The postal clerk was very polite and helped me with 4 address changes. Things I didnt know in the crisis I was dealing with and she was helpful to me with filling out the changes. I was blessed by the helpful ways I needed.

Packing was out for delivery since Monday... now Wednesday, tracking number its out for delivery.. Do not understand... privatize the USPS! UPS and FEDEX does superior job in tracking and delivery.. hands down!

Actually garbage.Called 5 times over the past day and no one picked up.Amazons ethics are bad, but at least they take pictures of your delivered package and follow delivery instructions.

Staff at the post office is great and super friendly! My issues are with the mail carrier. I live in a community that has lockboxes at the front of the community, I live at the back and I assume thats why deliveries are such an issue. The first issue I had was when he said he couldnt deliver a package because my mailbox was full. Fortunately, he left it at the post office so I could pick it up as soon as I got the email but he left it there before his shift even started and sent the email before he even got to my stop. Then this weekend he said he couldnt deliver another package because he couldnt get to my driveway. My husband was home and outside at the time I got the notification and he said that nobody even came by our home and our driveway was clear other than our single vehicle in a 2 car driveway. I have had many deliveries made by other carriers with no issues what so ever! Im sure he just doesnt want to be bothered by doing his job and going out of his way to make a delivery. He also crams my mail into the mailbox so its ripped up or crunched up like an accordion. I have 2 more packages that are supposed to be delivered today and will be sitting on my porch until I get another notification saying he couldnt deliver for whatever reason he feels like giving today. Whats sad is, I went to my leasing office to see what post office I was supposed to go to the first time this happened and the manager already knew what I was there to talk to them about so this has been an issue for a while!

Man, this is easily the most pleasant post office I have ever been a frequent customer of. There is one employee there, Frank, who I have personally been lucky enough to been helped by who is without fail, ALWAYS, in a good mood. Friendly. Knowledgeable. He remembers me whenever I’m in and chats with me as if we’ve been buddies for years. There are a few women here who are awesome as well, though I don’t recall their names. I just felt Franks lasting impression and attitude warranted a shout out.Definitely the kind of employee that any business should seek out - they’ll always make sure that business is successful and customers feel appreciated.

Cant talk to anyone only a robot, package was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago after waiting two weeks. They have it in their warehouse. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Over ten people in line to 1 or 2 employees with zero sense of urgency. And no way to call them directly. Place sucks

Gave two stars because delivering the mail has been a huge problem. Forwarding mail and then had to resort to fed ex for important documents because some that were scanned made it but the others scanned disappeared and kept being returned when it had the write address on it. Still have no idea why! Don’t know if the carrier is new to delivering to a neighborhood lock box or is just hurrying and not putting in the write spotThe people working in the office we’re great working with but I don’t want to pick up mail when it’s supposed to be delivered.

This location is fast and friendly. The wait lines are always faster than most of the locations here in Lubbock. Staff are always smiling and seem to enjoy their jobs. The facilities are also always clean and free of any randomness. One of my go to post offices.

I had mistakenly sent a package to my previous address which is now vacant and I just KNEW it was going to be a nightmare trying to get this package back from the parcel locker but Monica was so helpful and just had the carrier pick up the package and I was able to retrieve it the next day. She was so helpful and friendly and I appreciate her!

Stay away! The lady at the desk just threw my package like she was shooting a 3 pointer. I said, did you just throw my package over 10 feet into the air! She says, What, you didnt mark it fragile. I know packages can take some bumps, but I was shocked to see them be so needlessly reckless in front of the customer.

Post man decided to write a sorry we missed you note rather than deliver my package as I watched him do it and drive off. Theyll also leave a third and final warning note for you for someone else parked in front of your mailbox... Without writing the 1st 2 notices. Very unprofessional

Came here for passport as they do pictures. Frank took care of me and was great. Service was fast and friendly. Great experience all around.

I have had some good some bad expereinces here. For no apparent reason they say Insufficient address and wouldnt deliver my mail but the staff were really helpful to resolve the matter. Apart from that visiting this office has been a breeze and everything taken care of by the employees. One thing that bugs me is that they dont offer any tape for packing the box. You have to buy it for an extra 4$ or go back home to do it.

The staff, from the mail carriers to the managers, are rude, unreasonable, and lazy. They decided to stop delivering my mail after 11 months of living in my home. On visits Ive been dismissed, on phone calls Ive been hung up on in the middle of a sentence, and they have lied to my face about thair having offered explanations and solutions, none of which ever happened. They have told me they would do a one time courtesy of delivering mail when I have extremely important documents coming, and then reneged. I cannot understand what could drive these people to be so flippant about not only doing their jobs but about basic customer service.

