I was very pleased with the service I received from iPhone repair shop. My phone (screen replacement) was fixed in less than 3 hours and looked as good as new. Not to mention the convenience of drop off and pick up at the Shop at the iPhone repair store. It was easy and fast! The pricing is also cheaper than any other place I considered. The whole experience was almost too good to be true. Overall it was an awesome experience and Id recommend it to all.

Im so impressed by iPhone Repair. I always wondered how security and delivery would work with these Owner. Its really a great, dependable system. The only concern I have is that they ask for your device security PIN and Im not sure how comfortable I am with their staff accessing my data. That said, I guess I was comfortable because I provided it. I probably should have cleared my tablet first. Otherwise, perfect service and the device is like new.

My wife dropped her iPhone and the screen shattered. I deposited the phone in the nearest Iphone repair shop at 930 am and the phone was returned before 1:00 pm. They called me to let me know that it was fixed as well as an email with a security code to receive it from the Iphone repair . I hope to never use them again but lets face it we have three smartphones and two iPads Im sure well have to in the future.

Broke the screen I really needed the calendar off of the phone asap.Took my phone to one of the kiosk at 10:30am went to have lunch and walk a park. By the time I was done yall had Emailed me that my phone was ready. Went down to the market and picked it up. Good as New with all my stuff in tacked. What a grate service.I had mistakenly thought that my iPhone screen was cracked but it was just the protective glass cover that was damaged. The company contacted me, explained the situation and issued a credit. It is great to get such honesty, they could have just pocketed the money and I would have been none the wiser. They replaced the damaged cover with a new one. Service was really quick . I would definitely use this company again and can’t recommend them highly enough.

My iPhone 12 is a company owned iPhone, and as such, I am responsible for any physical damage repairs. Over the years I have dropped it numerous times on exiting my vehicle and have been bandaging it with electrical tape on all the areas exposed from repeated breakage. It finally refused to function on the Touch Screen the other day and I needed it fixed fast for work. I took it to the Butler iPhone repair shop, and in 4 hours I had a reply on email it was ready. Works like new!!

After I broke my screen, I went to Iphone Repair shop to drop it off. I was a tad concerned because there was no option for broken screen, but I called the number and I was promptly told what to do. This was 4:10 on a Monday. I went home, changed clothes and checked my email - the phone was fixed. I picked the phone up at 5:45. I had a shattered iPhone 12 plus screen, but no other issues with my phone. I dropped it off one morning and it was ready before lunch. My only suggestion would be to make sure you have your order number when returning to the Iphone repair shop. . . there is no way to search by your email address. Its difficult to retrieve that order number on location without a functioning phone in hand : )

When I dropped my device, it landed on the corner and dented the case causing the glass to break into pieces. Iphone repair shop was able to reshape and smooth the corner so that the new glass would fit correctly. Looking at it now you would never know the glass had ever been broken or replaced.

I took my iphone in for a broken screen. They replaced the screen but I noticed that the screen was occasionally not recognizing touches. I took it back and they fixed it promptly under warranty with no objections at all. I would bring my electronics to them any day.

This place is great! I was looking for a nearby place to get my phone fixed quick and I found this place on google. The guy took 30 min to fix my phone, but I didnt notice that the corners and sides of my phone were blurry and had lines until the next day. I called and see if anything could be done and he told me to go back. I went back and he fixed it without questions and said it was a defect. He fixed my iphone and now it looks brand new! :) I was happy he was able to fix it because I was worried he was not going to remember me and i didnt have a receipt.
