WATER DAMAGE REPAIR - Good Value.MY SAMSUNG A51 WAS ACCIDENTALLY SUBMERGED IN WATER. No case. It would not acknowledge the SIM card. So no network connection/ no calls/ no data. I had already removed the back and middle cover to dry visible water and done the 3 day dry out with a desiccant. They restored my network connection in one day. Excellent value. Good costumer service.

Worst place to get your phone fix they over charge you and the screen they put on your phone is so cheap.I won’t recommend them . Bad service

When it comes to higher triage work that requires a look into motherboard and / or soldering this is where I take all my devices. They provide honest feedback and work miracles.

My experience with these guys was great until I find out they were switching my original parts too after market which You will never know because the phone is sealed these people are crooked .You might see good ratings but some of these people don’t knowJust be careful don’t trust them believe me I would never take my phone there.

One of the best places to get a screen cover and a replacement all for a low price. Im from up north and they charge an arm and a leg. The customer service here is exemplary. This is a good place to bring your phone for repairs. I took my phone there for a screen replacement and got it back in 15 to 20 minutes.The service was great and prompt, The prices were reasonable. After an over-priced we come to you I-phone repair co was a no-show for my appointment this morning, I searched google and found KS MOBILE less than a mile away. Everything happens for a reason because I am 100%+ satisfied with not only my fixed iPhone (had a broken screen & home button), but the customer service was on point and the price cant be beat. Wow!!!!im like the hardest person to please but Kevin the employee Im not certain if he is a manager but the service he provided for me and my cousin had me buying more than I came for because he was very knowledgeable and helpful and even assisted with the glass case me and my cousin purchased. This is my first review Ive ever done and if it wasnt for his service and the kind heart of his employee Sandra we probably would have went somewhere else ... Called in before going to get an estimate. My phone charging port ( Samsung S5) was no longer holding a charge.. Out of pocket cost $60.00 and they threw in a free little extra ( charge port cover flap). Both the young lady who attended me at drop off and the gentleman (possibly t3ch) who helped me at pick up where very courteous and patient.Happy that the price quoted stood and wasnt changed at drop off; many places upn the price in-store for what sometimes are legit reasons many times not but not KS mobile, I appreciate this.**I might add, that something I didnt do and I know would have been reason for an added charge elsewhere, I forgot to leave the phone unlocked - but the tech called and we figured out a way to settle this (as it was a pattern lock, oops!) Anyway, That is superb customer service in my book, going the extra s/mile**Give them a try, I can say I was very satisfied, most definitely will return for my cellphone repairs.

Phone broke less than 24 hours after they fixed it. When i gave it to them the speaker worked, got it back and both the speaker and microphone werent working. They wanted to recharge me to fix it and refused their 30 day warranty. Rude ladies as well. Wouldnt speak to me in english only spoke to my boyfriend in spanish.
