Dont forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a stay. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you wont regret it.One my favorite hotels in LA. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Accommodating to returning and Bonvoy customers as well. Walking distance to 3rd St with some nice new restaurants and bars.

If you want a nice hotel look else where, they don’t respond to complaints about the room, things were dirty and never cleaned, front desk unresponsive , room service never came when requested. This hotel is more worried about opening your car door and the front door for you than to actually help you with things you actually need. Definitely a 0 stars if I was able to. Not worth the money!

This hotel is very nice. They have a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. All rooms are cleaned to a high standard and the views from the rooms are very nice. And also, all the hotel staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay and a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

Excellent hotel! We stayed here just for a night because it was very conveniently located near the airport and a lot of restaurants, malls, clubs, and bars. The following stood out for me for the price paid, the room was large, bathroom amenities are very clean, and staff customer service was exceptionally polite. Overall a great place for a stay.

Im not someone who writes reviews ever and Ill try to keep this one brief: Ive had the opportunity to stay at many phenomenal hotels and resorts--Marriott properties and independents--and this is in my top 3. The property itself is beautiful, rooms are spacious and recently updated; and theres great food and entertainment at the resort/within walking distance if youre trying to avoid renting a car. I will 100% be returning to this property and am already recommending it to friends and family. The #1, hands down thing I was most impressed by was from the moment I arrived to when my bags were being loaded into a cab to LAX I was blown away by the absolutely outstanding staff and their customer service skills. Special shout outs to: the brilliant Hannah at the front desk for the extra care she took checking us in, setting us up with the bathtub of my dreams and sharing her best secret beach spot; Victor, our breakfast server, for brightening my morning; and Trevor, our incredible server at the pool for each day of our stay, for putting up with us.

The service here was top notch, and the room impeccable. I have never slept so soundly at a hotel before. I appreciated all of the small touches throughout the hotel and appreciated their customer service. They promptly answered the phone; provided complementary coffee every day and the concierge was extremely helpful. I also loved that it was right next to a Trader Joes. I would gladly stay here again.

If you’ve stayed in 5 star hotels around the world you will not like this hotel as it will feel like a 3 star hotel. The hotel is basically an old building that was refurbished into a 3 star looking hotel. The reception has low ceiling, dark and confusing. When we first arrived, the bellboys were not welcoming they were just standing and staring. There are no dedicated staff for guest services call, they are the same staff in the reception. As they made us hold while standing in front of them for minutes while answering calls from outside.Which means they are under-staffed and was rude and definitely not a 5-star welcome. We waited 25 minutes for the bellboy to bring our bags to our rooms. The rooms are big, the decor is very nice, but i wouldn’t call it “luxury”. The bathroom is nice too, but the shower had very low and slow pressure which made it hard to shower.I wouldn’t visit again.

Well of course the hotel is expensive so valet parking would be too. It’s $60 a day BUT they are super fast, open and close doors for you and your car is protected. The rooms are beautiful, very spacious! Love how the room is full of mirrors too. Very clean as well, i wish the bathroom had more lighting because I was struggling to do my makeup lol . The pool scene is gorgeous, gym is super nice and big. Staff is nice too!! Everything just was nice.I wish this location did nurse / hero discounts but like i said i enjoyed myself and I’m blessed to have been able to try such an upgraded hotel for my birthday!!!! Oh i ran into a rapper lol “DaBaby “ which i knew of so he sang me happy birthday

Travelling with a toddler is no joke, traveling alone with a toddler... is a different story.Knowing this, I like to be as prepared as possible.I emailed the hotel prior to my arrival stating i will need a crib, they emailed back and confirmed that it will be done. After a long travel time and travelling with a 14 month alone I came into my room thinking that I can nap my overtired baby. Got into the room there was no crib. Call down the front desk they said they will call me back. Waited 30 mins and no call.Went downstairs was told they will switch my room and being up a crib. At this point, both my baby and I haven’t eaten so we figured we will just grab a bite quickly. The car service took me out to our restaurant with my car seat… told us to give him a call cause he has our car seat and that he will come back to pick us up. By the time we’re done dinner and gave the valet a call,  he wasn’t free. Okay, that’s fine, we called an Uber which during that rush time took almost 30 mins. But thats fine, not their fault. What is really unprofessional and also unheard of is...Our flight the next morning was at 6 am…. I was told that they would bring my car seat up to me but no one did. When I asked for it in the morning when I had to leave running late for my flight because once again, no uber was available nor cabs. they told me the car service doesn’t open till 8 am. I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR SEAT, A WEEK LATER. NOT ON A PHONE CALL OR AN EMAIL REGARDING THE CAR SEAT THAT WAS LEFT BEHIND!?!?Not only that but we had someone knock on our door at 2 am regrading a noise complaint from a baby music Lullaby???I am truly disappointed in my stay

