They completely surprised me. I had my car detailed inside and out. Buy paint job feels I am looks like it did when I first bought the car 10 years ago. I was hoping For improvements on the paint job when I brought it in… but they’re far exceeded expectations! On the inside of the vehicle they remove stains that I could not remove myself. I needed help with getting my new fifth wheel hitch adjusted for height. I called in the morning and they asked me to come down to take a look at it. I needed a hitch installed. I bought the hitch online, and the first place I took it said it wouldnt fit my car. Madison Auto Trim had it installed in under an hour. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Ill be bringing my car back, and recommending them to friends!

We took our brand new Ford F250 here to have them spray on the bedliner. At first we thought they did an awesome job so we were going to have them put on a Retrax tonneau cover. The tonneau took about 2 months for them to finally get it. I understand with the pandemic this was on backorder and hard to get. The problem is that when it finally arrived they installed it as we waited for almost an hour, then the guy comes out and said there is a problem with it. Apparently it was damaged and he couldnt close the top. We looked at it and there was a BIG dent on the canister. He said it got damaged in shipment. So you still installed it even though you knew it was damaged? The box should have been damaged as well and surely you must have seen that. Of course we had to wait for them to uninstall it. A week later we noticed the bedliner was flaking so we called a couple places and took the truck to show then the liner. He said the reason its flaking is that it wasnt done properly and the bed itself most likely wasnt sanded. The paint was put on to thin and if we took it back to have them fix it they would most likely just spray over it and then it would start peeling. This would make it worse then it was in the first place. He told us the best thing to do is to leave it because on order to fix it the correct way it would all have to be removed and redone which would be very costly. The same day we were there to have the tonneau cover installed we sat next to a guy that said he was there to have them fix his bedliner because it was flaking. I would not recommend this place and suggest you do your research before ruining an expensive vehicle.UPDATE - The Operations Manager Kurt called and apologized. He said he would redo the part of the liner that was messed up so I changed this review to 3 stars and will update again when the truck is done. So far the customer service is excellent.

So I just bought a brand new 20/20 Toyota Tacoma. They are not inexpensive trucks by any means. I was wanting leather but did not want a moon roof or the fake hood scoop to go with it. Also the Toyota leather seemed thin and a bit cheap. So I decided to just go with cloth. Two days later I wanted that leather. So I began my aftermarket upgraded leather hunt. I was referred to Madison Auto trim. I was excited but worried about taking a brand new truck and tearing out the seats and installing leather and heat to them. I mean the truck has less than 1500 miles on it. What if I dont like it? Will it look factory good? This was of course my concern. I saved up for this truck. I want it perfect. I can tell anyone reading this that if you want want to be blown away take your ride to these guys. The leather far exceeded my own expectations. The seats could not be better. The seats now look better than the truck does from the factory. By a lot.A big Thank you to Jeff(the installer) he did an amazing install and answered my questions ahead of time to ease my worries. Also to Lisa for the communication and a big thank you to Tim (the owner) who also took time out to take care of questions and concerns. All and all just a great experience. Id refer anyone here.

Had a remote start put into our van. Later that week (Sunday) I went to fill up with gas and found that the installer did not reconnect the cable that opens the gas cap. Sounds minor, but I was stranded on a Sunday, 3 hours from home, and not able to get gas in my car. Had to pull off a panel to find the cable on my own in order to get gas. Was disappointed in how the situation was handled. But since review was posted they have worked to fix the error.The installer arranged to come out to fix the issue. Owner also called.

The guys at Madison Auto Trim installed a remote start on my 2016 WRX and I couldn’t be happier. Lisa scheduled me for an appointment this past Monday, I dropped the car off using their drop box and to my surprise it was done by lunch. Paid over the phone and picked the car up the following morning for a completely contactless service. The installation was done so cleanly you can’t tell it’s aftermarket. The range and function is far superior to the Subaru accessory remote start. I’d recommend Madison Auto Trim to anyone for adding accessories to their vehicle

Gave me the wrong Weathertec floor mats initially, ordered them for a Ranger and received F150 mats. Had to drive back out two days later to trade them for the correct order. I wouldve been better off ordering online.

