Terrible tire shine. Sprayed it on and zero attempt to wipe down. “Shine” is streaky, spotty, while the spokes look as dusty as they came in. It’s as if there was no pressure wash going through the line to clear off any dust. Very disappointed.

So blown away by Madison Car Wash’s service! Not only did they do a great job cleaning our car inside and out, but one of the managers kindly came over to me after the wash and explained that it wasn’t just dirt on the front of my car but a large cement stain from a drip in a parking garage I use (Who knew that could happen!). They were able to remove it and the car looks brand new again! Thank you so much!!!!

Pay close attention, requested a regular exterior only wash, but was charged for the deluxe wash. When I mentioned the discrepancy to the cashier she tried to give a coupon for a free tire shine instead of charging the correct amount. Shady. And once I got home I noticed a bunch of scratches on one of the doors.

I wasn’t able to use this business because I showed up at 10:30am on Monday and they decided not to open for the day. Due to rain. This was my day off to get this done so I will research where else to get a car wash. This place is not reliable.

Since I moved my business to Chatham last year, I have been driving back and forth in the neighborhood and looking for a car wash. Today while driving to Whole Foods in Madison NJ I noticed a sign for a “Car Wash” and decided to check it out. I was hesitant at first, but Im glad I went there. I am leasing a car and returning in a few days. My car needed to be clean and I noticed a few scratches that needed to be fixed. I met with the owner Kenny. Kenny was able to take care of my car; all my dinks, dents, and scratches are gone. Kenny also recommended a nearby body shop to fix the bumper crack. I did the deluxe package with the tire shine and with Kenny being able to fix the scratches, my leased car looks like a brand new vehicle. Maybe I should just keep this car! This is definitely a good business. They owner is on site often and cares about his customers. We had a couple of scratches and they applied a little spray and wiped it off to make it look decent enough without having to do anything extra or charge us extra. Again, they care about their customer here, that is huge.

This is the worst car wash in the sState of New Jersey I went to this car wash on Monday September 13th 2021 between the time frame of 10:00AM and 11:30AM and the employee of this car wash broke the device that connects carpet of my car to the floor to place it still the carpet so the carpet does not move someone that works at this car wash just ripped it apart by force such a terrible experience might never go back to this car wash SO PEOPLE WHO WANT THEIR CAR DAMAGED SHOULD ONLY GO THERE AND PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT THEIR CAR DAMAGED SHOULD NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH

This is defiantly one of the best car washes in the state! They have a touchless and touch automatic car wash with springing brushes. With every car wash purchase you are offered free vacuum time at the end of every wash.

This car wash is my favorite, because they give me a good service to my car.

Ive been going to this car wash for awhile after trying a couple others in the general area after moving here. Mainly going because they were the most professional, efficient and good overall. I recently brought my Tesla S here and noticed after the wash that one of my front parking sensors had fallen back into the bumper. I brought it back to one of the managers, Danny, and without any fuss or pushback said they would take car of it and referred me to one of the local auto body shops to fix it. I already had a pre-scheduled maintenance appointment with Tesla that week and Tesla had fixed it for free but just the fact that Madison Car Wash takes their quality and accountability for their work seriously speaks volumes of their high character. Would not take my car anywhere else. Kudos!

The staff at this location really do take care of you and your vehicle, I asked them to pay special attention to trouble spots on my vehicle and they didnt make a fuss or anything they tackled it head on. The drawing crew to my surprise had little tiny brushes to dust off your vents and they wiped the whole interior. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment.

Very disappointed. Car was not cleaned well at all. Granted my car was a mess but given the area and the fee, I thought theyd do a much better job. The interior hadnt even been wiped down. Back seat is still in the same condition as is the middle console. The mats were gently rinsed and not cleaned. I would never return. Will add pictures.

1st time, great wash. I could be wrong but the owner or manager is up front doing QA on the washes - thats huge IMO. Most operate the cash register or are on phone calls all day and quality can suffer.

Amazing service. Been here twice with two different cars. Both are extremely lowered and i was still able to clear the machines. Highly recommend.

I went here on a whim, as I wanted to wash the car the day before but didnt get a chance to. I happened to be in the area and decided to give it a try - and boy, am I glad I did. This place is phenomenal with top-notch service. I loved how the owner/manager was out with his employees helping to dry the cars (humility and camaraderie go a long way; you can tell his employees were all happy to be there). Also, they pay attention to details like the crevices that get filthy when the doors/trunk is closed. To add a cherry on the top, they moved my wipers back to auto after the car wash. So blown away by the service and quality, this is RARE! This is the service Id get paying $100+ on detailing service for a simple car wash! Ive been converted, and will be a repeat customer!

