This hotel is great. Clean, lively and easy to access.We stayed here because we were attending a football game.The staff was attentive as I had an issue that arose during the night.The staff made every attempt to rectify the problem as well as compensating us for our problem.I applaud this Marriott and its staff.Thanks for your help.

Everyone was so so helpful. This morning Lawrence helped with our long term parking. He went over and beyond. We made it to the airport on the shuttle. We are now in Newark NJ on our way to Ireland. You have good employees and Lawrence is a KEEPER!

One of the best hotels Ive been to. They have an airport shuttle (its a white colored shuttle not a blue and black one as they describe on their website) and you are about 2 miles from the airport. The check in was painless and the rooms were really nice and clean. They treat their guests great and are willing to help and provide whatever you need. They have security on site, Starbucks, a nice pool, fitness center and two restaurants inside. FedEx and rental car services are there too. Housekeeping is by request but they are happy to assist you. While pricing for parking and the restaurants are quite expensive they do make up for it in comfort, convenience, and service. Excellent hotel that Ill definitely go back to when I come to LA.

Positive: The room was newly renovated and everything was very clean. Room had coffee maker, mini fridge, plenty of outlets/ports for your devices. Decent shampoo etc. Lobby has gift shop and restaurants. They have aa computer to print your boarding pass which is . Negative: No free Wifi in the rooms. Charging for wifi in this day and age is ridiculous.

Couple of things, otherwise a normal hotel: 1) check in is very slow as there is only one staff working, have observed the same issue every night I passed the lobby, long line and only one staff; Hilton next door have non contact mobile check in where you can check in remotely and select your room like you could for flights; 2) they say all rooms are non smoking but you can smell weeds pretty much constantly outside or even inside the room (might come through from the ventilation); 3) we booked two rooms together a week prior but they can’t put us in two adjacent room or close by.

The staff was very personable; the amenities were amazing and our room was wonderful. Even with concerns that I shared, the staff was professional as well as compassionate. Our room was on the main level with access directly outside of our door to the pool. The room was beautiful. The hotel is very large and room service was delicious and helpful. Moreover, hotel has a great proximity to LAX and Target too along with eateries such as Subways and In and Out Burger along with Starbucks in the lobby of our hotel!!! We were able to take a shuttle from the airport to our rental car and then drive to the hotel. There is self parking for a fee with a valet service option. The valet team was amazing. We shortened our stay as we continued our trip closer to the areas we were visiting.

They were obviously under staffed. I felt sorry for the front desk personnel as it wasn’t their fault. We arrived close to 5pm and our room (as well as many other people) was not ready. With no guarantee it would be ready. We had dinner reservations at 5:30 at the JW in the hotel so we needed a place to clean up. They were able to offer us a double full bed room and that was it. It was the last one. We were not guaranteed that the room we had payed for would even be ready that night, so it was encouraged to take what we could get. I asked if their would be a credit since I was taking a considerably lesser room, and they said they said it would be the same price. The room was upward of $50-$70 cheaper than the one I had already paid for. And on a side note, parking is ridiculous at $46 a night. On top of this, I also expressed it was my wife and I’s 14 year wedding anniversary so we needed a room. We made it work, but two double beds were less than desirable. But we thought it was better than no room. The room was on the first floor and right next to the staff’s rooms, we were woke up several times because of loud staff and refilling an ice machine at 3am. I’m not one to leave reviews but I felt inclined base on our experience. This location obviously needs more staff based on how busy it is next to the airport. We tried to talk to the front desk after dinner but the line was still 30 min or more. Never staying here again.

Positive: The restaurants were both good. Negative: They gave me a room on the pool level, I paid for a higher room. The room looked like it had never been vacuumed. I understand we didnt get room service because of COVID, but I didnt realize I would have to ask for towels for 2nd day. I paid over $---.

Positive: The pool was absolutely lovely. It felt more like a resort than an airport hotel. Although normal outside food service was not available (due to Covid) the restaurant even offered delivery service poolside. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Negative: I wanted a late night snack but when I went down to the pantry at about 10:30pm it was not open. They told me to come back at 11pm however when I went back it was still closed; however a nice guy at check-in desk opened it for me to select something.

Such a nice airport hotel. Very nice and clean & comfy bed. The staff here is very friendly and helpful . They have 3 restaurants and a nice large bar and also a nice big Starbucks. I wish I would have had time to check out the gym as this is important … however I am sure they gym is great too .