On Thursday August 4th my friend took his car to get the inside thoroughly cleaned. And upon completion he noticed ( he pointed things out to the staff person that was right next to him and that staff person just shrugged his shoulders and didnt care) that there is some smudge marks on the glass and then in the back glass inside there was many scratch marks from whatever machine they used. He didnt know the depth of the terrible job of cleaning inside until an hour before night time. It turns out that The oily substance they used to armor all the inside was transferred to the inside of the windshield and the inside of the rear glass as well as some of the side glass. With the headlights glaring and blinding him with the oily substance on the windshield it was dangerous to drive so we had no choice but to try to get it off himself as soon as possible. He got it better anyways to the point of it not being as dangerous thank God. Definitely dont wanna die from a companys incompetence just because there wasnt proper visibility.in the dark. Smudge marks on the entire windshield with headlights coming at you is dangerous.He immediately called Chris the next morning. He apologized and immediately made excuses which is inexcusable. He said well we have 75 cars we do per week so basically he was one bad one out of 75. Seems like my friend always gets screwed by businesses incompetence. Apparently if youre not a dealership they simply dont care over there. Theyll make your car 10 times worse than it originally was etc. Then he told my friend well since he ordered a part a few months ago that he would still have to pay for it. Otherwise theres a restocking fee. ( well I believe thats part of the game for a professional business if they do a terrible job theyll have to pay the price for that then thats called normal). Well technically my friend dont have to pay for nothing. They should give it to him for free since they were incompetent and made things 10 times worse for him. Nine scratches on the inside back Glass (will they pay for a brand new rear glass, highly unlikely) which wasnt there before he brought his car in and making visibility five times worse than it originally was inexcusable and incompetent. He never signed anything so he doesnt have to pay for nothing he doesnt have to do any business with these people ever again. No excuse for incompetence from a supposedly well-known company. They never offered to make anything right or anything. He pointed things out with the guy right beside him but it didnt matter These are unscrupulous people. Shame on you MAC. Unfortunately my friend has still never been able to get all of the oily stuff off of the glass its just so bad. But its way better at least its not dangerous for him anymore.

My poor experience was turned good by three things:1. The staff honestly communicated their mistake.2. They worked ridiculously hard to get the job done.3. They understood what it is like to be served well.I have worked with dealerships in the past that were so money hungry they literally asked me, what could we have done to make you buy today?The team at Madison Auto Trim is not like that. They actually cared about their service and at the end of the day they got the job done. If I need service, I will return to Madison Auto Trim because of their people.

Madison Auto Trim is awesome!We recently purchased a used F-150 from out of state. We were happy with the truck. However, the dealership didn’t put a lot of effort into cleaning it. So we took our vehicle to Madison Auto Trim. I was shocked! The truck looked and smelled brand new.Being our first truck purchase, we wanted to add some additional features. But we didn’t know what we wanted to do. So the friendly and knowledgeable staff listened to us and recommended a few features. So glad we did. It took our F-150 to the next level.If you don’t have a tailgate light bar you need to go Madison Auto Trim. It makes a big difference when backing in the dark and having others see you.Since this was a used truck the bed walls and floor were all scratched up. Madison Auto Trim sprayed in a liner and now our bed looks amazing! Very happy we did it.We also added a cover to the bed. It’s easy to use and will keep the bed clean. Great addition!Lastly, Madison Auto Trim tinted the windows. Tinted windows on a black truck really looks cool. However, what’s really great about the tint it reduces the sun glare and is easier on the eyes.Thank you Madison Auto Trim!

I brought in my Ford Fusion in to get a trailer hitch installed. Everyone at the front desk was really nice and worked with me to get stuff all set up with my appointment. The installation of the hitch and wiring looks great. The only reason this isnt a full 5 stars was that there was clearly some miscommunication going on with me about the product that was getting installed and a separate issue with the pricing. They were nice about it and talked to me about these miscommunications, but even after our discussion I was still kind of disappointed by the whole experience. Dont get me wrong, there was nothing wrong the install and overall could have certainly gone worse but definitely not the experience I was expecting to receive.

I had Katzkin leather installed in my 2016 F150 XLT. They did just an outstanding job. The seats in the truck look better than any factory leather. My hat is off to Madison Auto Trim. Time for order and time for install were right on target. My truck looks awesome!!!!!