I came in last week to mail a backpack. The bag was light, but big, so I used two boxes of the same size and combined them to form one box. I taped it up and everything. It looked sturdy to me. I walked into this post office with my box, and immediately, the clerk told me I cant mail a box like that. I told her Ive done it plenty of times before in New York State and the post office there always accepted it. She told me boxes like that fall apart and to come back with a larger single box instead. I said okay, left to FedEx where the cashier gave me the best customer service experience, and my parents got the box yesterday. NO PROBLEMS.Today I went inside to mail an amended tax return in a thick envelope. I chose a cardboard envelope because I didnt want it to get wet, but it was still flexible and machinable. The same clerk from last week wanted to charge me $7.50 to mail it certified. I asked why and she told me it said DO NOT BEND, and that she had to charge it as a package.I said I mailed a tax return two weeks ago using the same exact envelope with a different clerk there, who charged it as a certified envelope for $5.08. She didnt believe me, so I was about to go home and get the receipt. In the end, the clerk next to her said it is machinable, so I got the price I wanted.For Christs sake, it shouldnt be so hard to mail something. Ladies and gentlemen, we have other options in town. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Typical post office employees. I get there with 20 minutes before 4pm which is the latest theyre supposed to take the applications and they give me this bull about it being too late to process it. Comon!! Does it really take over 20 minutes to do something as simple as processing some papers, which I might add I had already filled out before getting there?!

The customer service at this branch is not so good so dont expect warm welcome here. The busy lobby time is between 12pm and 2pm and the line is long during that period. It seems that its under staffed and it will take at least 30 minutes to get helped during the busy period.The parking lot is big and the drop-off boxes are located at convenient place.

Trust me, this is the worse post office in the nation. I have never ever done a review on any company or product but i found it critically important to let others know that please never use their service for any important document. They are very unprofessional and care less about your mails. I have been to so many states because of my job and frankly I havent seen any worse than these guys. Their rating should and is way below 2-stars.I waited for 3-months for a package and when it finally arrived, the post man trashed the mail because he didnt see my name inside the mail box. The mail was a priority mail and still they didnt give a single f****k about it. I was at the post office to inquire about it and they showed me pictures of them receiving the mail with the tracking system stating the mail was delivered to me so I asked the lady if such an important document was delivered, why will i be at the Post office for several hours searching for the document. The mail was never sent back because the sender didnt receive it and its past several weeks so the question is, what happened to the priority mail? Its been trashed by the post office. As ridiculous as it sounds, thats what exactly happened. Been around my apartment and nobody has it inside his mail.They probably wrote those good reviews themselves because several people told me they got the same bad experiences with them so i really doubt those good reviews up there. Im honestly talking to an attorney about my situation and we will see what step to take next.Ladies and Gentlemen, this is not just a lame story to discredit this post office, this really happened so please dont believe the BS good reviews up there, avoid this post office if your document is that important to you.

I walked through the door at 4:59 to drop off a pre-paid package (just needed a receipt), and they yelled at me to leave, because they had too long of a line prior to close.

We love visiting USPS, however, this place is staffed by individuals who are consistently unnecessarily rude. I am really not surprised reading all the comments about this location. It is really sad that the staff is so unhappy with their employment that they are indiscriminately unpleasant. We are honestly flabbergasted by the service here. I hope a supervisor will read these comments and review how their staff handles patrons and reprimand as needed.

Yall put a vaccant sign in my mailbox and Everytime I call you I am put on a waiting list and after an hour I am hung up on and I work Monday thru Friday 6 am to 430 pm and I can never leave work my tax transcripts are mailed and I havent been able to get ahold of yall for over a week now

The workers dont know about what services they offer. Horrible customer service! I asked for a bubble wrapped envelope and she directed me towards priority boxes twice!

They are stingy with their flat rate mailers. I came in needed a few (like 3) and they acted like it was a problem. Saying “umm I dont think so.” What do you have them for if you are going to be stingy with them? I’m paying to ship things. LOL! Get real USPS.

What is wrong with Lubbock mail? For a town that otherwise has good customer service, the post office is the worst. There are birthday cards I never received. I got 8 Christmas cards in April (who knows - did they fall under the seat of the mail truck). My carrier leaves my mailbox door open so my mail flies away. He delivers when I ask it to be held, then wont deliver it upon request when I return, even with the online orders filled out and confirmed. I get other peoples mail about half the time. Really, you all can do better.

This post office is by far the worst Ive ever dealt with in terms of receiving my packages. Theyll mark the package as undeliverable and request that I pick it up, even though Ive been at the house the whole time and they havent tried to deliver it once.Just this morning, they stated they attempted to deliver it and for me to go to them with a notice that I never recieved because they never actually came to the house. I had to call the 800 number because they never answer their phone, and the rep promptly opened a case, and profusely apologized because they are not supposed to handle business this way.Avoid this office.

Worst service.....worst at everything.. the two ladies who are working (the mexicans hags) they are so rude and looks as if all the people that come in there are beggars. I had a mail come in yesterday and usps had it the whole time and didnt even go in the back and check it... the two ladies they need to get fired

Sometimes I wonder how USPS can be so completely and utterly useless and then I remember its a government agency.

They deliver my mail to other peoples house not because the adress is wrong BUT BECAUSE WE SHARE TO SAME NAME ,ridiculous !! This has happened to me twice

They dont bother answering the phone and they try to make you feel impatient when your packae has been hanging around the city for 8 straight days.

Called them it rang for 30 minutes till I hung up.
