It was all in all great. With the exception of the breakfast. Not only is it 15 dollars which kind of sucks. I was hoping it was complementary, anywho. When I asked the cook if he could make me some eggs or something. Because the only thing out there was cereal and yogurt he said he was out. That to me was horrible! Had I known I wouldve went to McDonalds around the corner.

This lovely hotel is just a few minutes walk from the brand new Academy of Arts and Letters, where the Oscars will be held. The rooms are clean, sparsely decorated, and appear easy to sanitize between guests. The staff are friendly and helpful.New routines to help with social distancing include the AC Robot assistant. It delivers extra towels, soap, etc, that housekeepers used to bring. We miss daily housekeeping. Rooms are cleaned only once a week, or by request with 24-hour request. Guests can put dirty towels and sheets outside of their rooms for pickup by housekeeping. And call the robot for new ones. Trash bins can also be put outside for emptying. Some situations not in control of hotel: construction right outside our window. And the window view of such construction. The occasional noisy neighbors in adjacent rooms. The restaurant and bar being closed due to COVID. And though the hotel is in Beverly Hills, there were several people sleeping on the sidewalk.Be aware that parking is $40/night!

Starting with Isiah checking us in to our suite, to the kind welcome from John the manager to direction and help from JC and Monica during our stay, we were treated to fabulous and courteous service. Mornings and sunsets on the 11th floor terrace and rooftop bar were relaxing and wonderful. We will remember our time at the AC Marriott as one of the best experiences we have had during our travels. The giggles we experienced when ACE the robot delivered our breakfast was a video we will share often. Thanks to everyone we met at the AC Marriott Beverly Hills.

Great hotel with a european vibe to it. The rooftop patio is a great place to relax and unwind. There is also a downstairs patio, a downstairs bar, an upstairs lounge, as well as a small rooftop pool. The hotel has made some changes due to COVID, but they do a great job of providing as many services as they can. Its also super easy to order food from one of the places down the street and just walk and pick it up. The only real complaint is that the parking lot is tight, so be prepared to have to squeeze in!

I have never stayed at an AC but was mostly satisfied. They offer complimentary coffee in the morning which is a huge plus in my book. Parking was a bit of a challenge but thats to be expected anywhere in LA. I was in a standard king room which was very small but clean and relatively comfortable. I would have actually given 5 stars if it wasnt for all the mask nonsense and the fact that they chose to close their restaurant.

Really? I dont even know where to begin. When we first arrived at the hotel I thought we made the right decision to stay at this property. It looked like it was either new or recently renovated. It looked clean and had a stylish look, however, thats where the compliments on this hotel end. Check-in was ok, it wasnt the friendliest service Ive received but it was terrible. When we returned later that night and grabbed some water and snacks from the onsite convenience store, the front desk girl couldnt be bothered, the items were also extremely overpriced even for a hotel. We were then rudely awakened at 7:30 AM when construction noise started. Drilling, banging, and walls rattling. The walls are paper thin and not only could you hear everything, but you could also literally feel your bed shake. Nobody ever once informed us that this would be taking place. That morning when I spoke to the front desk, who was also the manager, the only thing he could do was waive the parking fee (which is $44 be warned!). He didnt seem to even be bothered, I must not have been the only one who complained that morning. The lack of customer service was equally as appalling as the construction noise. To not even mention the hotel was undergoing any sort of renovation is misleading. You expect a great night sleep when youre at a hotel, thats why youre there, thats why you pay the premium. We did not get anything near what we paid for, be warned!

Quiet and refreshing. My stay was peaceful and secure. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe here: you must have card access to get to your floor. I had privacy during my stay, allowing me to concentrate on my work. I wish I had a few more days to experience both the hotel and the area. Additionally, the hotel has secured parking for a very reasonable fee. And if youre without a car, Uber is only a few minutes away. Very close to The Beverly Center, Cedars Sinai and a lot more. I was pleased and Im sure you will be too.

