Got this installed on a vehicle I let my son use as I didn’t want him going through the same experience I had to endure many years ago. The device did it’s job and my son learned quite a bit from Integrity. Would recommend them

I am impressed with their work ethics and service quality. They have been a bliss to deal with. They told me where to look for the date that I can get their interlock device removed from my vehicle. Upon seeing the date, I actually was able to get it out sooner than I thought! They could have easily just let me keep it and kept collecting money but they didnt do that. Glad I went with them!

The staff has been very pleasant to deal with. They have done a fantastic job and explained to me the workings of this device. Though there were no issues with installation or calibrations, they made sure to ask for feedback. They truly care about their customers.

During one of my visits I witnessed first hand how mean some people are towards these guys. No idea why as I’ve not had any bad experience at all and my requests were quickly dealt with. People blame these guys for their problems but guess what people? Integrity had not a single thing to do with you requiring their services. Interlocks aren’t a pleasure to have but they do what they’re supposed to do.

This wasn’t required by the state but I still wanted one installed. What a learning experience!!! Thanks for helping me realize that I needed to make some changes.

This is a tough review because I wasn’t happy to go to their service centers but I had to drive legally. While I’d like to rate them lowly because I hated needing an interlock they made it easier to deal with. It was my downfall and not theirs. They did what was required and beyond.

The people at integrity interlock have been way more accommodating to me while I had the device in my car.. Whether it was working with me on payments, scheduling issues to the professionalism felt thru phone conversations. On 5/7 I called and talked to a young lady about rescheduling my final calibration. And because it happened to be less than the required 24 hrs for cancelations or reschedules a $25 fee is added which this young lady waivedon principle ofUnderstanding the predicament I was in.im sorry I cant rememver her name but she was just another prime example of them going above and beyondtodays norm of customer service.. She was such a delight and even had the vouce of an angel.. Thank you integrity interlock for this last year of interlock usage being a rather delightful experience!!!

DO NOT USE THEM if you need to reliably use your car. They cancelled on my appointment last minute without any real reason besides a scheduling conflict and now I will not be able to use a car.Go somewhere else if you need to drive anywhere.

Horrible, simply horrible. Requested they remove their device from my vehicle after failing 5 or 6 times. They did, charged me $500 and sent it straight to collections.DO NOT USE this company. Shop around, youll find better.

The problem arose due to a clerical error on the part of the Courts that wrongfully attempted to extend my interlock period from 12 months to 28 months. After 3 months beyond my initial removal date and countless back and fourth between my attorney and the assistant D.A. the error was corrected and I was given permission to have it removed. Well not knowing how long the process would take I had the calibration done for 2 months. 3 weeks into my calibration I had it removed and when I asked about getting a partial refund (roughly $70) I was given the run around by the owner numerous times. Even had her lie and say shed left me a voicemail when she had not. She grilled me as to why I hadnt done a one month as Id done in the past I politely explained that I had no idea how long the back and fourth would take between my attorney and the assistant D.A. and having a family and two jobs to work around the 2 month seemed logical. Her response was well thats not my fault and I dont give refunds In short I would warn anyone to steer clear of this business and seek out another more credible establishment. The fact they have the word integrity in the company name is almost as much of a joke as this womans business model.
