Positive: Location was close to where I needed to be. Negative: Most of the rooms face on a very busy street in LA. I asked to be on the back side and was given a room with minimal natural light facing the gym. I heard when other guests were using the treadmill, couldnt open my curtains lest they see into my room.

The service people are great, but this hotel really should have been closed for the renovations. Between industrial fans being wheeled frequently through the halls, the majority of the parking garage being devoted to construction supplies, and most of all the jackhammering in the morning, the renovations have really interfered with the quality of our stay.

The place was clean and the rooms are kept in nice shape. Cant ask for more then that

The owner is really friendly and has built a really nice place. The room is spacious. Theres also a perfect size for a single occupant. We really enjoyed our stay here. For me, this is one of the nicest places Ive stayed. The self-checkout system they have is good as well, so you dont wake anyone up. I would recommend to anyone who needs an overnight close to the airport.

It was a great location for my girls and me to come to after flying in from LAX on route to a morning tour of UCLA. We were also able to see LMU on that same day and USC on a different day. The girls were exhausted so we ate lunch at the hotel, which was good, (and breakfast the next morning), we took a hot tub, followed by showers. We had rested while using the internet and Netflixs. In the early evening, we walked less than a mile to a beautiful outdoor shopping center (be careful crossing the stree at the light)”, where we found a great Mexican restaurant for dinner. Every step of the way, Marriott’s staff were very attentive, thoughtful and extremely helpful. Exactly what we had expected from a Courtyard Marriott.

It was a great stay! I would come back to all the services that the hotel can offer. The breakfast is the best, the onsen spa is very relaxing, and the antidote bar was full of energy plus the view of city lights. Theyll make sure that they will answer all your concerns and provide your needs. The ambiance is very relaxing and sophisticated. I highly recommend staying here!

Location is good for getting to UCLA. For the price, it’s a decent place to stay. The staff were friendly at the front desk and The Bistro, as well as the valets and operations people. The room was well-appointed with a desk, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker, plus lots of power outlets and an alarm clock/radio. I liked being able to log in to Netflix on the TV to watch my shows.My particular room was way at the end of the second floor at the corner of the building and there was a lot of street noise from cars outside. Next time I’ll know to ask for a room facing the inner courtyard. The fitness room and spa/hot tub are outside on the patio, and I didn’t see a swimming pool.Overall, it was a decent stay. I’ve had worse, I’ve had better. L.A. is expensive.

Great location. Dont need to leave the hotel if you dont want too. Plus, you can walk to almost anything. The Westfield mall is less than a 10 min walk away and has tons of great food and snack options. There is a theater too. The hotel is comfortable, clean and has great décor.

This is a terrific property if you have business to attend to in the Century City area. The rooms are clean and comfortable as well as the lobby and dining facilities. What makes the property exemplary are the people. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. The valet service was constantly on the ball ready to go. The maid service was very efficient about getting in and out of the room quickly and quietly. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment I arrived I was greeted by friendly and helpful valet staff. They offered to help bring my bags up to my room while I checked in. Upon check in, I was offered a glass of champagne and helped to my room. The room was quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly, even at the very odd hours I was keeping. Every one I encountered were absolutely wonderful.Went to the cafe for dinner, ordered the Brussels sprout and bacon flatbread, an old fashioned and a cookie. Everything we delicious and carefully prepared.Only star ding was that the property was a little dingy, the room was very clean but the hallways definitely need some TLC.Overall a great experience.

This Courtyard uniquely has many rooms in which the bathroom sink is in the entry vestibule. At time of reservation we requested room with sink in bathroom. Request was not honored. Bathroom sink area has sliding glass door. Door would not shut and would slide open unless we used a shoe to keep it from sliding. As Marriott Bonvoy member was entitled to complimentary bottled water. Bottled water was never placed in our room during our seven-night stay. Small, open-air fitness center got quite chilly when morning temperatures were in the low 50s. Received bottled water when asked at front desk. Staff very pleasant and attentive, especially the garage attendants.