I hate this hotel. This is the fourth time we have stayed here, and the fourth time we have been disappointed. They bill it as a 5-star hotel but it isnt. Super cool design, but 3 star service at best. You have to follow up with every facet of this hotel to get anything done. I spend all my vacation days following up on room service, housekeeping, engineering, front desk. Nothing happens without being the squeaky wheel. We keep making the mistake of staying here because each time management is sooo apologetic and practically begs us to give them another try but nothing ever changes here. Horrible hospitality experience. We will never stay here again. Fool me once, shame on them. Fool me four times, shame on me.

Through the expensive rooms price we had cleaning service paid for... and for two days the cleaners did not come and when I called the reception in it’s regards they told us we have to wait for a day to get it as the cleaners left???????? All they did was apologise and did not do anything about it... waste of money that could have went to a better three star hotel!

I do not think this hotel is five stars. The decor in our room was damaged, there’s no turn down service. The decorations in the hotel are eclectic but also seem cheesy as well. The pool was filled with Children who ended up puking in the pool (the hotel staff didn’t add chlorine and they didn’t tell people to leave the pool - which was disgusting). The portions of the breakfast place downstairs left a lot to be desired. 20$ for an omelet with veggies. It took 30 mins to be seated and another 40 for the food to arrive - I think there was maybe two waiters for the whole dining area. The waiting area out front of the lobby has ripped seating cushions and is worn and torn. Honestly this hotel is trying to push this “LA lifestyle” but it just feels cheap and forced and slightly above budget.

I frequent the SLS Miami often and it is very clean and pristine. So I assumed the SLS Beverly Hills would have a high standard as well.I was wrong. The SLS Beverly Hills is absolutely DISGUSTING.They don’t know what a vacuum is as there was mold and dust everywhere on the edges of the hallway and bedroom carpets. There was a screw thread in the middle of the floor. Lights are falling down and the shower light has mold and rust on it; needless to say it doesn’t smell clean at all.I was tired and exhausted because even checking in took way too much time. It took about 15-20 minutes when it should have taken 5 minutes. When we arrived to our room, only one of two key cards provided worked. Great, now we have just one key. Entering the room, no lights were on and the TV was off. (Every other hotel I have stayed at usually have bed lights on as well as the TV displaying “Welcome _________”. Needless to say, wasn’t a great start. It is advertised that they have room service 24/7 so getting off the plane, I was looking forward to a hot meal in my room. They didn’t have any details on room service like a food book anywhere to be seen in the room so when I called to the front desk, they said they only have cold sandwiches and cold salads. Who wants a cold dinner at night for room service?!When I thought it couldn’t get any worse, there was a cigarette laying on a table in the lobby.Spoke to the manager and he was very rude and said he’d upgrade us, until he realized we actually had the best room. If this is their best room, I don’t want to even imagine what the other rooms are like! Going to a different hotel that is much cleaner, at the same rate and way better customer service. This is NOT a “5 star hotel”. Shame on the SLS Beverly Hills.

I understand this hotel initially gets great reviews, but when you have to deal with a problem or a question no one is able to help you. You have a question about your reservation you get told 6 different things. I finally was forwarded to the manager, K.C., who ends up being the overnight manager who doesnt read her messages or her emails and just sends me a canned response. does not call to talk about the issue when asked to call me and I stay up all night waiting for her call. This is a serious black mark on Marriott and their Rewards that I am extremely loyal to. If I call the hotel I want to talk to the hotel, especially at one of their top hotels. Not the call center for reservations. 2. If the manager starts communication, be sure they get their messages clearly and promptly. And audit their emails so they read their messages in full and respond to the email and not send a boilerplate message.

