Hart Moving and Storage took such good care of us! From the minute they walked in with a hand shake and friendly faces to the last of them unloading our entire house into a storage unit. They protected our items with wraps and padding and ensured that everything was in perfect condition. They even left some of their padding and coverings to keep our items protected in the storage unit and told us to just return when we get settled into our new place. They were efficient, friendly, and hard working. I will definitely be using them in the future!

The whole team was amazing. My quote was accurate, they were flexible with my dates even when I procrastinated in scheduling, and Carter was efficient and extremely nice. My items arrived in the same condition they left in and I experienced no issues. They made the experience pretty easy for me and that is a huge relief when you’re moving across a state.

We have used Hart Moving twice in the past four years. In both cases they exceeded our expectations in every way. The last move involved packing most of our belongings. They arrived on time and the packers were professional and did all that we asked of them. The day of the move four people arrived on time and worked diligently to get us loaded in a very caring way. Extra care was taken to protect our electronic equipment and they never took time outs or rest breaks. The unload was handled in the same way. As far as service, they did a great job. As far as price, it was ridiculous. We hired Hart to move one bedroom from 45th and Bangor, to 37th and Slide, and we were charged for them traveling 30 miles, which clearly, it was maybe 5 miles. To move the one bedroom, it cost our person $440.55. I was blown away. Our individuals do not have a lot of money, and we will not be doing business with them again.

I was completely disappointed with how my move went. They disassembled furniture to the individual screw level and used a pry bar throughout the disassembly. Once it was unloaded off the truck they refused to reassemble; per the contract. We had pictures where the glass was shattered and the photos underneath were ruined. I cannot stress enough to consider all options before choosing Hart Moving and Storage, you will appreciate it later.

Hart Moving and Storage came to the rescue for Lubbock Habitat for Humanity and helped us move out of our old location so we could open our new ReStore. Every time Habitat calls on Hart, they help our organization. Hart also did an amazing job as usual. I am very impressed with all aspects of Hart Moving and Storage. First, the woman who did the initial walk through, of my home, to give us an estimate for the move, was very informative and detail oriented. Next, they offered me all sizes of boxes, packing tape, and packing paper. The young man who helped me when I picked up the boxes took the time to ask me what all I needed and advised me when I was unsure. On moving day, Lorenzo and his crew worked hard and fast, but still were very careful with my belongings. And, they even made moving as fun as possible with their witty personalities. I recently used Hart moving for two moves within a month of each other, one for my home and the second larger move was for moving our business, the Blair Chiropractic Clinic. When we moved the clinic we also used Hart services for helping us pack. Hart moving was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end and made it a lot easier than other moves I have had in the past. It started with a estimate process. For both moves I received a detailed estimate with a maximum cost. Jeremy explained that means it would never cost more, but possibly less depending on how long our move would take. He also explained liability which I felt was an important conversation to have ahead of the move.All the employees we dealt with through the move were very professional and courteous. Set up move with company, roughly 6 months prior to move. Person from company came to our home too estimate a price. They could not confirm that they had a driver available/scheduled sooner than 2 days before move. Final price was 4000.00$ more than estimate. food from kitchen was packed with bathroom items. No idea what you would find where.Workers who came too pack home, complained to us that they do not pack Would definately not use again

I had the most amazing moving experience with Hart Moving. I had Jeremy come by and give me an estimate on moving our belongings. As soon as we found out our closing date I called and scheduled our move. Hart was very accommodating!! I received a ca ll before our move confirming when Harts men would be there. The day of the move Rudy-the head man called me to let me know what time they would be there. To my surprise they were early!! Rudy went through the house with me confirming his notes and the things that I had gone over with Jeremy. He verified how long it would take....in fact he said they would probably be running early on the time! Which was very important because I wanted to have things moved and set up before my children got home from school! They guys promptly start laying down covering for the floors, walls and wrapping my furniture. They took great care with all my belongings. Soon after they began a quality control person came by to make sure things were exceeding my expectations! Later on in the move I also had a call from Jeremy to make sure things were going well. I was so please because Rudy, Israel, Juan and John were all were very polite, professional and ahead of schedule. Terrible. Highly recommend going a different route if considering this company when moving. The movers broke my guest bedroom headboard upon unloading it at the new destination. I contacted them and the claim process is the worst process in the world. Communication has been terrible. I’ve had to resend emails on multiple occasions just to get a reply. Communication on their end to update me on their “investigation” has been terrible.Please, consider other options. Terrible.

If you, a friend or relative needs to move across town or way out of state, these guys are on time, super professional and always get the job done. I even enjoyed getting to know my driver. From top to bottom on the phone or in person the staff has flat out impressed me.

The movers were great. The packers were awful. When my husband did the final walk-through to make sure everything was packed, he discovered they completely missed several cabinets in various rooms, and he had to go around and throw things in boxes as fast as he could. He got so busy doing that he even forgot to look in a couple of cabinets and so things were inadvertently left in our old house—some of them very precious memories. When we got to our new home and started unpacking, some items were wrapped wonderfully, even excessively (a cheap plastic drinking cup wrapped in three layers of paper). But just as many boxes were full of items that looked like drawers had just been dumped out in them. We found ceramic figurines and keepsakes thrown in the bottom of boxes full of toys. Several items were crushed (my husband’s hats were in the bottom of a box full of socks and t-shirts). If I could go back in time, I would either pack my boxes myself or fully supervise the packers before having the movers come load the truck. The packers did not make a stressful time for our family any easier.