The Los Angeles Airport Marriott gets major Kudos for reminding you of the comforts of home during your stay. Although their club lounge has not been open for 19 months, they’ve done their best to improve their offerings at the Social Market & Eatery. During my recent stay I was elated to learn the lounge will be open within the next two weeks.

Everyone who works here is very helpful. I have stayed twice in May for work. They are getting busy but all the staff I came in contact with was helpful and polite (I always need extra stuff). The lines at check in were long but moved smoothly. The rooms are very clean and modern. And the elevators were great especially since so many people were there.

I was in the city for a conference, and I stayed in this hotel. I amazed by their environment. It was very simple yet elegant. The staff and other employees were very friendly and hospitable. Their rooms were very spacious, and the best part was their comfort room! They had thermostatic mixer shower I had ever seen! I will be back again and bring along the kids. For sure, they will love the place, especially the pool.

Had a very fast turnaround, less than 24 hours. Shuttle service to and from LAX is great. Call the hotel before you get to LAX to hear recorded message about where to catch shuttle. Nice facility, comfortable rooms. Had to use business center to print documents, its open 24/7. Kiosks available in lobby to print boarding passes. Didnt get a chance to try restaurants, food options. Friendly staff. Will visit again.

While I am grateful for close proximity to the airport, our rooms were never cleaned while away. Housekeeping also did not replenish our towels or soap during a 4-night stay. In addition, our keys deactivated twice as we returned at 12 am, which was mentally taxing and we had to visit the front desk when all we wanted to do was go to bed. Lastly, the front desk did not have us booked for 4 nights which was a major discrepancy as we had a reservation to show them that we did pay $855 for four nights. Overall I was majorly disappointed with my stay for the amount I payed and will not be staying here anytime soon.

Room was as- expected, me and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights- room was clean, did not smell however we did not have any towels upon check-in. I asked the hotel room service THREE TIMES for towels and still never got them. Ended up going down to pool and using those provided by the pool. All I was told each time is I will have them sent up to your room “we are sorry about that” other than that the stay was pleasant. Would stay here again!

Good hotel for a good price. Close to airport with a convenient shuttle service to the terminal.But: I had to stay here for 2 weeks and I already had to switch my room twice and had multiple things to get repaired.The first room was way too loud due to screaming kids in the pool. There was no way to get any rest in that room.The next room needed it’s air conditioning to get fixed, because it did not switch off and made lots of noise. Then there was some kind of a short cut at 4AM, the lights flickered and half of the power outlets suddenly did not work anymore. When the fridge then turned on or off, several lights flashed. So I needed to change my room again.The third room was ok, but the TV was literally just hanging on one screw on the wall. So that needed to get fixed.I’m still in the hotel for another week. Let’s see if something else is coming up.

It is fairly close to all the activities and restaurants. The room is great and weve had a wonderful time. Unfortunately the pool closes at 10 and when youre on vacation with your family and children thats not very late. At least in my opinion if they could keep it open for an extra hour on holidays because we came for the 4th of July, thats would be much appreciated. But other than that its been great!

My room was not cleaned. It seemed as if someone occupied my room before I had checked in. The trash cans were full of junk, toilet paper in the toilet, not flushed. Found a used soap bar and hand towel next to the sink. I am disgusted. How can anyone miss these small details especially when cleanliness is emphasis upon. The pool and gym area seems nice. Free grab and go breakfast offered. Parking is $46 a night.

Extremely unprofessional staff, especially the manager. I could not believe the lack of respect these people have for someone who is spends a lot of time on the brand Marriott Hotels. I am a gold member but I got treated with such a respectful tone when I visited this place, that I am no longer staying at any of their Marriot Hotels. Luckily I have Hilton, Hyatt and so many other who appreciate loyalty.

