I dont write reviews so this would be a first. I needed a screen and LCD repair for both of my Samsung 7 Edge phones. I chose this location because I wanted to support a small minority-owned business. I had them replaced and the next day it didnt work again. I called and called but NO ONE answered. I never dropped them or did anything to hurt damage the phones. At the time they were no longer using the location advertised on Craigslist, so I couldnt see them personally to demand my money back. Later in the year, I had a friend look into my devices, he is an expert on phone and computer service. I was told many repair shops use second-hand parts for repairs and they can be a bust. Low and behold he said that was probably the reason why my phones no longer worked. $378 was stolen for subpar parts for a repair that didnt last more than 24hrs.I DO NOT recommend going to this place!

This place is a scam. I came to them with a brand new phone with a cracked screen, and they used an old, damaged, discolored screen to replace it -- and charged me almost as much as I paid for my brand new phone to do the supposed repair. After I showed them discoloration on the damaged part they used, they strung me along for weeks promising to replace their own damaged screen. They then failed to show up for appointments twice with no notice whatsoever. Im out a bunch of money and still have a totally messed up screen. Go somewhere reputable.

Brought my iPhone 5s in because the front camera had some dust on it and all the pics looked washed out. He had it fixed very quickly - 10 mins or so, and it was inexpensive - $20. Very friendly, quick and inexpensive - Go there to get your phone fixed.

I smashed my iPhone beyond what i thought was repairable and found Imtiaz who did an amazing job, really fast and for cheaper than other estimates i got. Other places have held my phone for days and charge more.

Fast and Quality Screen repair! I came here on my lunch break to fix a cracked iPhone 6s screen. I trekked over from the Financial District and was able to complete the mend on my lunch hour. They did a great job and it looks like new. Ive had a repair before at another place and it wasnt nearly as nice as this shop - the new glass is really well fitted. Definitely would go back and recommend to others.

Great service, very fast and accommodating. Had my broken screen replaced in about fifteen minutes and was back at the office in no time.

The owner moved. Sign posted shows a new address, from which hes also vacated.I called his Cell. He says he travels now a to text details for an appointment.I texted my details. Didnt hear back.Texted a reminder, didnt hear back.I cant tell if Im getting bad service or if hes in the hospital or something serious.Some cynical part of me is thankful that he ghosted before being entrusted with my phone. Without a physical address, if he had it and lost touch Id be out of luck!Get well soon?Edit: Yes, I texted the posted number. Initially gave these guys a 5 Star review but no more.Almost 9 months in and my glass screen started to separate from the actual frame (looks like they didn’t use stronger adhesive) and I just noticed that both screws on the bottom (chassis) were never put back on. Also, my home button doesn’t work anymore.Damn, the service was great and the guy was super nice that helped me but for $100 spent on getting this screen repaired and now having to spend MORE money for it is really infuriating.

My wife went to replace the the screen of a factory unlocked phone and they replaced it with a locked Sprint phone. The chipset was replaced. If you do not return my phone to its original state, I’m filing a police report and reporting you the IRS for doing cash transactions. I will do everything in my power to shut your business down. Expect a call tomorrow!

Just replaced the screen on my iPhone 6 Pus. The price was extremely reasonable, only a 20 minute wait(cozy waiting area), and you get to see the work being done. Cant wait till my phone breaks again!

*WARNING - Please do NOT go here to fix your IPHONE X, if you have any screen damage. GO TO TH APPLE STORE. I had a nightmare experience here where I had to go to this shop more than 5 times to get my phone repaired. The first time they used some off brand screen that was clearly China quality and so I paid additional for their Apple screen product which was still SUBPAR. GO TO THE APPLE STORE TO DO THIS - TRUST ME. After I begrudgingly accepted my mistake to not go to the apple store, a couple days later vertical green lines appear on my phone. They claimed that I dropped it so I went to the apple store and was prepared to shell out whatever they were going to charge me I didnt care at this point. But of course the apple store informed that the tech from this shop STRIPPED the screws so they werent even able to get it off due to liability. The only reason I am not giving 1 star is that the shop tech was nice and gave me half of my $250 back to me. He somehow got the old screen off so now I am living with a bootleg iphone screen. oh, and they dont take credit cards only venmo.

