I just recently had my second Mercedes Benz ceramic waxed at Super Shine. The first one was over the top amazing.This was as well, although I was planning to sell this one afterwards. I kind of had second thoughts about selling as it was so gorgeous.Some people heard it may be up for sale and asked to come look at it, they bought it without quibbling about the price.I’m now looking for another car so Super Shine here I come!Thank you Super Shine and crew!

Humbling experience!!!!Ive had many opportunities to visit many towns and cities while being in the Air Force, but with my experience I have found that you will never find customer service in small and big businesses to be much of a thing unless someone truly values their company and enployees. I came back to indiana (From Wyoming, where I am currently stationed) to visit family and friends, while I did so I decided to buy a new truck and have the windows tinted all in the same week. After doing so, I went to pick my truck up to check out the new work, I found things to be not exactly how a new truck owner would expect. Without question I made a fuss and told them all about it. These gentlemen went on a lunch break after working a 12 hour day already. On their lunch break my truck windows were down and the rain came out of nowhere and soaked everything in my back seat. Once they had gotten back to the shop they realized my truck was gone. My wife and I had decided to go to Walmart to grab some cleaning supplies when we ran into the same gentlemen. They came right up to me with sincere apologies and felt so dishonored with their actions and told me to make my way back to the shop. After spending over an hour making sure everything was absolutely perfect they told me that I will be refunded all of my money and will have the opportunity to have a full detail next time I came into town.Well here we are today, I went and had gotten a detail from top to bottom free of charge. These two business owners had jumped up and taken care of me as they have been booked up for the month ahead. The had me come in the very next morning to be taken care of.I must say the customer service I had received today will never be forgotten. They stepped up to the plate and drove it out of the park. I am overly impressed as they may think Im totally dissatisfied.Super Shine, thank you for holding your company with such high standards and excellents in all you do!

Im writing this in response to a review by Logan Legrand. Im the co-owner of Super Shine and would just like to say that everything he has written about me and my company is a lie. He is committing on hearsay. His mother is a a liar and tried to say I took advantage of her. I wouldnt be in business for over 21 years if this was the case. HIS LIYING MOTHER TOOK MY COMPANY TO COURT AND SHE LOST. People like them should be ashamed of themselves. No class or dignity. These are the lowest class of citizens there is. So if you have read or are about to read his review below know that he is a liar like his mother. They dont have a leg to stand on. Logan talks bout me as if Im a monster. He has never seen me or talked to me. Hes just an internet warrior. I just want to let everyone out there know that his review is a bold face lie.