From check in to check out HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Valet was nice. But bedsides that this hotel is extremely overrated. I’m a traveling nurse and my normal hotel was booked so I figured it’s a luxury Marriott so let me get a room here. Lobby is the only thing luxurious about this place. Host that checked me in was rude, didn’t greet me upon walking in. Got to the room the bathroom smelled of sewage from the toilet and mildew in the sink. The shower is completely not practical at all. The bathroom flooded out twice, and instead of them giving us another room they sent housekeeping there to clean up the water, but it never completely dried, which only made the smell of sewage and mildew stronger. Eyelashes found all over the room, and I dont wear eyelashes, so that gives my review on the cleanliness. I gave 2 stars because the staff that worked Saturday night was awesome and the location is perfect! I was not impressed at all by this hotel.

Ive only been here for events in the past. Really wanted to stay a night and enjoy the property. Upon arrival I was greeted by the very polite valet team. Great check in experience. Get to my entry level room. See theres no tub as advertised when I booked it. Inquired if there were any more rooms with tubs in my class, they said no. Tried to check out the pool... but there was an event that had outside guest over occupying the pool. There were many different answers on when it would be closed or when the party would end so actual guest could enjoy the pool. Tried to use the car service to go to dinner but the car was out of service. It was the 4th of July and I factored in there might be not as experienced staff members as were in the covid era and that seems to happen everywhere. Morning of check out I call to get my checkout extended. I was promptly told no because someone was booked for my room. I come downstairs to speak with someone cuz at this point I had enough of how my experience was at this 5 star hotel. While down there I heard along with a bellmen that someone got their checkout extended. I was livid at this point, but respectful. I expressed my concerns with the front desk manager, I believe his name was Adae or Ada. He seemed to feel bad about my experience. He covered my breakfast and took care of my resort fees, parking, and even the tip I left for breakfast. All I wanted was acknowledgment and he went far beyond that. So it turned around my attitude. Its a beautiful property and I hope to return solely on the basis of how he rectified my situation. Thank you again kind sir.

I’ve given this hotel 5 stars before my last stay. Positives love love the deep soaking bath tubs and the pool snd spa are great. The rooms are decent sized as well but could def use some updating but all and all visually it’s a funky and fun. The 1 star comes from a staff that clearly does not care about their clients safety, concerns, or personal property. Long story short valet did not know how to operate my lights correctly and completely killed my battery and had 0 solution to their problem and made it mine! I had to buy a AAA membership as the hotel had no jumper cables. Showed valet how to work my lights and got the car started ans three days later when I go to check out my lights were left on again and this tine the battery was not salvageable had to purchase a new battery for my Range Rover 300 dollars. Was told by management my valet charges would obviously be taken care of as I was there for a week at 50 bucks a night additional charge on top of the room charge. Next the day before I depart I take my service animal on a walk outside and the second we turned the corner in the lobby a giant Rottweiler comes charging and snarling full speed at me and my dog ready to attack!!! I somehow managed to snatch my dog i up p by her leash and hold her over my head barely able to breath and so terrified and the dog over screamed at her dog to return to her. I was in complete horror and shock along with the front desk however no one one did anything except stare in disbelief I was so upset and visibly petrified and ran to my room crying and hyperventilating. About 40 min later security calls to say they just reviewed the incident and wanted to see if they dog actually bit me and were we hurt? I told them no but I’m still very upset and that could have gone completely a different way and my dog would be dead and why the hell are they endangering their guests and pets by letting any dog never mind one who’s known to be an attack dog be on their property unleashed????!!!! Completely insane and not acceptable. He agreed and asked if there was anything they could do I said yes don’t let animals be off their leashes in a public place...the management did nothing no dinner offered or anything to show me they were sorry at all. I called later to let them know I would be checking out in the am they reassured me since I paid for the room 3 Ed party in full that the least they could do was cover my valet charges for being attacked by a dog and valet destroying my battery which ended up costing me 500 between the battery and triple AAA’s charges. I thanked them and got the hell out of there. I go home and the next day I check my bank account and see they have charged me for every nights valet charge and an additional night that I was not even there for. I call to speak with a manager and he informs me the manager I spoke to the night prior to check out was confused and they would be charging me for the valet. I was livid I was like so I got my battery destroyed missed an evening out due to the fact I had to deal w AAA and had no vehicle and missed my dinner and myself and my dog were almost Mauled by an attack dog that was off it’s leash in your lobby and you think these two incidents don’t qualify for comped parking????? I mean are they on crack or did they fall and bump their heads they are lucky they didn’t have to deal with an as$hole because that could have turned out way differently had I wanted to make a big deal out of it! Bottom line I tried contacting them a couple more times about the charges that I did not even sign off on but they still went behind my back and charged my card on file after my departure. I mean completely unacceptable! Completely no lack of concern for my safety and they straight up made unauthorized charges a day after I departed their property!!! So as much as I love their bathtubs I will never return to this joke of a 5 star hotel!!! You guys need a reality check and to learn how to value your clients and take responsibility for the things that negatively affect us while staying at your property!