I bought into their motto online. Figured Id help a small business instead of a corporation. Save yourself the headache, your money and time. Paid 239 dollars and still have the same issue I took it for. everyone here should report this location as permanently closed as well This location isnt even there anymore.. I found this shop on Instagram and decided to take my iPhone 7 Plus to get a screen replaced, went to their store located In Koreatown got my iPhone 7 Plus screen replaced in 40min but then the colors of the screen weren’t the same the emojis looked like a bright yellow instead of a golddish color the facebook logo looked like a baby blue instead of a dark blue but it’s a decent price for what you get but I decided to never take my phones here anymore. Next I cracked my 42mm Apple Watch screen so I gave them a call to find out the price and duration of a screen replacement on the 42mm Apple Watch, they gave me the price and the duration was two days so I decided to give them another shot since I previously took my iPhone 7 Plus and didn’t like it after. On Tuesday I went in to their shop located in DTLA on 4th st spoke with the employee and he said the price and the duration which was two days left the Apple Watch for repair then two days later gave him a call and asked if it was ready for pick up he said no probably on Saturday, Saturday came up and I gave him another call and he said it wasn’t ready that it will be ready on Monday, Monday came up and I gave him a call and the same thing happened it wasn’t ready keep in mind he said it was gunna be a two day process which turned into a 1 week & 4 day process I ended up picking up the Apple Watch on Friday. I picked it up and everything seemed okay with the watch I thought it was a perfect replacement as soon as I picked up the Apple Watch I started wearing it and using it an hour later I noticed the Apple Watch screen was lifting up and so I pressed the screen down so it can re-glue to the adhesive, the next day I picked up my Apple Watch to put it on and the screen was lifted up again like if it was ungluing so I put pressure on the screen so it can re-glue I then messaged the guy who fixed the Apple Watch to tell him how the screen lift up like if the adhesive isn’t strong enough I thought he was gunna reply so we can agree on a deal and get it fixed but he NEVER REPLIED from that day on I have not heard from the guy and now I’m stuck with a Apple Watch with a lifted screen. This is my second time taking an Apple product to repair at this shop and I’ve been disappointed for the second time. SAVE YOURSELF!!!!!

I searched for a place with low prices and quick services, unfortunately I stumbled upon this establishment. It seems to me that these positive reviews are fake. I brought in my phone for a screen repair and was told that they would have it ready in an hour and call me when it was done. They took more than 4 hours to finish and didnt bother to notify me that it would take longer. I had to call them and be on top of the progress. I came in at the end of the day to pick up my phone, and the screen was fine. Two days later I tried using the front facing camera and noticed that everything came out blurry. After further inspection I noticed that the inside of the screen that goes over the camera lens had clear glue which made the picture come out blurry. Which brings me to my second, dreadful visit. I explained everything and they offered to fix everything right away and free of charge. I was relived and thought everything would work out. The person fixing my phone removed the back of my phone and with a large sharp needle scratched the inside of the glass several times to remove the dried clear glue. Yes the glue was removed, but now the inside of my screen had several scratches because of this employee. He gave me the phone back as if I wouldnt notice. I open the camera and it is still blurry because of the scratches. He tries to fix it again only this time he breaks the camera while attempting to fix it. I end up having to leave my phone overnight to get it fixed which is very inconvenient. I dont get offered any discount and not even an apology. I come back the next day, pick my phone, examine it, and everything is fine. Once again, 2 days later, I have a problem with my phone. It started glitching and images were blurred on my phone, then everything went black. My phone would not turn on again. I could no longer use my phone. Now, time for my third and last dreadful visit. At this point I did not want to go back there, but I had no other choice. I explained the situation to the same employee, he took a look at my phone to inspect what had happened. After a while he told me that the LCD was broken. I came in with a cracked screen, not a broken LCD. The employee wanted me to pay extra to get it repaired after they were the ones who broke it. At this time my phone was valued at $600 hundred dollars. The only money I recieved back was the $115 dollars I paid for the new screen. Now my expense was a whole new phone. I lost all my photos, music, contacts and important documents. If youre looking for the worst possible service, looking to waste your time, looking to come in multiple times and receive terrible service then this is the store for you. It is no surprise to me that TWO out of the three locations are permanently closed.

I had to come here to check my iPhone 6s Plus acting up. I just replaced new screen last week but covered by water recently :(Kevin showed me the problem spot in my phone and helped me. Warranty 30 days sound good too.

I recently took my Samsung device in to be repaired. After a couple of hiccups along they way the shop came through in the long and repaired my device. I was little worried at first especially seeing all the bad review. Over all they did a good job my only issue was the lack of communication with what was going on .

They have replaced the screen on my iPhone. Since the replacement their are parts of the screen that don’t register a touch and all touches are registered as a hard pressure touch. The store wouldn’t refund all my money. I had to go get the screen replaced by another store.