Worst experience I have had working with any business that provides a product. I returned 11 times to their store in Madison to get the problems resolved with my topper, bed rug, and running boards. They lied and cheated me every time I returned. Then the final fixes for the repainting of my new truck end gate that they destroyed were not the right way to fix the problem. I spent over $300 in gas to return the 11 times much less the 30 hours of time traveling back and forth and in the end they even gave me a loaner car to take home that was completely empty and I had to put $26 of gas in just to get home. In the end I have a product that is not fixed correctly, an end gate on a brand new truck that is not fixed correctly, and over $300 out of my pocket above the cost of the products with ZERO offers to make this right.

Took my truck here for a spray in bedliner and it looks great! Ill be back.

Madison Auto Trim does an excellent job in after market work on cars, trucks and SUVs. I put a bed cover on my truck years ago and it is still working great. Recently had my new SUV sprayed with undercoating.They do good work and are fast. Will continue to to there for after market work. Highly recommend for rust proofing or truck and car Toys!!!

Over 10 years ago, I bought my first car as an adult. It was used, but in perfect shape, and someone suggested I have it rust proofed. I called around, and most places charged $500 or more, but Madison Auto Trim was around $300 at the time. I got the complete package, with mud flaps. It required the car be left overnight. That car never had any issues with rust.After having owned several cars that DID have issues with rust, I decided my next used car would get the rust proofing package again. I called Madison Auto Trim. The bad news was that now, over a decade later, the same package now costs $600. The good news is it no longer requires being left overnight.I called around again, most of the other places had kept their prices the same ($500-700) but no one else had any openings, so I stuck with where I knew.My appointment was at 3pm and they told me it could take as long as 2 hours. Surprisingly, I was done by 3.40pm.I wont know any time soon if it works as well as last time, but the service was excellent.I deducted one star because they went from being the most affordable option to somewhere in the middle.

They did an absolute terrible job at undercoating my brand new truck. You would think when applying this to a new 60k+ truck they would take a little pride in their work and not over spray. Large gobs and drip marks everywhere. (Pictures posted) They didnt tape off the running boards or the front bumper which left speckles of spray all over them. Just a poor job all around. Would not recommend anyone to come here. Very disappointing.Edit, was contacted by the company and a resolution is pending.

Remote Start Installed.I wish I could give them NO stars!!! First, they cant do their job right!!! They put in the WRONG remote start. Second, wait over a week for them to fix it!! Third, they still cant do their job!! Doesnt work right! Fourth, offer to meet them for them to fix and get it right, and THEY DONT SHOW UP!!!Please take your business elsewhere!!

They helped me make my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab sweet! M.A.T. added the Smoked Recon Taillights and LED Interior bulb Replacements to make it even more awesome. I consistently go to them for my accessories and detailing, because I know I can trust them. I will be going back soon for my heated/massaging seats, for winter. Now here for the 3rd time to get the rust proofing properly applied to all of the underbody of my truck. They missed large areas including the rear wheel area. Was told by the shop Forman to bring it in and they would get me right in to fix the wheel well area. Been here for 2 hours was told they had some clean up to do would not be long all the while my truck was sitting in the parking lot. Find someone else to rust proof your vehicle. Im so glad I crawled under my truck to check on the work.

I needed the car detailed today.I called, a nice guy answered.I brought the car in, the same nice guy offered to give me a ride to work.I picked it up, it was clean.Now, if Im being OCD about the detail it didnt look like the day it rolled off the line. If you want that, re-evaluate your priorities in life - or pay at least double of what these guys charge.This seems like a great local small business, and Id go back.

Underwhelmed. Brought my truck in for a bed liner and window tint. Over 2.5 hours late on delivery, and I had to call for an update. Trash was left in the cab of the truck and snap on pieces werent firmly reattached in the bed. Luckily I noticed before I left or the pieces would be on the highway somewhere.The bed liner and tint look well applied, but the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired.

I custom ordered a topper from MAT. I was a little disappointed that the topper did not come from the factory with the LED strip that was ordered. MAT installed an LED Strip and I am very thankful for that. I am looking forward to other add ons in the future with MAT. I highly recommend them! Thank you and keep up the Great Work!

Great customer service and the installers and technicians they have are extremely knowledgeable. They definitely know what they are doing here.