I am writing this email in regards to mine and my fiancé’s first nights stay at the Sls Hotel. The reservation should be under the name, Michael Brown. We are here from Ohio, celebrating our first year anniversary. With such excitement, despite this global pandemic we are currently in, Michael and I booked our stay at the Sls Hotel; expecting a five star experience at a five star hotel with five star customer service and five star amenities. We were encouraged to book because of the core values you all so proudly advertise via online. “Our core values make us who we are. As we change and grow, the beliefs that are most important to us stay the same-putting people first**, pursuing excellence, embracing change, acting with integrity and serving our world.” A statement taken directly from the site. After our seven+ hour flight, we drove straight to the Sls, hoping to finally get some good rest and possibly food from the five star restaurant. As we pulled in, we were greeted by valet. They asked to take our luggage and if we would be utilizing the valet service of $55/night. Since we had just landed, we were not yet sure whether or not we would decide to use valet every night of our stay yet and let them know we would give them an answer soon as we came down from putting our luggage away. It took the bellman about 45 minutes to an hour to get our luggage up to the fifth floor! We had two suitcases! This obviously put us a little behind as we had to try and make it to the restaurant by 9p. We finally made it up there and had one drink before we left to get the car. When we get down to valet, there was a charge of $33 for our valet. The miscommunication was not rectified with valet. The manager Pierre took care of that and let us know it’s third party however, it’s important to realize they are part of your hotel and their poor customer communication reflects on that. We appreciate Pierre taking care of this but still have to unfortunately write this email due to a different non five star hotel experience. The morning of our second day, my fiancé and I being from Ohio were up pretty early and decided to shower and wash the travel off from the night prior, as we had a pretty exhausting evening. We get in the shower, to turn around and see a glob of fine brown hair matted to the shower wall! With or without a pandemic, I’m sure you could only imagine our disgust! This is extremely unsanitary, unsafe and flat out NASTY! We have a worldwide pandemic going on and we were at risk that morning discovering another persons hair mounted to the back shower wall of the shower. We have had bad experiences since arrival. Being unsanitary in these times are detrimental. We expect 5 start customer service from a 5 star hotel not bare minimum or enough to “get by”. This situation wasn’t handled in the correct manor by any means and we feel extremely left out and at risk and uncertain with the situation from earlier. Our room didn’t seem clean from the beginning. Being customer service oriented people, we tried to look past the “smaller” issues so we could enjoy our experience. The hair in the shower was just an out right fail on the Sls Hotel staff/management. Pierre, who is also cc’d in this email let us know so casually, that our room was just never inspected after the cleaning. While this is the obvious answer as to why we were exposed to such a situation , it is not a solution. Nor does it take away from the fact we slept, ate and attempted to shower all over the room. And although our room was instantaneously switched, which we obviously appreciate, this did not settle the uneasy feeling of already had being in an unclean, unsanitary environment with no rectification as to how this incident through a global pandemic, was going to be met.For the inconvenience, we are seeking a solution or rectification of some sort and would love to speak with a director, gm or anyone who can help us get our first night taken care of.

Overpriced for the amenities. I had to pay $11 for a simple cup of coffee, when it’s free at most hotels. There was no coffee maker in the room or additional snacks. I understand not putting coffee in the room because of Covid but charging $11 for a simple cup of coffee is excessive. Other than the food, the room was ok. We had a room with a tub that is not easy to get into or operate without getting water on the floor. The shower was in the tub. It would have been nice to have a stand alone shower with the tub for easier access. The bed was comfortable. The pool was heated which was nice (we went it February and it was a bit chilly). Overall, it was subpar for the price and I would not go back.

