I got a bunch of oil and gas on the interior of my 14 Prius C, and had no idea what to do. Right after it happened, my partner cleaned up as much as would come up with dish soap and water, but the smell lingered. I reached out to Buck after seeing endorsements on Reddit and elsewhere, and he set us up with a time after the holidays to take a look at it and come up with a plan. Luckily, the smell mostly went away while I was waiting, but there was a bunch of staining left over from the soap.When I went to see him on Tuesday, he ran me through everything he was planning to do to clean up the mess Id made (lots of steam cleaning and rinsing), plus generally clean up the vehicle. He was thinking Id drop the car off later, but I was under the impression that Id be leaving the car for him to work on it. He made time in his schedule to get the car taken care of this week, and completed the work exactly as hed estimated, which is nothing short of miraculous given what he actually ended up doing for me.On top of getting rid of all the soap and stains on the seat backs, the main reason I brought my car in in the first place, he cleaned *everything* back to as-close-to-factory condition as possible. He took six *years* of salt and dirt out of my driver side mat, which I honestly believed to be irreparably damaged. All the glass and mirrors are invisibly clear. The paint has a shine on it that I havent seen since I bought the vehicle.And during the entire process, Buck kept me up to date with photos of his progress. All of this for something that he fit into his schedule to help me out.Obviously, Im floored. Five stars doesnt even begin to express how happy I am with the service I got here. My partner just bought a new vehicle and were already talking about having Buck put on a paint protector for us. Really, I cant say enough good about this experience.

Last year I bought a black 2006 Porsche Cayman S. While mechanically well maintained, the previous owner did not give much care or attention to the cars appearance. The paint had 13 years worth of swirling, haze, scratches, and holograms. And with it being black, every imperfection was painfully noticeable. I tried my hand at correcting the paint as Ive done successfully on my other cars, but the damage to the paint was beyond my skill level. To find out who I could trust to bring this car back to its previous shine I talked to the folks at Kelly Moss Motorsports. One of the two places they said they would trust was BUKS LGD. Upon their endorsement I stopped by to talk with Buck and Mitch and get their opinion. Buck said he thought they could help, but he was careful not to over promise as the paint was in rough shape. I said lets give it a shot. I was nervous the day I my friend drove me to BUKS to pick up the car. I was preparing to be told that the paint was too far gone and this was the best they could do. Upon seeing my car by friend said It looks like a new car!. And he was right. The paint looked incredible. I was told that Mitch did most of the work on the car. Well Mitch performed a miracle as far as Im concerned. I now have a new sense of pride after the work these guys put into making my black paint absolutely glow. They live up to the old adage under promise and over deliver. On top of that, everyone who works at BUKS is extremely friendly, passionate, courteous and professional. Do not hesitate for a second when deciding who you want to detail your car. These guys are the best.

I have never been happier with customer service from a business. The owner worked with me for DAYS to get my car in. We kept running into issues due to my limited availability during the work week. He actually stayed late so I could get my car in after work. And he stayed late so I could pick my car up after work.Not only that, but he worked with me to get what I needed done. I didnt need my entire car detailed, just the back seat due to someone getting sick in it. He assessed the job and decided it was doable and stuck to his word. Not only that, but he said of I still smell vomit he would clean it again for free.I am VERY happy to support this business. I have already recommended him to many of my friends looking for a wash or detail. Highly recommended. The man loves cars and it shows.Keep up the fantastic work Buck.

For anybody looking to protect the paint on their Tesla (or any car, really!) you should definitely look into ceramic coatings! I got GTechniq Crystal Serum Ultra and EXO done on my Tesla Model 3 with full paint correction at Buks LGDand the car looks incredible! Buck is no pressure, fair prices, and is insanely passionate about paint, detailing and just generally making cars look great. After talking to him for an hour or so Im convinced that if this guy was rich enough to never have to work again, hed probably still spend his days detailing cars. Thats the kind of person you want taking care of your car!He ended up posting some of the pictures of my car on his facebook page, still looking just as good!The only downside is he was a little tough to get in touch with to schedule a time to stop by for an official quote. I think it was just kind of a crazy period for him though, because since then he has been great about replying or otherwise staying in touch.

I needed to get my Outback detailed before I sold it to a friend. The car was 5 years old and had never been detailed before. 5 years of salt, sand, dog hair, and mud. He was able to get the car in at the last minute and it came back looking brand new! I could not believe the difference! The carpets were spotless and the rubber mats looked like they had never been used. He did an incredible job and a very reasonable price. I will defiantly be using him again in the future!

Buck never fails to impress with his resolved attention to detail - from the body to the interior and even the engine bay! If its dirty, he definitely has a way to clean it. Went to Buck after trying to get stains off a Baja I recently bought that came from Florida (where I lived once for a long time). I had tried everything that worked in the past ( steam, steel wool, vinegar, clay bar, body prep cleaner). Buck and Mitch removed the stains, treated my windows and they look just like I wanted, clean. And i have not had to use my wipers when it rains.

Buck is the one and only guy I let detail my car, hands down one of the if not the best detailing shop in Madison!