Super bad experience. They took.like 2 hours to send us towels and stuff we requested at the front desk. The pool temperature was really good but the chlorine was way to high. We got 2 swim suits totally decorated ready for the trash, also my 6 years old daughter and my son got a very bad reaction on her eyes because of it. They were in so much pain after swimming in the morning. Im pretty sure they just add the chlorine and other chemicals in the morning instead of overnight how it supposed to be. Im never going back again

Always thought the Marriott was a great place to stay. However, the last time I sent I was just visiting someone. On my departure, I went to the restroom. Because I am a transgender female I always go into the females restroom since that is what I identify as. I had no problem with any of the females in the restroom.I had to turn around and go back in the restroom because I forgot a couple of personal belongings in one of the stalls. As I went towards the restroom door, three staff members was walking by and one of them asked if I was finding everything alright. I informed them that I forgot a couple of things.Once I retrieved the forgotten items and as I was leaving I noticed the staff still standing at the door about to say something about me being a guy in the womans restroom and I stopped them by saying I have female on my ID. They didnt say a word however, it felt like I was being escorted out. I was also asked where I was headed and where was it. In conclusion I feel like all places that deals with differr

Super convenient to LAX, have free shuttle service to hotel, 50 year old facility, been remodeled, but bathrooms are small. In hotel restaurants are pricey. Fitness center is well equipped but small for this huge hotel. They have big kidney shaped pool with hot tub, need lap pool.

If flying out for an early flight this is a great location. Right next to the airport with convenient shuttle that will pick-up/drop-off at the airport. 24 hour fitness center with a few Peloton bikes to keep your rides while traveling.

Waited 45 minutes before another enterprising shuttle took us to the Marriott. It was horrific! Embassy Suites and Hyatt kept zooming past - even Courtyard Marriott we saw 3 times but nothing for Marrriot LAX. Literally had to pay for the journey and we’re told at check in sometimes they all come at once. Really horrible for an airport hotel. I’m still upset 2 weeks later as it was very hard with my family waiting so long and having to get in another shuttle to get to the hotel. Wished I hadn’t booked there.

I bought a pkg to Los Angeles California from travelocity. Be aware that you will not have the option to choose seats on your way back and usually the airlines assigned seats at their own criteria. Twice my family and I was assigned seats by the bathroom. We went to los Angeles Marriott hotel which had the worse customer service. 1 shuttle bus at night to pick up passengers. We were picked up after 2 hours.They all are rude and incompetent. Even thought you bringing your money and business to them.You wont get a greeting.According to the hotel , housekeeping has to be scheduled. And not even schedule they DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS as traditionally we were use to. The rooms are super small. The pillows and mattresses old . Neither will give you clean towels. The food is mediocre, basic and overpriced. If you want to rent a car they will charge you for overnight parking $45.00. A bottle of water $4.50. Steak $56.00 My son was profiled and threatened by a security guard who by the way was double the size of my child. Because the security guard thought my child was not staying there even though my son showed him the card,gave him the room number and went to the room followed by this man. My family and I couldnt wait to go back home. They ruined our vacation

Super friendly guys. I usually park here at the Marriott when I’m flying out of LAX, and everyone from the folks at the front desk to the valet guys are SUPER friendly!There are times where the price may be a slight premium over other parking garages, but I think the premium is well worth it. I’ve had an instance where another garage’s shuttle came a half hour late and I missed my flight, however with Marriott the shuttle is always predictable and comes on time every time. The location is great too as you’re right next to the airport terminal.I absolutely recommend these guys here. Friendly and reliable service always, and an overall great atmosphere too.

It was a decent place to stay. We were right next to the airport and did not hear 1 plane. It was comfortable. Had a kitchenette but no bathtub, shower only and a charging station on the desk which did not work. The in room coffee was decent. The breakfast that was included with our stay was ok, considering the covid restrictions.

