I do not recommend Grey Parc especially if you have small kids. I’ve been here since March of last year and within 6 months of living here I had to move to another unit due to my townhouse entire downstairs flooding whenever there was bad whether. It took them a while just to move me and they moved me in a flat floor plan instead of another town house. Now in this apartment water flows down into my apartment like a waterfall from the upstairs residents bath water. Water is still leaking through after they so call “fixed” it and now i have mold on one of my bathroom ceilings while the other ceiling still leaks water from time to time. They take their time coming to fix things and when you call the property manager they’ll tell you she’s going to come and she never does. The neighbor YOUNG kids stay out til 3 in the morning playing music, using profanity, smoking and fighting in the breezeway. They run across my balcony late at night looking through my window so i have no privacy and they go through packages that gets delivered to my door as well as throw trash on the ground outside and in the breezeway. The property manager does NOTHING about it. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Let me not forget roaches and bugs are everywhere!!!!! I hate it here.

Great place to live, kids are friendly to one another, some loud music at times but people here tend to be respectful and not blare it at past 10pm. Spacious apartments with nice amenities, Id like to see a gym here one day. Pool stays clean and well maintained, new management feels refreshing and hopefully more willing to breath more life into this beautiful apartment complex. Lots of great shade and doesnt look like a sun roasting development center.

Nicole did a great job with helping me and my brother out with keeping us on track for re signing our lease. We never got anything on our door before to remind us. She answered all of the questions I had. There was so much stuff I did not know until she told me.

HORRIBLE AND PROPERTY MANAGER HAS NASTY ATTITUDE, WONT LET YOU VIEW YOUR APARTMENT VIRTUALLY HAVE TO TOUR IT OFF FACEBOOK, WELL THE JOKE IS ON ME AND MY FIANCÉ WE DROVE DOWN TO SEE THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND ITS TRASHY THERE IS TRASH EVERYWHERE AND SMELLS LIKE A PACK OF NEWPORTS !

I went to view an apartment on a day that their leasing office was super busy. The manager helped all 4 of us in the office. She asked me a lot of questions and when I wanted to move. She was very nice and showed me a two bedroom. They are huge!!!! As soon as my husband comes home from the military we will definitely be going back.

Pamela Miller was excellent and a wonderful help in assisting my family with our move. She made the transition easy. I would recommend anyone go to her.

Do not move here this place looks good on the outside but is falling apart on the inside they dont fix anything thats broken inside your apartment i cant wait until my lease is up

This is my first apartment it’s decent for a first apartment , no maintenance problems at all except for the kitchen water runs a little slow but for the most part i Love it. When my light was out in the front entrance of my apartment i told maintenance and they fixed it within a day! The apartment complex is under new management and they are remodeling things . It’s all coming together things are looking good .

There was a massive insect problem, they got my move in date wrong and there was no front door on my apartment and the sliding glass window wouldnt close. So I was stuck with a moving truck that I paid for and an apartment I could not securely put my stuff in. I should have taken this is the first warning sign and not moved in, but I did anyway. We had sewage problems were bad water backed up into my entire bottom floor of my townhouse. And they were unwilling to fix the problem or give us another place to stay while it was unlivable. Dont move here.

Lived there for 2 years. During that 2nd year, management care and maintenance care declined greatly. The individuals that were managing the building was awesome, Angela took care of the biildings and she treated her customers like great friends and family. She was very respectful and professional. The current staff there are unprofessional and totally disrespected. The security officers they had left when they switched management.

When you move in, if your apartment has not been lived in in a while, expect problems with th AC. Maintenance takes forever. Some people at the office are rude, not all. You get what you pay for. Neighbors are loud. Expect weed smell coming thru you vents. Water leaks are never ending, which leads to mold.

Something is always leaking and so many bugs. I’ve learned you get what you pay for. I was without AC for 2 weeks in a row. It’s was so hot and I had to beg daily for someone to come fix it. Come here as a last resort.

Water leaks, mold and no air conditioning are some of the finer qualities you will find at Highland Hills. Wolf spiders, roaches and other insects happily share your living space. The pictures on this website are of either one apartment never rented or from years ago. They do not look like this.Had to throw away shoes and clothing in closet as well as dresser and misc kitchen items due to mold growing on/in them. The mold is now growing/showing through ceiling paint where it had been painted over. I will give one star due the size of the apartment and the price. You definitely get what you pay for.

*UPDATE* 2 Weeks ago I receive a call from a collection agency where the property owners fraudulently are claiming I owe them $1833.00 - let me be clear, I DO NOT owe them anything and have sent 16 pages of documents to the collection agency disputing this claim BECAUSE I SAVE EVERYTHING! I have attached pictures of the black mold that is in apartment E4 resulting from a massive water leak in one of the surrounding apartments, probably behind it. I am forewarning you that paint DOES NOT KILL MOLD. I have also attached the letter with the breakdown of the charges they claim I owe and you can absolutely see for yourself how this doesnt make any sense (like they would really let me live there until I moved in May if I owed them Marchs rent) Anyway, SAVE ALL OF YOUR RECEIPTS BECAUSE IT APPEARS THAT SOME MONEY MIGHT NOT HAVE MADE IT TO CORPORATE. DONT FALL FOR PICS AND GOOD REVIEWS ALL ARE STAGED AND FAKE. Roaches everywhere,paid 200 of my own money and had to keep moving truck 2 extra days just to treat the apt with no reimbursement, Major water leak/flood (laundry room, kitchen and dining room) coming from one of the EMPTY apts around me, repaired but no mold inspection completed, house smells like mildew now, AC been broke for 3 days now, maintenance man comes down says fan is bad and low freon, let cool off and put a stick in there and spin the fan so it will start back up then tells property mgt he fixed it!!!!! Are you kidding me, hell no Im not! Closet doors missing or falling out Of frames in ALL rooms SINCE MOVE IN AND MULTIPLE requests to get them fixed with no response. Pay your rent online, otherwise leasing office will quote u a higher amount, if you pay it online though expect a notice on your door for non-payment because corporate and local office cant communicate effectively...THE LIST GOES ON AND ON..STAY AWAY. Moving out end of May and allthough I have proof that they let William and Mary (former neighbor) move out before their lease was up, Johnny is telling me he wont let me out of my lease, next call is housing authority and lawyer...also most people here dont go to work if you know what I mean, 2 people shot over here since Ive been here and cops constantly raiding apts in the back.

Move anywhere but here Ive lived here since December 2017 and its been ongoing problems they have yet to fix any of the issues in my apartment or even move me into another apartment ROACHES galore these people only want to take your money but dont want you to break your lease or give u another apartment DO NOT LIVE HERE IF U DO YOULL HAVE ROACHES and Ive never had roaches until moving into this reach infested apartment the pest control that comes on Wednesday is doing nothing but spraying stuff that makes these roaches multiply if I wasnt on a contact lease with these people Id leave today but if nothing is fixed Ill put my rent money in escrow the online pictures look NOTHING LIKE THE INSIDE OF THESE APARTMENTS paying over 600 for nothing have your roaches pay you rent Im angry and upset

The apartments are big and roomy but the staff change every month or two and they patch up things that need to be fixed . The staff was horrible and will pend unnecessary charges on you.

Lots of issues with the apartments. Drugs in various apartments. Maintenance staff bad with fixing repairs.

I dont live there but my friend does. Nothing but problems.

Nasty apartments, wasted my money and time. I couldn’t even move in because of the condition of it! There was black mold and roaches everywhere.