I Have never had a worse experience at a hotel. It baffles me that they have the audacity to consider this 5 stars. The hotel is outdated, the pictures definitely do not match the hotel. the customer service is beyond poor. Every room comes dark and depressing. The rooms are not clean, when I first arrived I checked into my room they said was clean and ready. This room was dusty and far from clean, it had ketchup or blood stains all over the wall and couch. I took pictures, you would think with Covid-19 and all they would up their cleaning service. There is no mini fridge they are stocking it due to Covid they say but dont even clean the rooms properly. They dont even clean the pool area, they leave all the towels other people used around, you have to literally clean it yourself if you want to sit down. oh and lets not forget the awful customer service the manager Adrian had, he was upset with me instead of his housekeeping. we went to three different room before finding a clean enough room for me to stay. He then offered me a refund saying there is nothing else he can do about it. I have stayed at the SLS south beach and few others as well you can see my previous reviews on how amazing everything was at your other locations who doesnt consider themselves 5 stars when they definitely should. Never again, overcharged for a motel experience. Ill be reaching out to corporate as well.

Really dated and worn out rooms. For a luxury property. I would avoid. Service has been subpar as well. Have traveled extensively during the pandemic and this by far is the worst prelared/accommodating hotel. Basic...coffee? Walk 1 mile to Starbucks. Zero offering until 0700. Pit out a pot of coffee for your guests at 0500. Almost every other property does. Rude front desk staff. Again, over rated and will never stay or recommend.

On arrival we felt rush to get out of the car, they said they will bring everything to us but didnt. The remote control didnt work, the bath tub/shower curtain was missing some hooks and falling. The simple in room breakfast order of coffee and two bagels was messed up after waiting about 46 min for it. The hotel has the charm of a bygone era, but with not updates. NOT REALLY WORTH THE PRICE TAG. The description of the hotel is innacurate as they advertise a lot of things to see and enjoy (80 chandeliers and a michelin start restaurant) granted it is Covid times they did not make an effort to offer a comfortable eating/dinning experience. The roof top restaurant has a limited menu. Starting with the wine menu of one red blend, one pinot noir and a cabernet that was also a blend. Overall, this place is simply not worthy.

I’m staying here now and it’s 6:20am. No coffee to be found anywhere! The restaurant opens at 6:30, in room dining doesn’t start until 7. Starbucks is 10 min walk away. Clearly this place doesn’t expect early risers. What kind of hotel doesn’t have coffee until 7am?!

Overall, it feels like any COVID measures are fine but they have just used it as an excuse to reduce services and seriously slack off. It doesn’t really feel like they care about safety, it feels like they care about cutting costs and doing less. Some, not all, clearly.Pros: Laundromat and professional cleaners across the street, great close food options, Trader Joes, the valet staff, dispensary across the street.Cons: Okay location made better by laundromat and takeout options, no gym, rigid staff. Not a pro or con, just a note: The valet is $55 per day. That info can be hard to find sometimes ;)

This is not a 5 star hotel. At all. There is NO WAY you could call this a five star hotel. You would have to knock down a wall between each room to call this 5 Star and even then the quality of the amenities is seriously lacking. I stayed here a night because my power was out and they were doing maintenance on our building. I decided to have cookies and ice cream delivered through room service, It was 57$ for chips ahoy cookies and 2 scoops of Vanilla ice cream. And if that wasn’t bad enough. The following morning I paid 40$ for two cups of coffee. Brutal. People really need to get their reviews in check.

This will probably be my favorite place to stay when visiting CA the rooms are very nice and clean, the staff is super nice and friendly especially the security guard I forgot to get his name-he was very attentive and guided me very well as to where the shopping places were. I do recommend to stay in the highest floor possible. My room was in the 8th floor and I could still hear the crazy traffic not a lot but enough for my sensitive ears.

Terrible hotel staff. Clogged bathtub and dirty bathroom.Minimal efforts to help alleviate the situation, besides “let me send some engineers to deal with this” during a global pandemic. When I followed up the next morning, “well you should have stepped out”.Maybe offer another room? There are better ways to address customer service issues, takes a little training and some management.1/5 for service3/5 upkeep and cleanliness

Had a great overnight stay at this property. I would have to say this hotel tops other hotels Ive had the pleasure of staying at such as the JW Marriott DTLA, The Ritz Carlton DTLA, and the new Intercontinental DTLA. What makes this hotel standout to me is the great customer service everyone provides and the beautiful art all around the hotel. Just walking around the hotel is an experience in its own. I enjoyed walking around the whole property and just admiring the beautiful art they put together. The rooms are also spacious. I had a Superior room and it was a good size for two people. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Both my wife and I were amazed with this hotel. The decor everywhere you look is stylish and cool. The check-in and out was excellent, even offering two glasses of champagne and a personalized envelope with Amex Platinum perks. We sat at the bar and had Carlos - a true artist - make my wife a very strong liquid nitrogen caipirinha, which was very fun to watch being made, and a custom drink for me, which was likely the best cocktail Ive ever tasted. The suite we were offered was immaculate, modern, and huge. The details were impeccable, the leather-bound folios on the coffee table, the large luxurious bathroom, the interior decor, the mini-bar on the end table - loved it all. I will definitely be looking for SLS hotels in the future.