A few took place during my stay this weekend that made it just... ok.To start, Id say Im awfully disappointed that I couldnt smoke a cigarette with my morning coffee on my patio. But I do understand its a smoke-free hotlel.Valet is super expensive! However my service and experience with Eddy the entire time was Awesome!5 stars for Eddy in Valet!!Check in was fairy easy, I was told that wed be locked in with a $15 @night parking rate due to being a Marriott member. Which was a lot better than $56 @night.My sis and I had dinner at Hangar 18... oh boy was THAT a something!The food handler brought my dish and side salad out to the table 1st. I waited a few moments for my sis to get her food. So we could enjoy together. About 5 mins or so later the man comes back to the table asked for the food because it was not mine and it belonged to other table. He removed the dish and salad then took it over to the correct table!?! I WAS SCREAMING INSIDE! Just were COVIDly freaked and ready to run outta there, Adrienne our waitress came we explained to her what happened and she immediately went to the other table and collected the food, disposed of it and corrected the issues.5 stars for Adrienne!!Return to our room our TV would not turn on. Called for service and Raul came to fix it right away.He also had to return again a few hours later as we experienced the issue again. He volunteered to take care of our parking fees for the remainder of our stay for the inconvenience.5 starts for Raul!!!Room was just ok but very clean. Bathroom was small! May be an issue  to move around for heavy/larger framed people.Stopping by front desk to make sure charges for parking as seen on my folio ($15 rate and $56 rate both charged) would be removed before card was charged. I was told that they would be and the folio was incorrect. I said ok and left. Much higher charge than what was on my folio was charged to my card. I called their billing department today and spoke with Ruth to see if we could resolve the issue and get a correct billing invoice to reflect. Ruth stated that she did NOT see any notation in the file (in which the gentleman I ask upon checling out said he did) that parking fees would be comped and my card was charged more that the original folio because someone actually debited double parking rates of $56 @ day and $15 as well instead of credits of those amount. I WAS OVERCHARGED TWICE!!So... here I am adding this to my review and Ruth stated she would look into these errors and apply the correct refund amount. She took my my number and said shed get back to me. I HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE REGARDING THIS MATTER.At this point I feel my entire stay should be free! (Reaching?)

I have stayed at marriott hotels for the majority of my life. Marriott hotels have always brought me joy. I love the spirit they have for their bonvoy rewards program. THIS HOTEL however has no spirit at all for their bonvoy program. Every time i go to a marriott I look forward to seeing the excitement of all the employees and the bonvoy spirt they all have, however this hotel lacks bonvoy spirit. When I first walked in I could sense the pathetic lack of energy and bonvoy. I didn’t see one bonvoy sign nor employee wearing anything bonvoy related! I was extraordinarily dissapointed and will not be staying here again! If you read this please upgrade your bonvoy spirit as it is the only thing that brings me joy anymore.

Absolutely will not accommodate cigarette smokers. They have one designated smoking area that’s below the main entrance that’s unlit and just a liability waiting to happen with the mean streets nearby. I Feel very unsafe having to risk my life out of plain site every time I want to smoke. Also, hotel is full of hood rat types these days, so expect the halls to smell like weed.

Terrible service, they blame everything on understaff and COVID-19 to excuse bad service. They miss cleaning the rooms and blame they never get requests to clean them. The front desk spends their time talking or on the phone and you can never reach the operator through the room phone. They have served rotten food as well. Go elsewhere!

Park here if you’re flying out of LAX. In their infinite wisdom, LAX has shut down multiple parking garages at once for construction. The lots indicate they have available parking but you’re driving around waiting for someone to leave as you fight with other drivers for the few spots that open up. The Marriott has a shuttle to take you to & from LAX. It was comparable in price to parking in one of the LAX garages.

The staff was excellent I want to send a shout out to Linda (FDA) she really took care of me. I had a bad check-in experience at another hotel. which was very overwhelming after traveling all day. She took the time to have small talk with me and got my mind off the horrible experience I had gotton. The whole team was great, the location was great. I will be staying there for all my business travel to Los Angeles and telling all my business partners.

Almost all gym machines broken, people assaulted and maintenance staff (not room keeping) stealing valuables. Do yourself the favor, Hilton is next door. Marriot is more like a minimum security correctional facility.

I Wouldnt Recommend staying there. They threw a family out in the middle of the night knowing that they didnt even have a car and had reservations booked for 3 months out to stay there. For three days.. All because they lit a lighter so security through them out.. How can someone throw a family out with little kids , in the middle of the night(1130am) in downtown LA knowing that they had nothing but their suitcases coming back from hawai . They are very rude and disrespectful people who work there.

Most staff were very helpful and professional, but the man who brought the crib to our room was angry and in a hurry. Before we could even tip him, he rushed out saying cheap cheap cheap as he went down the hall. This gave us a really bad impression of the hotel. The parking for LAX was confusing as there is not a direct elevator from the main lobby- you have to take a circuitous path. It took an hour for the shuttle to get there and get us to the airport so plan a lot of time. We almost missed our flight because of this and it was very stressful. We were fortunate on the way back to get the shuttle right as we came out of the airport.

Positive: I liked nothing about this hotel the pictures were highly misleading Negative: The staff was rude and disrespectful, our first room was dirty with stains on the bed, the second room was placed right next to the elevator and we had no hot water ever so we couldn¿t shower