Excellent location. Very professional and accommodating staff. Spacious and very quiet rooms. I had a balcony w/ mine and a nice view. Good bistro inside, so you dont have to go out to gain a good meal. Highly recommend!

Was a wonderful hotel! I attending a black tie wedding Sunday night of Memorial Day Weekend at the Intercontinental and chose to stay with you. I flew in from the east coast for 2 nights and it was great! Extremely convenient location, spacious room, very comfortable bed, great shower... a cute little balcony was a nice perk but didnt use it. The room was very clean and the team very friendly and efficient! Internet connection was perfect and several outlets in the room. I had breakfast in the restaurant as I was a little worried (you know, hotel food), but my egg frittata was wonderful! I liked it so much, I came back the next day and repeated. Didnt even bother going to the supermarket next door, even though there is a fridge and microwave in the room. The location was wonderful! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We just returned from our 3 night stay at the Courtyard Century City/Beverly Hills. There are many perks about staying here- from the warm and friendly staff to the quick and efficient service. And the cherry on top is the excellent location, which is just minutes from West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Thank you to David Hutton and team for the wonderful stay! We look forward to returning soon.

I stayed here in September, and the front desk girl was friendly to me and my family. She was actually helpful, the opposite of the front desk manager unfortunately. He didn’t seem to care at all, definitely odd for a higher position in hospitality. Give the girl that position. The housekeepers were rude and bumped into my family when we walked through the what seemed like older, musky smelling, not really taken care of hallways.There is a Ralphs nearby, and the hotel is driving distance to several Los Angeles tourist attractions. Also, there is Starbucks in the hotel, and a lovely touch of cookies and milk in the evening. Would not go back.

This stay was related to a very stressful event.....a small wedding at courthouse and reception at another location. This stay was soooo pleasant it made me feel like I could handle the stress as the mother of the Bride. The beds were so perfect I slept like I was at home. Staff all TENs. Beautifully appointed property. All of this contributed to a wonderful wedding experience. Recommend highly

Every employee went out of their way to greet us, ask what we needed, and respond promptly to any request. The service was above and beyond what is typical of many hotels. Location excellent for getting to UCLA for our events. Bistro was great option for our meals.

They have a housekeeping thief to which they seem to tolerate her stealing! Around 11am around the time we were checking out my wife and I going back to our room from having coffee downstairs. We arrived at our door and the house keeper came out the room with my wife’s purse in a bag. We grabbed our belongings and checked out. My wife realized $200 was missing as we were shopping. At first we didn’t think anything about our awkward encounter with the house keeper but we then immediately realized she took her money. She was startled when she came out the door and repeatedly asked my wife if the purse belonged to her. She is young in her early to mid 20s, Hispanic looking , overweight about 210 lb and about 5’7. We have called the hotel and complained and they seemed uninterested in our complaints , first they told us to write a police report, then they told us to make an insurance claim, they said they will make us the insurance claim. Two weeks go by and we receive no correspondence.

Courtyard gave us confidence during the virus crisis. The room and facilities were very clean; the staff helpful and friendly; the food tasty. It is very convenient. We’re coming back.

The outside and reception areas are well appointed, and they have the unheard of free self parking!The rooms sadly are a but dated. The beds are sagging, the outside sofa bed is completely springy and painful to sleep on, the extra twin bed we asked for was also soft and springy. The road noise is prominently heard in our room,and light pours through the shutters - even when they are closed. As you can imagine, difficult to get a good nights sleep.The bathroom has only one sink, but two showers. The shower water flow was also acceptable, which is not the case with many Marriott hotels.The staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean and great location to Century City Westfield (10min walk). Staff were very friendly and assisted in organizing early check-in and baggage hold after check-out time. Any minor issues were addressed efficiently and politely by staff. Décor of rooms very nice, although outside may at first have appearance of an inn. Convenient grocery store right over the road.