Make sure to get the under carriage treatment! This can prevent damage to your engine due to water and salt, especially in the winter and rainy months! Rust prevention is so important and most people dont realize that the undercarriage issues need to be addressed on a consistent basis.

The prices are low compared to what Im used to, and Im happy with the wash.EDIT: There is now a huge scratch on my roof. I was not specifically looking for damage from the car wash, it just caught my eye as I was entering my car. Given that Ive never noticed it before, and that I happened to notice only hours after getting my car washed, its likely due to the car wash.

A little expensive but superior wash.

This place is one of the best around. I have washed my own vehicles for about 13 years and tried over two dozen car washes. From the minute you pull your car up everyone is friendly and attentive. The process is seem less. The things that really stand out to me is when the windshield is completely wiped perfectly especially after the sun has been hitting it for a long period of time. That is the real test and they passed. They open doors, trunks and gas caps to wipe them down. I have a great attention to detail and I watch everything. I would recommend this car wash to everyone.P.s. when you see the owner drying off cars and getting his hands dirty that should be a sign to everyone. Go to madison car wash. It’s to get your vehicle cleaned properly.

I’ve been going to Madison Car Wash ever since I’ve moved to the area 20 years ago. I usually get the Deluxe Wash and my cars look like new again . Workers are very efficient and friendly , the young ladies at the cash register are even better. I highly recommend using Madison Car Wash for all your car cleaning needs.

They do a great job cleaning both inside and out in my car. Its a little on the pricey side.

Its a regular car wash with prices that are a little too much. A regular basic wash is $17 without taxes or tips. It ends up being $20 for a wash without under carriage wash or wax. They do a decent job though.

They always do a good job, but my last visit was extraordinary. I came in when not particularly busy on a weekday morning. I offered to pay for detailing to address two small scratches. The manager had a worker compound and buff the scratches on the house. I will always come back and recommend to family and friends.

I am in Real Estate, so my car always needs to look its best! I take it to Madison Car Wash all the time. They do an excellent Job. I want to share this with you … I wore a bracelet to my daughters wedding and did not realize it fell off until we finished setting up. I was very upset to lose it, and had everyone looking for it. A couple weeks later, I took my car to the car wash. I open the back door an hour after to put my yoga bag in, and there was the bracelet, sitting on the back seat. They found it, it must have been under one of the seats. They are great at cleaning my car and honest too!!! :) I am a happy customer !!! :)

Love getting my car washed here. The vacuuming of the interior and the window washing saves me so much time - leaves my car feeling brand new. Make sure you clear out any trash youve accumulated in your dash and cup holders before you go - itll result in a more thorough cleaning.

They actually cleaned the car inside out. However the mats were put in dripping wet and the dash was completely wet from the towels they used. I would return however as the pricing was good and they did take a lot of effort to clean your car.

Took my brand-new 2013 Ford Edge, extremely happy! Vacuuming was thorough, they took the mats out to get them cleaned up well. Wiped down the dash and interior without leaving nasty streaks. Exterior was clean, no streaks and hand dried. They even took the time to remove the antenna for safety prior to the wash and put it back on while they were hand drying. $15. EXCELLENT.

I have been going here for three years now and will not go anywhere else. The owners and staff are always friendly and courteous. And,its a great car wash. They will always do something extra if I ask or focus on a particular area without charging anything extra. I always recommend it and dont even live in Madison.

Got the deluxe wash ($18.95) thinking I can get a high quality car wash. They did not do a thorough job at cleaning my windows. It felt like they just rushed everything. Dirt was still on my windows. Would not recommend this place!

Extremely disappointed with the service.The car wash was not busy at all.I went right hone after having my car washed and once hone realized that the back of my car was still filthy.Also the back seat had not been cleaned nor had it been vacuumed. The very bare minimum was done.I could have done a better job myself and spent less money.For $25 which included the tip it wasnt worth the money.Doesnt even look like my car has been washed.

They are the greatest business in town. The managers work hand in hand with their employees and they keep the cars moving at a steady pace, but will still take enough time to get all the gold fish crackers sucked out of your car.

Why I like it:1. Very nice people work there and I think the owner is there working himself quite a lot.2. Never had any complaints about quality of the wash... you go to other car washes (Morristown, East Hanover) and you will end up with poorly vacuumed interior and smudges on windshields.Believe me, I gave other car washes multiple chances and they kept failing me...Guys! keep up the good job!

Thought itd be a great place, staff is friendly but they just wipe down your car, they dont really clean it well, both exterior and interior. Payed for the delux and they didnt even pay attention to the receipt. I had to remind them of what to do.
