I moved in a little over a month ago. I was supposed to move into a ready unit. The ceiling in the bathroom had to be repaired. I’ve placed several work orders since moving in. Kendra has been a great help. I’ve honestly only seen the property once, and that was before moving in.

I am scheduled to move in tomorrow! I’ve been dealing with the office staff for a couple of months now (mostly Britney) and they have been very helpful. As much as I’ve called, they have never made me feel like I was a bother. They are completely renovating my apartment before I move in so that’s definitely appreciated! I’m looking forward to living here!

Been here for a year now ita been great havent had no problem when you call to get something fix they come the same day or the very next day the office staff is nice and helpful. This is a very nice place to live

Please do not be fooled by the pictures. It’s not worth the price. Management isn’t friendly and repairs are not made in a timely manor. Everything in my apartment has broken and was replaced with thing from other units that are not in good condition.

Its true they care more about the outside then the inside. Heard they are putting a new dog park but most of the units arent even newly renovated like they are advertising. My dishwasher fell forward one day while put dishes in it called to have someone come fix never happen that day had to call the next day and nothing. Had my A/C stop working and went 24hrs with no air and tried calling the emergency number couldnt go through because the new phone system wasnt set up I heard. They went up on rent and I say why there is nothing that has been improved to make rent go up but a dog park. Poor property management when Kim was there things were great but Loran is no good.

They care more about the outside than the inside of the apartments, management been changed three times in three years! The ghetto of the Northside, people be on the playground smoking marijuana, maintenance is a mere joke! If you looking for a high price apartment without the amenities this is your place, the outside will fool you. Do not waste your time, this apartment complex is a joke, plague. You will regret your stay here!!! Frfr been living in these raggedy conditions for over a Year!!!

Air broke at the beginning of June still hasnt been fixed. Currently 80 in my apartment and it hasnt hit the heat of the day yet. Also they still havent fixed my dishwasher. We just broke our lease 5 months early. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
