unprofessional face of Mac Haick dealership versus saying Lets see if there may be something else we can do, Theres just not that much margin in car sales, or covid has the market at a high point. Any of those type responses would have kept the door open for this sale and future sales. Sad thing, I had already told the wife I would probably buy it, $4000 is not a big difference they were half way there with a little massaging he would have made the sale.In the end, Mac Haik missed this sale, all future sales and a bad reptutation when people ask or in discussions. Losing this sale wont hurt Mac Haik, but in any market there is only so many purchases made, the question is is Mac Haik getting all that they could be getting. Guys you need to work on leaving customers an open door to you, as a sales manager for 25 years, Ive done some dumb things, hopefully youll take this as simple advice. Cause Im already cruising the internet to find methe Dodge 2500.B Bankston

Dealing with this service department has been a joke. 7/22/19 I brought my car in because the air was not cooling and the AC system was making a whistling noise. $147.05 later, I was told that it was completely out of freon, but there was no leak. I did not proceed with refilling it on freon because as I told your service department, it makes no sense that its empty, but theres no leak. 4/09/20 I bring the car back to the service center for the SAME exact issue because at this point, its hot and I have 3 kids to drive around. Per Travis, the price for the freon has gone down so it wasnt going to cost as much. $228.24 later, the air blows cold and the whistling sound is gone. Per Stuart, there was still no leak to be found, but there was a dye put in it and would show the leak if I had to bring it back in. 5/18/20 I bring the car back in again. One of the first things that I told the service center was that the air starting making the same noise that it has been. Shortly after this, the car started shuddering and the check engine light came on. My invoice receipt states Customer states check engine light is on. $548.43 later, I have a new coil pack and the air was blowing very cold. Again I stated that it was making the whistling noise. Per Stuart, we have you all fixed up. 5/22/20 I call and talk to Travis because at this point, I am livid. The car is still whistling and starting to not blow as cool again. He states that he wants to make it right and to bring it on in. I drop it off. I get a call from Stuart today to let me know that it is my air condenser that needs to be replaced. $829 plus tax. Of course, I am not happy about this, and I let Stuart know. He says theyll eat the $124 and drop it to $704 plus tax. I told him to leave the car as is and that I would just pick it up. I have spent a total of $923.72 for the SAME issue that has yet to be fixed. I originally paid the diagnostic fee to find out the issue with my AC system. Apparently that didnt cover the service department looking at the entire system, just said its empty and theres no leak. This dealership has been nothing but a headache to deal with. This issue should have been found from the very beginning and fixed. At this point, I will take the car elsewhere to be fixed. However, the fact that I had to come in 4 times now due to the service department not thoroughly doing their job is completely unacceptable. I will not be back nor would I recommend anyone else to go.Upon picking my car up yesterday, we were told that they could not find my keys. The service department closes at 6 although the time before we were told it closed at 8. 15 minutes later of running around they finally find my keys to my car. My car was left unlocked in the parking lot. While it is my fault that I left my pistol under the seat of my car when I dropped it off, I still do not understand why it was removed from under the passenger seat and placed in plain sight on top of the passenger seat. I will say that Travis called back and left me a voicemail stating theyd fix my car for $550 plus tax. I didnt even bother to call them back.

I would never ever refer Mac Haik. Nice staff, but not knowledgeable whatsoever. We took our jeep in MANY times to fix a particular issue. Time and time again, they said it was fine and nothing was wrong whatsoever. Literally the minute the warranty was expired, then all of a sudden, $2500 worth of work is needed. Also, we had some extra lighting installed on the Wrangler, and they screwed it in so hard, they stripped it. Not only that, there is LITERALLY duct tape that connects the lighting.

Well, Yall did it again! And look, when people dont do right, I make a big deal to write scathing letters and tell everyone I know about who to avoid doing business with. But Im ashamed to admit Im not always good about being so vociferous when experiences are so positive. Human nature, I guess? So thanks for the reminder!Anyways...So my check engine light came on and the engine suddenly started running very rough. I figured or hoped it was just spark plugs or a coil. Looked on YouTube to see if I wanted to tackle that and knew Id need to take a week off from work and probably make things worse, if that was indeed the problem. Called yall and Ed answered, told me the best time next day to come by and hed call me once problem was identified. Dropped it off, Ed called me soon after and it did turn out to be the coil. I thought, aw shiphaps, and squinted my eyes as I asked, how much? I replied with my yeah right tone to Eds answer with, including labor? He answered Yep. I thought Yippee and then thought it again when he said it would be all fixed in the morning. Picked it up and drove 800 miles cross country the next day to my current construction project and still purring like a happy cat! Please let everyone there know how much I appreciate your dealerships commitment to honesty, thriftiness, and great service. More than that, in the few minutes Ive interacted with the staff there the couple of times Ive been in, yall are the kind of people Id love to just hang out with. Nice, cool people. I viewed a used dodge challenger online and submitted inquiry. I was contacted by as salesman Mickey immediately, before arriving we had negotiated a price one the car before test driving. After going into the dealer ship i informed him of the ride of the vehicle but informed him I would buy the car outright but wanted vehicle fully inspected and serviced. ( I was never informed until after the fact that the car had recently been traded 2days prior and was never serviced or inspected prior to listing.) I paid for the vehicle in full left the vehicle to be inspected and serviced. I received a call to Picked up the car the next day . I reached out to salesman informing him that the issue remains. Only to be told we only check oil and rotate tires prior to selling trade ins thats something you have you have to do . Prior to me purchasing the vehicle he guaranteed the car was in excellent condition he sold the original owner a 2020 she kept up maintenence etc. Lesson learned stick with Mr. Hughes GRAY Daniels , best salesman ever. Ive purchased several Brand new and used never have I received such poor quality & customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE USED INVENTORY Also , there were 2 recalls on the vehicle had I not asked they were going to let me drive away also knowing there were recalls .