I would definitely recommend this to others. My friend that was traveling with me has stayed here multiple times, and has always had a great experience as well. I loved the complimentary glass of champagne at check in as well! All of the staff that I spoke with were friendly and professional. Definitely a great location for those in the Beverly Hills/West Hollywood area. So much to do in the area!

Ive been staying there for over a month now the staff and the place is awesome

This location is light, bright and open. The restaurant/bar served very good fresh food and our server was very accommodating about my friends dietary restrictions. There are areas to kick back and relax and watch TV. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and we did not hear noise from neighbors, only the traffic from Olympic Blvd. Staff was all exceptional, from check-in to housekeeping and valet. Superfast check-in and out.

This is a very nice little hotel in the middle of the city. Century City Mall is an easy half mile walk, and has a theater, shopping and a large amount of eateries. Easy driving distance to downtown LA attractions. Best of all, its in a good location, good neighborhood and nothing that would frighten someone out walking. This is a very reasonable downtown hotel.

The hotel seemed nice from the lobby but the room was old and little dated.Ask for a room close to the elevator if you don’t like walking. The room could be literally a mile away!Otherwise, super friendly staff and the parking was easy.Definitely will consider this one when returning to this area.

My daughter and I traveled alone rob california from NC and were really apprehensive about booking a room in LA sight unseen but the reviews we had read convinced us to book at this property. We could not have been more pleased. This was a small but comfortable hotel in a perfect location with staff that really made you feel welcome. Everyone was so nice and made an effort to say hello. Although we didn’t use the valet service, they always greeted us with a warm greeting and were so helpful. The General manager David made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped onsite. The rooms were slightly outdated but the beds were super comfortable with great bedding. The breakfast was wonderful (not included). The hotel is a 5-7 min walk from a huge upscale mall. I could have been happier with my choice of hotel for my LA stay. Thank you Marriott Courtyard Century City. Hope to be back soon.

I stayed here for two weeks at the beginning of a work assignment and was very impressed with this Courtyard. The staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome for the duration of my stay. My room was comfortable and the decor was updated. I would have liked to have more drawer space but this was a minor issue since most people probably don’t stay here as long as I did. The location was convenient to my work site and I was able to get acclimated to the area quickly. The food at the bistro was good and there is also a Ralph’s grocery store across the street. Also, the hotel is very close to Westfield Century City which was recently renovated and has a wonderful variety of shops and restaurants. Lastly, valet parking is the same price as self-parking. I decided to valet park and received excellent service from the attendants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and the valet drivers are outstanding. There is no self parking which I was worried about because we were attending an event nearby the next day but the drivers were very understanding and the parking was good for 24 hours. The rooms were very clean and modern. The bar/Starbucks was closed for the week so I cant give feedback on that. Overall payed a good price for a great location near Santa Monica. Would stay here again.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. Its just off of the busy roads, quiet, up to date and there is great staff there. Even though we dont drink, it was a nice gesture to offer a glass of champagne upon our check in. The room was clean and sharp looking with blackout blinds. With kids thats important to us. The kids loved the French toast breakfast and the people serving the food were great with the kids. We liked that within a mile there was a huge shopping center to eat at and walk around. The mormon temple is also close and very pretty to walk around. The kids liked the gardens and buildings there. We highly recommend staying here. The price was great compared to other locations and we fell like it was worth it. I also cant complain about the cookies they serve during the day!

Top notch experience. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. The room was very spacious. I also really enjoyed the fitness room and hot tub! It was a very nice stay. I also enjoyed being able to order food from the room. The bistro burger was delicious! The fries were a little thick for my tastes and the drink options are limited. Overall though, I loved my stay and would come again.

I dont write reviews but felt compelled. In short the staff at this hotel are great. I had so many extra requests on this trip--mailing packages, a very extended check-out needed, receipt of packages--all handled with a smile and figured out a way to say yes to everything w/out any push back. Everyone from the parking attendants to the cleaning staff & the Bistro staff are really helpful and pleasant. The property itself is lovely, too--very meticulously maintained I might add. But the staff made it a 10 for this trip. Thank you very much!

