I just left here in Dec 2020. I had lived there for 6 years. I enjoyed it up until the new owners came.I see that the prices for the apartments have skyrocketed. I had a one bedroom and was paying the market standard rate. From Dec to Jan, the price increased $335 for a one bedroom. Theyre nice apartments and they are spacious but they are not worth a $335 a month increase. My guess is since they just replaced the rooves on all the buildings, theyre trying to recover the costs by passing it onto the renters.

Cecil is a great employee. He routinely meets and exceeds expectations in all areas of responsibility. Produces high-quality work that at times exceeds expectations and produces timely and accurate results.

Everything about my moving experience has been nothing short of amazing and smooth. The Hunters Run team is the best!!! I would recommend the Hunters Run community to anyone whom is looking for a quiet and safe place to live!!!

The management staff was very friendly, answered all my questions and ensured that all went well with my move. I love my apartment and the complex. It’s very quiet and everyone around is friendly.

My mother and I have lived here for over 14 years and with each new management the apartments have gotten worse and worse. We pay for the exterminator to come and he doesnt even spray and the next day we see a bunch of HUGE cockroaches. Prices of rent have skyrocketed for outdated apartments that are falling apart and they no longer update upon renewal, security doesnt do his job. Management doesnt care. No warnings when they are doing anything to the apartments like painting. People park in handicap parking spaces who arent handicap and they get no tickets or warnings and they no longer clean the carpets. The only good thing about this apartment complex are the maintenance men. They actually do their job.

It’s bad when you have other residents that live in the same apartment and hogging the parking spaces in front. They’re young and no respect for the older residents that need to park closer. Also 1 resident always parks in the handicapped parking. She’s not handicapped. Paying for pest control for the first time and they do a lousy job. They just show up. We are not notified of these men coming in. they do not spray for bugs. Anytime there is work being done we are not notified in advance. If we are the security guard shows up a day late and a dollar short. Apparently he doesn’t make rounds to make sure people doesn’t park where they shouldn’t be. Loud music coming from autos at late hours and reving up their autos. When new owners come in residents are being charged for their pet/pets when this has never been done in the past. Over priced for outdated apartments.

My apartment is one of the best I have ever had clean spacious and beautiful!!

Recently moved in and already love the place!! Friendly staff, well manicured grounds!! Maintenance acts quickly and fixes problems fast! Complex is currently in the process of upgrading the exteriors of all buildings which lets me know they take the shape of the property seriously!!

I wasn’t going to renew my lease but when I talked to Mrs. Sharonda about something that was bothering me previously before she got here and she told me there was going to be some change in that area I changed my mind and stayed. Glad her and Michael are here

I moved here from VA without being able to visit the apartment. I was coming here by myself for a job and was a little skeptical. as this was the first apartment complex I would move into. Sherrie went out of her way to take additional pictures of the apartment to send to me. She was nice and helpful. Extremely welcoming and friendly. She was always available to hear my complaints. The maintenance guys are nice and friendly and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. This is a gated community, multicultural with a mixture of black, indian people, white, etc. Its very quite during the day. My one bedroom apartment was very spacious, NO bug problems, except for a wasp nest that was outside of my patio---which was removed as soon as I asked. Occasionally, there would be some inconsiderate outsiders driving through the complex blasting their music, but it wasnt on a consistent basis. The price is very reasonable and the staff are very understanding. I have to move and I will miss this apartment complex. I hope to find one just like it. Sherrie is the BEST ever!!! I wish I could take her with me. She knows everyone by name and takes the time to converse with them. If youre moving from elsewhere and are skeptical about your move, this apartment complex should definitely be considered....NO BIAS! The only reason I wont give it a 5/5 is because of the occasional noise, the pool that only goes up to 5ft, and the computer room that only has one computer, but overall, Ive enjoyed myself here.. The complex is always kept clean btw

The apartment it’s self is nice but the landlord is HORRIBLE. She is very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to live there as long as she’s there.

Beautifully laid out apartment very quite and extremely peaceful.

I would never recommend this apartment complex everything they tell you is a lie you have to get things in writing notories and have a lawyer look it over. They are not to be trusted. It is sad and when are calling to speak to someone they,refuse to answer. Flicking and company has change so many people at this complex I wonder why.

Well its nice and quiet. Gated community, fitness room. Its nice and clean community. Even has a car wash, pool, volley ball court, dog park, tennis court.

The landlord is a liar, unprofessional, unreasonable and above all RACIST. Would not recommend this place to anybody of color as long as she is in charge.

Submitted a work order online for a small Maintenance issue on Wednesday evening when I got home Thursday they had already fixed the problem. Great job