We chose Madison Auto Trim to do our window tinting based on a recommendation from Abra Glass nearby. They were a little cheaper than going to Eclipse or TNT and also had way more availability (wait for Eclipse was over 2 weeks!). We also wanted to support a more local business instead of a chain or franchise.Unfortunately, of a total 8 windows (including front strip and mini-windows) 5 had to be redone a second time. The front strip was cut uneven and had many permanent bubbles, the drivers side door began to peel almost immediately and was pretty extreme, both door window corners were torn off very unprofessionally, and the rear window also had many, many large bubbles. There was also visible dust and sand because they do not have a proper clean room for tinting, they just do it in a large, unclean garage with many other vehicles and services being performed in it. They also melted part of the plastic door trim.They were very quick to replace the door trim and gave us no headache at all about replacing the other window tints under their 3 year warranty.However, of the 5 windows that were re-done, the drivers side door must be redone again, they again melted the trim on that side, and the glass surface was scratched in several places.The people that work there are very kind and understanding, they have been very helpful and flexible in terms of taking care of their customers. Although Im sure their other services are very well done, I cannot recommend them for window tinting and would encourage others to suffer the wait, pay a little extra, and go to either TNT or Eclipse.Update: July 26, 2010We have since taken the car in to have the scratches painted over, which they did a very good job with. They attempted to buff out the scratches in the window but this did not work and the scratches are not permanent. They were very hesitant to help us with these issues, claiming there was no possible way to scratch the windows or the car with the process they use and that those must have already been there. Unfortunately I am positive the scratches were not there immediately prior to leaving it with them, and it is easy to recognize the pattern of the scratches was made from the tool they use to smooth the tint in the shape of the window prior to applying it. The owner insisted that even though they have a three year warranty it has become inconvenient for them to continue to fix the issues they caused because it will cost over the amount that we originally paid for the tint.

Had a spray in bed liner put in and a bed cover put on. had my girlfriend take my truck there because i had to work. they told her it would be done in 4 hours. i had booked a time with them a week ahead and when she went to puck up the truck 5 hours later they were not done and they told her that that had too may other jobs come in that day??? 2 hours after that my truck was done or so they thought. when i got a chance to look it over the shocks on the bed cover were up side down and i could see my bed thought the spray on bed liner, was not happy at all about the hole deal. when back the owner and some other guy that worked there told me that the truck wouldnt have left there shop like that if they would have saw they and then tried blaming me girlfriend had been rushing them and then all so told me they had a lot of walk in/ other people wonted stuff done that day.... all i had to say was and i took the time book a day for you to work on my truck for what reason? he then when back to your girlfriend was rushing us... that didnt get very far. so after some more talking/ blowing steam off at them they did as i told them and i was some what happier about it.now 2 years later the bed liner is pealing off! cant say i wouldnt even think about going by the place to have them fix it now.( the bed of the truck wasnt sanded) going to fix it my self.

Just wanted to write an honest opinion of what my experience was. came in for a full detail for a car show the next dayStaff: super cool, helpful, friendly, quick serviceinterior: leather/plastics/vinyl all looks polished and pretty but alot of dirt was missedexterior: little dissapointed that it didnt rain but there are water spots all over the body and windows. my rims have residue left over on all of them. alot of the tint on my headlights are peeling further down now and werent as bad before i brought it inengine bay: still some twigs/leaves left over by where the wipers sit. besides some of the plastic covers being wiped off, i cant really see much of a difference because alot of it is still dirtyalso, getting into my car when it was time to leave, my battery was dead and i had to get it jumped...UPDATE ON THE BATTERY: you guys killed my battery so on top of the $135 i spent for the detail, now i have to buy a $150 battery...just a final thought- if you are looking to just have your interior cleaned, they did an awesome job and staff was great there. as far as the exterior goes, i got my last detail done at Kia off of Odana for a way better price and they did a showroom quality job inside and out. i just tried here for the convenience of being closer to home but next time, ill drive further.

Dont waist your time and money. Very unprofessional. They make appointments and dont have the items in stock.

Not happy with the experience, did a poor job spraying the under coating, missed several spots and for the money it wasnt worth it. Very disappointed in the work.

Very poor customer service, ordered parts (fog lamps) in August, charged my credit card, had to call over 6 times to get any information, never called me one time, was told 10 days special order , finally called PIAA directly and had the lights in 3 days, cancelled the order over a month ago and still have not received refund, called today and was told the owner is not here and he has all refund paperwork, he will be back in three days Nice guys on the phone but pretty pathetic customer service.
