He made scheduling very easy, he is very careful with how he interacts with the public during Covid, and he did great work on my car removing logos and polishing the car. The logos have completely disappeared with zero ghosting. I highly recommend his services!

Would still recommend to anyone!I had the interior detailed and it looked marvelous! Almost like a brand new car. I would give it a 5/5 but the customer service was very poor 1/5 stars. They didn’t greet me when I arrived. I had to ask the questions and told them what I was there for, where to park, when to pay... they just took my keys and that was it. I came back to pick it up and he just gave me the key and stared at me. He didn’t ask me to pay so again I had to ask the questions of where I had to pay. Then he asked me how much? They already gave me a price when I made an appointment so I’m not sure why he asked me how much I was going to pay? Anyways, great detailing, poor service so I’m going with a 3 out of 5 star.

Just picked up our 17 Edge and all I can say is it looks better then the day we bought it. The leather seats look brand new and the leather is soft. The shine on the outside is terrific.Cant beat the price and the speed in which it was all done. They even called during the detailing to inform me of some issues they found. Communication was great.I highly recommend them.

Eric and his team did a great job detailing the interior of my Fusion! My car had been through multiple seasons at the beach in Florida and through a Madison winter. Needless to say, it really needed to be clean. There was not a spec of salt or sand in the car when I picked it up! It looked brand new. I will definitely be going to speed shine for future waxes/detailing.

I took my 5 year old Subaru Outback in for an interior cleaning. I had spilled A very large quantity of canola oil on the back seat The week prior. Speed Shine not only got the stain out, but the car feels new again. An Excellent Job! Very reasonable rates as well. Will definitely use them again.

I dropped my car off the night before and left my key in the drop box and was able to pay and pick it up the next day. Amazing job these guys did! Had interior detailed. Previously, I had a heater core issue which leaked coolant over the floor of the passenger side of my 2010 Jeep Liberty (I had thought it was a small bit on the carpet). I had had the carpet shampooed twice with other car detailing companys but always wondered if it was truely clean... I mentioned all this to Eric at Speed Shine. He was the first person to say they would take out the seats & pull up the entire carpet & check! Sure enough, coolant was everywhere! Worse than I had thought. 🤮😩Speed Shine was able to get my jeep in quickly, they were very communicative with the process and my options if the carpet was beyond repair. They spent more time then originally estimated (before seeing the damage) but texted & called to keep me updated. Which I was completely fine with, I wanted it done right & they did too! Speed Shine was able to clean everything (& save the carpet!) with pictures showing before & after underneath. My jeep looks better than it did when I bought it used 7 yrs ago! And I was assured everything is safe now! I was very concerned, as I have a toddler. This company is the best I know of and I will recommend to anyone who needs vehicle detailing! You wont be disappointed!

I brought my car in for an interior cleaning and the results were very unsatisfying. The inside of my car was very damp and smelled like mildew. I had to air dry my car out for a week after getting it cleaned before the seats dried. Four weeks later and my car still smells like mildew and strong cleaning chemicals. The workers were very unprofessional and rude. When I went to pick up my car, the person at the front desk took a personal call and proceeded to ignore me until he was finished. They also charged me extra for using an additional cleaning service that they did not check with me before using. I would not recommend Speed Shine 360.

They did charge me $25extra for pet hair, but it was nice because other places had charge meeven more for my dogs hair. I’ll recommend this place to all myfriends and family and be back soon

Many years looking for some one to lubricate the complete under need my of my car and do the Anti Rust treatment and this guys are the best not only the lubricate and did the anti rust treatment that detail my car with there formula ceramic wax.I really recommend this guy

This is the best place to take your car for a good deep cleaning. Iheard they were good but hey, they are super super good. I couldn’tbelieve when I get to see the shine in and out of my 2008 ToyotaCamry. My leather seats looked like brand new, and the out sidebetter than when I bought the car. All those jeans stains on theleather seats were completely gone. I have to mentione that I hadtaken my car to other car detailing businesses around, and I can saynone of them are better than Speed Shine. Thanks guys!

My car needed to be cleaned so bad on the inside, and I have used a few different companies in Madison over the years that left me feeling like I didnt get my moneys worth but when I came to lick my car up I was very happy with both the inside and outside. I’m not one to usually get my car detailed, but I got really ill and threw up while I was driving! I couldn’t clean up the mess myself because it was on fabric and I was sick of looking at it. When I was moving houses, the movers also put a bag of cat litter in the back without taping it shut. It went all over the place. The guys at Speed Shine were incredibly nice and professional. My fiance recently had flood damage to the interior of her car, there was nearly 2 of sitting water on the floor of the car. The interior of the car smelled like death. They went above and beyond to get rid of all the water. They even got under the carpet all the way down to the metal of the car floor to remove the water. They did such a good job that I will be taking my car in to get detailed shortly. Very friendly as well!

Sent my brother to take my old honda there. Planning on restoring and needed the interior cleaned. The inside looked amazing as well with the outside. Was a little disappointed that they broke my rear view mirror and didnt mention anything about it, I also didnt complain since its a cheap part. Also wish they were open on weekends to accomadate customers schedules. Definitely recommend this place as well as pearl of envy in Sun prairie if you only have time on weekends.

Wow.Took my 2015 VW GTI to these guys. Its my daily driver, so it had the standard microscratches, minor stains to the clear coat, etc., from regular use. I setup an appointment to do just the exterior (as I clean the interior myself) and engine bay cleaning. Dropped it off in the morning around 8AM.The car looks immaculate. I dont think its looked as good since Ive bought it. Got rid of about 99% of the scratches, and the engine bay looks phenomenal. Ill be taking it back here once or twice per year, as the pricing was excellent. Theyre a small family-owned operation, but they perform excellent work, and are very friendly to top it off. You wont be disappointed.

Speedshine 360 is the pinnacle of waterless Auto Detailing!!! They Made my 1970 Ford Torino GT look like brand new. You could see yourself in the paint. This is where I will be taking all of my vehicles from now on.