A Pleasant experience during my business trip. Friendly staff from front door, front desk to Concierge service. I really pleased with the modern, spacious and cleanliness of the room. Very convenience and walking distance to restaurant and shopping center. I would recommend to book meeting room at SLS Hotel. Food and service are top notch. I love that you can get a complimentary ride from hotel within 3 miles area. Overall, amazing experience and will definitely come back near future.

Stayed at this hotel for an Oscar watch party event. The hotel is a nice upscale hotel that is hip but very dark. We were told we received an upgrade from regular room to a premier room with a city view. There was not any view. We were on a low floor with a view of an apartment building across the street. The room itself was nice but the bathroom was very dark and needs more light. It was in a perfect location for our needs. We were able to use the free car service to our party 2 miles away which was a nice benefit. We ate at the restaurant on Sunday and we had to ask for someone to take our order after waiting for a long time. Overall a nice Beverly Hills hotel with reasonable rates.

This is an updated Motel 6. I am surprised this is considered “luxury”.... Such a waste of a beautiful location. The rooms smelled like urine and sewage.. The white towels had brown stains, the “white “ bed sheets looked light brown, and worn out.. And the worst part about it was that they charged me 120,000 points and $885 for two nights... I’m extremely disappointed and shocked that this is apart of Marriott...

I stayed at the hotel for two nights for an LA Event. Ive loved the SLS for a long time but this is the first time I had the opportunity to stay. Its a luxury experience from the moment I left my car with the valet to checking in. The staff assisted with no prompting and did it so warmly making checking in simple. My room was perfect. I loved the roomy bathroom and rainshower with delightful hot water pressure. The bed was soft and enveloped me for a night sleep but I must admit I do love a big cozy blanket but I was able to adjust the thermometer to keep me warm. I ordered breakfast before checking out and considering how much it cost thought it would arrive hot but nothing is perfect. Check out was simple. The had enough staff so no long wait and my car came promptly.

Was a wonderful hotel! Beautiful property, friendly staff, but was not there long enough. Details below. After a long day of traveling we had arrived to our hotel (different hotel) only for our reservation not to be honored. Quickly made a reservation at the SLS and was easily accommodated. The young man who checked us in was wonderful and so helpful and friendly. (I wish I could remember his name, he was fabulous!)Unfortunately we were only there for two quick nights, but we experienced no issues. Rooms are clean, rather large, and offer plenty of amenities. If I were to ever return to the area I would definitely try to stay there again. Thanks for a great stay!

Negative: This was not the service that I expected from a five star hotel. The staff were rude. This may have been because they were so short staffed. There were zero amenities available during my stay. There was a resort fee in addition to the $55/day for parking.

The SLS Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel with a wonderful design. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bathrooms are large with a pleasing design. The king bed was more than spacious for two people. The breakfast was very good (so good I had it 2 days in a row). The hotel is in a great location with quick access to many points of interests. They also offer transportation within a 3 mile radius.A very pleasant stay and you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I spent two nights at this stylish property. We arrived around noon and although our room was not ready, we were able to sit by the pool and have lunch. We enjoyed the food there and at breakfast both mornings. A bit on the pricier side, but it is Beverly Hills. Overall service was very good throughout our stay. Everyone we encountered said hello and offered assistance. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We walked to CBS and Rodeo Drive, as well as Hertz to pick up a car on the day we checked out. I have no reservations in recommending this property to others.

The place is way too large for any sort of five-star feeling. The carpet in the hallways looks like its been pick so no matter how much booze or food was spilled on it, it still would look okay. The hallways are way too long to walk down and there is no Ambience at all in the elevators and no security in the elevators and you just feel completely out in the cold wind in this place

My daughters and I loved this property! We were here for fun! It had all the fun of a hip hotel with equal amounts of luxury and great service! The Bazaar was amazing! Although we were not able to get a chair at the pool, we still enjoyed our time on the 6th floor pool deck. The decor was amazing, whimsical and a feast for the eyes! We would love to come for another stay! Great location as well; in between West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. So much right at your fingertips!