Stayed for 2 nights. All staff we interacted with (front desk, valet, custodial, etc.) were extremely pleasant and happy to assist with any needs. We had a double room on the fifth floor; outside noise was very well insulated but the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors having normal conversations. Room itself very swanky, and the best part was the shower with the waterfall head (and traditional hand held) - a welcome relief for someone 64! Location is great. Rooftop seating provided a glorious panoramic view. The pool are more like a big Jacuzzi. Two biggest drawbacks is parking ($44/day valet but you have in/out privileges) and the thin interior walls. Also, they still do not have a liquor license. Otherwise, would certainly stay again.

Very unprofessional! Worst experience of my life! Every morning I had to go downstairs because my card was blocked each morning. I paid for valet service and they refused to give me my car keys on two separate occasions, once literally 10 min after I dropped my keys off. I was racially profiled. Had cops called on me and was detained in handcuffs in the hallway for two hours on “suspected fraud”. I was released after my background was run and it was verified that I was there on a work trip and was actually in the middle of a Skype call when the police detained me. I travel for work and my employer uses Marriott as their preferred hotel. I will be having a conversation with my employer and I am also filing a lawsuit. I will never stay with you all again!!! Thanks for profiling me. It’s going to cost you.

In theory this hotel is excellent. The breakfast is moderately affordable but really good. Fitness center is nice and new. The robot that delivered my razor was a nice gimmick (not joking). However, the building contractor/project manager chose to save some money and put in some of the WORST insulation for sound proofing I’ve ever experienced in my life. Got very little sleep due to neighbors simply having loud conversations and watching movies late night. This alone made the entire stay a pretty bad experience.

Horrible food at the restaurant. You get a choice of two hot dishes for breakfast - heavily flavored spicy egg dishes. Nope, cant do bacon, nope cant do a fried egg. No pancakes. Yes to what looks like day-old meat and cheese slices and sugar cereal. Coffee was good. Never again at this hotel. I cant even imagine being here with children. When I asked for extra towel, a robot delivered it. How cool is that! Hotel is very basic, very clean and nice. The neighborhood around is ordinary with McDonalds nearby. We were a family of four adults and booked a room with 2 queen beds. Beds, AC and the views were very nice on the 10th floor. From the 11th floor terrace you can see more views.Parking is too expensive ($40) and there is little guidance on street parking. I think the hotel staff should be given detailed training on local street parking so that customers can save money. Most of the staff were not clear on street parking options. They are very friendly and courteous though.

Newly built hotel. Staff when we stayed were extremely helpful and nice, some of the nicest staff overall I have ever had in a Marriott/Starwood hotel stay. Standard rooms are very small. Not really any drawres to unpack your clothes in. Very small and narrow. There is a very nice small pool on the roof, however no shade anywhere and no umbrellas. Same with the patio area across the way. Beautiful lounging area, no shade unless you hug the wall of the building during certain areas. Valet parking only. Valets are very quick and again some of the most helpful with getting your luggage, or directions or having to run after you when you take your key fob with you! I was extremely happy that I was given a high floor, furthest away from the elevator, and late checkout. Excellent quality toiletries (Korres brand) and cool handheld and rain shower heads. Complimentary small water bottles and mini fridge space. AC made a slight knocking noise which I only noticed the following morning. I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of street noise despite having a street-facing room. Temperature of room was great, and I had a fantastic sleep. Though on the smaller side, the room didn’t feel cramped.Extremely expensive valet overnight parking (over $40), but service was very prompt. I wasn’t really aware of any self parking options.Easy drive to Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills proper, or to The Grove and Farmers Market area. They were still in the opening phase when I stayed, so the rooftop lounge was closed and there was no alcohol being served in the lobby bar (they were waiting on a license). Also, only a 1/4 mile from a bus which will take you to the Metro light rail, so there’s lots of options using public transportation ($1.75 including a transfer). In contrast, parking a car here costs $40 a day. The entire staff was very friendly, check in and check out were very efficient, the lobby was modern, clean, and attractive. I love this place. First of all, it’s a Marriott property. Second of all you cannot get a better location. Get a better location the hotel is situated right on Wilshire. It’s next to Beverly Hills in midcity adjacent to Santa Monica and Hollywood. This is a modern property with tons of shops and restaurants close by being that it’s on a main strip. As of February 2020 they are still constructing the rooftop pool. However the front desk manager did tell me that the patio was open. There is a bar located up there as well as on the main floor. There is a restaurant as well here. The price per night is great. At times when there are large events that are happening in the city, it’s a no brainer that the price will hike up as does every other property, however Any other time the prices are reasonable and cheaper than other properties for this location. Don’t forget if you have a vehicle, valet is $40 per night. All in all, I love this place and this is my go to for the LA area whenever I am in town. Clean, outstanding service, AND it’s a Marriott!