I arrived as the Getty Fire was licking at the west side of the 405. Couldntget off the freeway, drove north, turned around, finally home at last. Nothingto eat at the hotel ( post-midnight...) Next 3 days were uneventful and well-done by the hotel. Clean, quiet, fast. Very nice staff face to face, esp theparking valets. Got home and found shirt was missing. Called the hotel. No, we dont have a lost and found.... No shirt. They did try. They need a lost/found.

Staff was very friendly and were quick to change out sheets we found had some markings on them. I would say the place could use some renovations in the rooms. Location was pretty convenient but could near road noise as our room was facing the street.

Hotel was very nice and the staff was very nice. The valet was great but my car seat wasnt adjusted correctly when I picked up my car given my size. When I called attention to that they said well the next guy wont know to do it. Also I was neither offered nor received the free bottles of water upon check given my Platinum Elite status.

Originally an old hotel converted. Rooms are interesting rather than cookie cutter squares. Fitness room is in small building on the outside - you can pull the doors shut to keep out wind or rain. Very decent outdoor space. Lemon ricotta blueberry pancakes are awesome. Eat them!

Staying at this Marriott Courtyard was an overall great experience. The check-in was fast, simple, and friendly. The room was exactly what we expected. This is our second time staying here and will continue coming here.

This property is perfectly located in the middle of Los Angeles. Perfect distance from all major attractions. Mall, grocery store, and movie theater are all within walking distance. The neighborhood is clean and safe. I loved it. The property itself is nice. Its an older building but the staff keep everything feeling fresh and new.

We travel to Los Angeles for the Veuve Polo Classic and this is where we always stay. Its close to everything, across the street from a Ralphs, around the corner from Eataly and a great mall and the staff is always friendly. The room is always clean and the beds are comfy. And, of course, the complimentary champagne at check-in is a wonderful welcome!

The Courtyard Century Center/Beverly Hills is small and friendly like a boutique hotel. The staff is courteous and helpful. The amenities are on point for a short or long stay. Having Ralph’s Supermarket across the street and Beverly Center Mall is absolutely convenient.

The room was lovely and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room had a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; and a full-size iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. There is a nice Ralphs supermarket right across the street.

Had a great stay, from our welcome champagne and easy check-in, polite and swift valet parking to the friendly Bistro employees who make great chicken, bacon quesadillas!! There is a Ralphs grocery store directly across the street and you have your Starbucks coffee downstairs, we took advantage of both!! The room was very large with a lookout balcony and the bed very comfy with lots of pillows!! We will definitely choose this hotel when we return to L.A.!

In my recent visit to Los Angeles I chose Courtyard LA Century City/BH as my base. I was in town for both business and personal reasons and this location is always spot-on perfect to get to various locations within the Los Angeles area (centrally located). In addition to the location, I often choose this hotel because of the staff and comfort of the rooms. My most recent visit the front desk Supervisor checked me in and took the time to ensure I had a room that fit my needs -- especially, quiet location. Throughout my stay all staff -- from front desk to housekeeping to parking/valet could not have been more friendly and helpful. While the room rates can, at times, be exorbitant, on this visit I was able to get a rate that was very reasonable and enjoy the comforts of this location and the staff. Highly recommend, especially when the rates drop a bit and fall within reasonable range. When within a reasonable range, the value is quite high. I did not eat at the hotel, so cannot speak to that aspect. But I know that there is a restaurant on site. W

This is a lovely hotel with comparatively reasonably prices. Large rooms, stylishLobby, a cute courtyard with hot tub, very handy cafe with good casual food. Staff is terrific and aims to help. Location is central, with market across the street. Exterior is plain, but inside its lovely. It is on a noisy st but rooms facing the st are soundproofed. We brought a sound machine and were fine. They do not vacuum where a vacuum attachment is needed but promptly did so upon request. We enjoyed our stray and will be back.