We drove over 3 hours to come look at a truck. When arriving we drove the vehicle and inspected everything and decided there were some things we would have to do to the truck if we purchased it so we couldn’t justify paying what they were wanting for it. We went out of our way to mention before we even entered the building that we did NOT want our credit ran because we were not on the same page with pricing but we would come in to negotiate and see if we could meet in the middle. The sales man (we think his name was Steve) sat us down and had all kinds of paperwork with all our info on it and we stated once again we do NOT want our credit run because we don’t see our prices matching up and there is no sense in lowering our credit when we know we can’t agree price wise. He stated that it was just paperwork to “put us in the system” and ensured us they wouldn’t run our credit. We left truckless and noticed a week or so later that they DID in fact run our credit and when calling the sales man to ask why they ran our credit when we ask them not to and he assured us they wouldn’t, he said “sorry we couldn’t do business” and pretty much told us we told them to run our credit. Not very honest and not good customer service in my eyes coming from someone who works at a dealership where I am from.

I took my car in for an oil change and I want to say that Mac Haik servicemen are the best. They greet you with a smile and a pleasant attitude everytime I take my car in. I did not have to wait, they took me straight in, because I told them that I was pushed for time. I called yesterday and asked if I could come in without an appointment and they said yes, no problem, and there was not a problem. Please let it be known that Mac Haik has one more happy and dedicated customer.

ZERO STARS. If I was able to leave a review without stars, they wouldn’t even receive one!Normally when car shopping, your credit report is ran once and lien holders decide on if they want to finance you or not. This place though, Kyle ran mine and my spouse’s credit reports 7 times each to the point where both of our scores are significantly lower. This was certainly never authorized. It takes years for your credit to recover from too many inquiries. Mine and my spouse’s potential business, plus the business of everyone we know, will surely go elsewhere.

I bought a Chevy truck from Maik Haik still under warranty with a few thousand miles on it. Took it back 9 times to this dealer with the same problem and it still isn’t fixed. They never followed up to see if work was done correct and started making excuses after about the 6th trip. I got General Motors involved and they have still not resolved it. Buyer Beware!

GO TO HERRIN GEAR!!! I was highly disappointed. I specifically asked my sales agent Mr. Johnson not to run my credit multiple times. If GM couldn’t finance not to worry about it. My credit was pulled a minimum of 6 times from EACH credit bureau!!!! No one called to keep me aware! It was horrible! I told them I kept fraud alerts on my credit so I would get the notification when it’s pulled! My Experian is around a 690 Equifax 650 TransUnion 700! But they kept running it I went to HERRIN GEAR put my application in around 8 am drove off in my brand new 2019 vehicle around noon!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OVER THERE!!!! They have yet to call it’s been weeks! My sales guy bit off more than he can chew! I am disputing these inquiries because I specifically told him and the finance department!

Just found out the staff at Maik Haik was doing dirty deals to pad their pockets. Justin was the finance guy and the general managers were in on it too . Soon as you sign your name to the line you get no customer service WHAT SO EVER! I was told when I traded in my other Jeep I would get money back on my old warranty but no one wanted to help me get the money. They gave me the run around. Rude rude rude I’ll NEVER buy from this dealership again! Very disappointed in them!

I test drove a vehicle with a relative new salesman. I liked the vehicle enough to proceed with getting one. Luckily it was available in color and to the speculations I wanted at another location. We worked out potential cost. I had not heard from sales person in several days so called to check on what was going on. Found out he was no longer there but was assured my file was there and another salesman would be handeling things for me. A date was set for me to come in but not time By the day of apt had not heard back from salesman so I got in touch to set up time. When I arrived there was not a premier lt vehicle on the lot to drive again! Come to find out the vehicle was not made with the options I was told it could come with. Having previously located one was nothing but a lie. Prior to me coming in I made sure the one the previous salesman told me he had at another dealership was available!! My new salesman and Ray (a sales manager?) assured me they could find one very similar and I left the dealership confident. I was contacted that evening and told one similar had been located and he would email me info the next day. NEVER heard from the sales guy again! Tried to establish contact with noooo response. Left voicemail messages for Ray also to call me and have not heard from him yet. Now I know what I want and who NOT to buy from. Apparently they don’t need customers to survive in car sales. If you want to WORK HARD to receive assistance with attaining a car and enjoy being misled while dealing with people whom one can not depend on, Mac Haick is the place for you to go.

I’m very pleased with my purchase price and product. I did however do a Refi for a better rate than what I got with the dealership. In my opinion this is a great place to make your purchase.