I was told they forgot to charge me while I was there and they had to balance the books three months later and charged me. No call. No apology. I was also told that if I contested the charge with my bank, they would send the bill to collections. I will be contesting the charge and will update this review with the result.Poor management with poor business practices. Take your business elsewhere.

It was good. Nice staff great coffee. Shower was confusing. Like the robot. No bar or restaurant. Beds extremely comfortable. Floors in room didn’t look very clean

I was in town for business and discovered this amazing new chic hotel in downtown Beverly Hills! It’s amazing, great area for ride share users, and everything has a genuine personal touch. (SCALES the web series on YouTube) perfect!

This hotel is a great spot to be In when staying in Southern California! Clean, with a lovely staff that truly seemed to care about the guests and their comfort. The one drawback was no booze in the bar! I would have been there every night if I could have gotten a drink. There’s a liquor store across the street, though.

Decent hotel. Views were not shabby however overall experience would probably be better once they obtain proper licenses. The hotel did not pop on the exterior appearance however that in no way made me want to go check in somewhere else. May be a bit critical however 80% is not bad. Breakfast was better at McDonald’s two doors down :-). The food was the same and European breakfasts every day was NOT as exciting as McD’s.

Walls are paper thin... Can hear conversations from rooms two doors down. Staff is not very helpful, aside from one or two who carry the rest. A couple of awesome staff members, but they cannot overcome the performance of the rest. Parking is limited and overpriced. Morning breakfast is dry and stale. Apparently a renovated hotel, but elevators did not get any loving in the renovation. Unless you get a serious discount, probably not worth your time or patience.

I enjoyed one night at the AC Hotel Beverly Hills with my family and found the facilities to be very modern and clean. My kids were very excited about how fancy the hotel was, especially the shower. Though we didnt have a chance to check out the pool, that was one of the reasons we booked.Everyone was friendly and helpful. The walls are thin, which is important to know, but with earplugs I was fine.

Great hotel for location and style. Great staff and easy parking. Not good to spend too much time in the room unless you want to hear your neighbors favorite song played on repeat for 40 minutes.

As a Bonvoy member, marriott.com is where I go to book hotels. This trip, the new AC Beverly Hills was finally open for my booking. It was just as I had hoped; sleek, modern and a great rain shower! And as a TV junkie, every channel was clear and true HD. I cant tell you how many hotels have non-responsive remotes and fuzzy pictures you have to get used to when watching. The AC Beverly Hills TV experieince was just like home. Logging in to my Netflix account on their TV and watch just like at home was awesome. By the way, the do not disturb and please clean my room, buttons are finally getting rid of those painful door cards that swing everywhere. Apologies for my, in the weeds, details. For me, its often the details Ive mentioned that are missed. GREAT STAY!

Stayed at AC for 4 nights in March 2019. Wasnt able to get an upgrade so they covered the valet parking for the first night. Hotel was clean and modern. More than enough space for my husband and I to stay and get ready. The only complaint is that parking is $40/night and there is no option of self parking. We found free street parking for 2 nights and had to valet for 2 nights. Great hotel close distance to West Hollywood, downtown LA and of course Beverly Hills.

Nice rooms. Everything is brand new. Service is cool. The little service robot is a plus.