The staff was first rate friendly and professional. The decor a little tired but the bed and linens were comfy. The location was convenient to the airport and some area attractions. The food was meh. I ordered margherita flatbread for dinner and it was not very good. The basil was a few flakes of dried herb and the tomatoes were huge hunks of tomatoes that were unappealing. It would have been easy to use fresh basil and then slices of a nice variety of tomato to make a decent flatbread.

I was very impressed by the kind and gracious staff as well as the beautiful and comfortable appointments of the room. From my first interaction with the valet to the bellman to the front desk, everyone was pleasant and welcoming and helpful and personable. I was in town for a surgery and was a bit out of sorts, both before and after. They took great care to see that I had assistance with a smile. The room looks like any other room at first glance, but the beauty is in the details. The art on the wall was peaceful and calming (water and river stones). The beds, from comforters to pillows to mattress, were soft and comfortable and exactly what I would have chosen. The shower has the rounded curtain rod which gives more room in the shower, and the shower head was fantastic. The curtain, too, was thoughtfully chosen...I would buy one like that for my own home. The sink area was contemporary and beautiful and functional. I am a practical person with an eye for decor and this was well done. The only thing that didnt quite fit right was the desk area was a bit tight. It may have just been my room but that could be improved. The Bistro restaurant was surprisingly good and affordable. I was quite happy to eat there and did not need to go elsewhere. And they have coffee bright and early. I definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Century City, Los Angeles. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I also thought that the food choices for breakfast were great. There was a wide variety to choose from each morning. My room was always very clean and well-stocked of any towels and toiletries that I needed.

After a long day in Los Angeles, I arrived to a nice Welcome Back from the Valet Staff! It was a pleasant surprise as it has been a few months since my last stay. The Front Desk team continued the welcome having my room keys ready for me to check in! The hotel is always neat and tidy. I spent two nights in the hotel. My room was well lite, clean and quite. I would recommend the Courtyard to any of my fellow business travelers looking for a small hotel with easy access to dining and local neighborhoods to safely walk!!

The staff at this facility from the valets, to front desk, breakfast, all were extremely attentive and strived to please. I would be more than happy to stay at this location again, as I would/will recommend it to others. I drive a diesel Ford Excursion, which as you can imagine does not easily fit in many parking garages. The valets kept one spot just for my in/out trips, to make sure there was always a spot (they did this on their own). The front desk staff at late check in were extremely understanding after our six hour drive. Check in was quick and easy. During our stay, the front desk staff was there to suggest sight seeing locations, and routes to get there, and knew which current construction zones to avoid. Great Job to all involved during. Only suggestion I would like to make (unless I missed it), is to install guests safes either in the rooms or front desk area.

Nice property, valet parking only. The rooms are nice and well maintained. The building is a bit older you can tell by the layout but they have been remodeled recently. They do not have free breakfast which is a disappointment but they do have a quick serve bar and a Ralphs ( grocery store) right across the street. And microwave and small fridge in the rooms. I would stay here again.

Location was very good. Staff at front desk very pleasant and helpful. Parking for $25 a night. Beds are comfortable and internet free. Liked that room had small refrigerator and microwave.

I came into town looking for a centralized location and this property filled the bill. It was easy to get to my appointments in different areas of LA My room was spotless, comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff was exceptional. They provided information and suggestions in a prompt and professional manner. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to LA.

This hotel, staff and our overall experience was fantastic. In-between Hollywood and Santa Monica, close to a local grocery store and large Westfield Shopping center. Great location for a $10 Uber to both the yellow and red Hop on, Hop off tour bus stops. What more could you ask for.

