I am super bummed about my experience with this company. I was supposed to move into Lofts at Silver this month and was recently notified they were changing management companies for 3 properties, with this being one of them. They simply gave me an email for the new company and are no longer responding to my emails. I now am scrambling to look for an apartment because they did not even transition me to the new company and I don’t even think the new company is up and running with these properties yet. Pretty disappointed with how quick they are to ignore and throw people away considering how large they are in macon.Edited to add: they also of course still get to take in my application fee although they knew they were no longer going to manage the company. I also just got told by the new management company that they have no access to our previous applications and we have to start the process over. What a great transition

Ive lived at the 401 Lofts on Cherry Street for about a year. The front lobby/entrance is always kept clean and it is very quiet. That staff is very friendly and take the time to get to know you and are always there to help- no matter if its a maintaince issue or being locked out- they resolve the situation right away. I highly recommend 401 Cherry lofts!