Tim, in valet parking, greets us by name as we drive into the garage. The manager, Krystal, warmly greets us as we enter the lobby. Check in is smooth and we head up to the room. We like the rooms in the 212 or 112 wing with private balconies close to the fitness center. The room is spacious with ample desk room and outlets for computers, iPads, and iPhones. Storage drawers can be a problem if staying longer than a week, but closet room is ample. The bathrooms are comfortable and attractive, but by no means could they be considered large. The refrigerator and microwave in each room come in handy at times. The restaurant has wonderful breakfasts served by friendly and competent staff. Shopping malls and Rodeo Drive are all within walking distance. Overall, I would rate this hotel as perfect for our needs when we are in the area and we would not consider staying anywhere else.

I commute here 20 times a year for an eastern Santa Monica office. Lots of commuters stay here. Its not in walking distance of any tourist draws, but its very well situated for uber. The benefit to me, is that its quiet and full of professionals during the weekdays. The only very minor room for improvement is that dining is satisfactory. There is no real other choice within walking distance, so if you check in late, you may have limited choices.

Five Star all the way. Staying here was close to being like home. Staff felt like family. Ready to help and serve us in their respective positions

I decided on my way back from Palm Springs to stay one night for my birthday in Los Angeles and I chose this hotel because of the location and also because it’s a Marriott and I actually loved it. I really had a great experience checking in sleeping in and also the staff were super friendly from the front desk to the valet person and of course the morning coffee stuff at the restaurant on the second floor.

I did enjoy my stay, however there were some negatives. I called ahead to request extra pillows and was told they could not be ordered ahead of time. I have stayed at many different locations of this same hotel and have always been able to request them ahead of time. So I requested them upon check in and still did not receive them. I did request and receive extra towels which I thought was odd being that I made a reservation for 4 people and only had 3 towels. On a positive note, everything was very clean especially the bathrooms.

It was more convenient for me to stay at the Courtyard, since its close to my work that I came for and it takes per diem price. Good location for my trip purpose. Also its close to Santa Monica and good places to see.

Convenient location for access to Century City locations. Wonderful staff, very accommodating. Facility is a little odd and dated but lobby and bistro are updated, rooms are clean and comfortable. If you want quiet room, ask for the back side of hotel. No pool but there is a hot tub. Bar/bistro staff is awesome!

Staff was the best, very helpful and accommodating from valet to registration to restaurant. Try to get a room on the backside of the hotel. Rooms on street side are noisy during the week. Given this is LA with all the traffic, the location while busy is good from getting to places of interest.

Rooms and overall inside set up were standard Courtyard, but the courtyard itself and the gym were unique. The courtyard felt cozy and isolated from the sounds of the city. It was calm because of the living plant wall. The fitness center is cool because its inside a cabana type structure where youre able to open the sliding doors and feel like youre outside. The only thing Id add is a firepit in the courtyard. Staff were also top notch!

Nice hotel. Very good value. Great location and staff. Everybody was very friendly. The only negatives were the room being a bit smaller than expected, and the bathroom was pretty small. Other than that, very nice experience.

We have been staying at the Century City Beverly Hills Marriott for more than ten years when we come to visit our son and his family. After somewhere around 100 nights, it feels like a second home. Tim, the valet, greets us by name with a smile as we drive in. The front desk staff has had some promotions, but the folks who are still there greet us by name and ask about our grandson. Diego, at the Bistro, is very welcoming and always asks about our family. Staying there is like coming home.This hotel has one of the best locations in LA. It is close to all the major highways without the noise and traffic. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a well-run organization with an obvious guest-oriented culture. I would recommend this to everyone, but if it gets too booked, we might not be able to get a room the next time we visit.

MY FAMILY AND I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THE COURTYARD LOS ANGELES CENTURY CITY/BEVERLY HILLS MARRIOTT. THE LOCATION WAS TERRIFIC! NICCO, THE RECEPTIONIST AT THE FRONT DESK, MADE US FEEL SO WELCOME AND COMFORTABLE FROM THE FIRST MOMENT THAT WE CHECKED IN. THE GUEST ROOM WAS SPOTLESS, QUIET, AND SPACIOUS. WE ALSO ENJOYED THE FOOD AND SERVICE AT THE BISTRO. EVERY STAFF MEMBER AND VALET CAR PARKER THAT WE MET WAS COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL.I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN WHEN I AM IN LOS ANGELES.

Perfect location off of Olympic Blvd. close to Century CIty, Westwood, UCLA, and easily accessible to Santa Monica Blvd. and the major highways. Updated with modern conveniences. Very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend for the price and the value, compared to some of the outdated hotels in the area. The staff was excellent in answering my questions and offering assistance. Great place to stay in a great location close to everything.

I would expect a lot more swag from a hotel in Beverly Hills. I think your competition out competed you. Other than the great valet service, I would spend my money at another hotel. Make sure you dont stay when there is an entire high school team staying there!

We arrived on a Friday night and left Sunday morning. The overall experience was great. From the valet parking to the concierge to the hotel staff. Our room was facing south overlooking the neighborhood and it was clean, comfortable and quiet even with the sliding glass door open. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were awesome. The wi-fi access is free and can pay for a faster speed if you need it. You can also log into your Netflix and Hulu accounts from the TV and that is just awesome. Our room had a nice covered balcony (3rd floor) with a table & 2 chairs & enough room to accommodate another 2 adults comfortably. We did not get around to trying The Bistro or any of the breakfast options, however, there is a grocery store (Ralphs) directly across the street from the hotel which made our stay VERY convenient. The event we were attending was a 15 min walk from the hotel. We chose to drive instead, took us 3 mins. How awesome is that? Most of the shopping and places we wanted to go to were a 15-20 min drive & no more than a 30 min drive from the hotel. 30 min per LA traffic that is. Being from Phoenix, AZ we quickly learned LA drive times mean something different. The only complaint I have is the bathroom (not the entire room, just the bathroom) had a minor cigarette smoke smell in it. Not harsh or heavy and turning on the exhaust fan for about an hour seemed to fix it for the most part. However, when we would shower the smell became worse. This is a non-smoking hotel and part of the reason we chose it. I presume someone smoked in the bathroom with the exhaust fan on attempting to keep the smell out of the room. We did not inform the front desk about this until check out because this really wasn’t a problem for us. Having our 23 month old son with us we kept the bathroom door closed. It wasn’t like we spent all our time in the bathroom anyway. Overall, I give this hotel a 9.5 based on our wants and needs for a hotel. Would recommend to others.

Fantastic place to stay. The room is spacious and clean. Thesnack counter in the lobby was well stocked with a lot of options including microwave meals. It was a bit pricey but when youre in a bind it was worth it. The little bistro / Starbucks on the first floor was wonderful in the good morning. They had a large variety of different foods and they were all delicious. It was greatgreat to be able to grab something nutritious before hitting the road. every person on the staff that we interacted with was very kind and personable. I accidentally left a dressin our room and didnt realize it until the next day. I called and they found it, all I had to do was purchase a shipping label and email it to them so they can ship it back to me. It should be here within the next couple of days. I definitely recommend staying here just make sure to double-check before you leave so you dont have to pay to get it shipped back to you

Stayed in area many times but not at this hotel. Pleasantly surprised. Will make this property one of my first choices.

We were in town for a family wedding and were told to stay at this hotel. Hotel was centrally located, easy to get to, and had a bistro that was very helpful when trying to grab a quick bite in the morning or in between events and sight seeing. Food was delicious and healthy options were available. Room was very comfortable, quiet, clean, and hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Room was comfortable, bed was great! A few complaints, though very minor & nit-picky: 1.) The Bistros happy hour was terrible. Better deals please? 2.) I have not stayed in a hotel that did not offer complimentary coffee for months now. I understand your serving Starbucks blend, but simple drip coffee isnt that much. and 3.)I booked here because the website said each room had a balcony. Since I was traveling for business and not pleasure I was happy at the thought to have some fresh air (even if the view wasnt amazing). Sadly I ended up in one of the few rooms without. Major bummer! The website info should be adjusted for that, or let that be a special request when booking a room.Otherwise an excellent property.
