I cracked my XS Max back glads and was gonna have to pay $150 to get a refurbished replacement. I made the executive decision to simply pay to replace the back and keep my phone. I googled this place and called them they were helpful and gave me a quote over the phone. With all of their 5 star reviews I didn’t think twice about it, I went from Long Beach to downtown LA because I’ve had bad experiences with other repair places so I didn’t mind. Alex fixed my phone he was great and had it done in under 2 hours!! Now my phone is like new again. Brian was also great, both were friendly and welcoming. They offered to let me wait there but I decided to sit in my car and people watch. Luckily I got parking!!

I live around 18 miles from CIR/Los Angeles but because of the positive reviews had to try them. I’m glad I did, response, service, price, was worth it. The only downside was the city work. Couldn’t hear the buzz to open door. I do have to apologize to the person that would not let me go in without being buzzed in. I was told for safety reason. Now back to the shop. . . If I see a lot of positive reviews don’t be surprise to have to wait a little longer for service and vise versa. I do recommend this shop. Thanks!

Took my iPhone 11 Pro to my neighborhood repair shop because the phones as stuck on the apple logo. they told me the motherboard was damaged and was not repairable. Went to Magic Mountain over the weekend and my iPhone XS Max flew out of my pocket on the roller coaster. Was lucky to find my phone but it was destroyed. The front, back and frame was all destroyed. This place is A-MAZING! The technician who serviced me was Brian! I went in today, Saturday, to get my phone fixed and kept running into technical roadblocks. I was super stressed out because I need my phone for work on Monday and tomorrow is Easter Sunday! Not only was Brian patient, kind, and an excellent service provider, but he also gave me genuine advice about what to do in my particular situation. He was not trying to sell me something or to up-charge me for ANYTHING. As someone on a tight budget, this was SO deeply appreciated! In fact, he helped me to save money! I sincerely appreciated this and then ended up buying a completely new phone (which he gave me a ridiculous deal on!) but now I also have a fully functional backup phone so that I never end up in the situation I was in today ever again! He even took the time to give me a tutorial of the new phone I purchased, since it had so many new features when compared with the phone thats now my backup. My reckless son’s phone suddenly stopped working. Would not power on. We took it to Cheapest iPhone repair to repair because of their reviews. Went in for a screen and battery replacement for my iPhone 6s and the tech informed me that my screen protector was broken and only need the battery and a new screen protector. They saved me $50. They were fast and cheaper than other shops for a cracked screen. The guy told me he had a frame in my color but infact be turned my purple phone blue, he asked if it was ok i said yes thinking he was just replacing the rim not the whole thing.... they said 1 hr it was more like 5, they didnt seal the phone correctly(i asked them to fix it and he did some more but its still not 100%)and for some reason he took my pen that was perfectly fine out and replaced it with a new one that doesnt work with my phone. Now Im constantly getting alerts for it being missing and cant use 90% of its intended features.... I was traveling and have epilepsy so I needed it done asap. All in all he got it fixed and was a nice guy, the pen thing bothers me because I specifically asked 4 mine back and he still gave me a different one.

Later on when I noticed more internal issues and couldn’t make it back to the store the owner drove to my house to pick up my phone to take it in for repair and brought it back in perfect condition a few hours later. Made my way to this place for the first time after seeing the good reviews. Called to check price to fix my iPhone screen and it was less than half of what Id just been quoted by a big electronics store that said Id need to schedule an appointment. MAKE SURE to ask about parking, because its downtown...following their recommendation, parking was easy. Phone fixed while I waited and watched. Actually its much more complicated than I imagined so I felt like I got a very good deal. I opted for the after-market screen and everything worked out well. I would go back here for phone and tablet repairs. They are really down to earth and happy to explain what they are doing and why something is recommended. I never felt any upsell, just got it done.

I had a problem with my iphone XS screen, it was a very frustrating problem where the left side of the screen did not work for whatever reason.When I called and consulted with him regarding the problem, he calmly explained the reason for the phone issue and was very descriptive when answering my questions.I am new to LA, so I made sure to call multiple iphone repair shops around the area to compare the prices and just wanted to make sure I went to the right guy. Brian’s shop is not only the cheapest but also the quickest. Brian seemed very confident in his work and I’m very satisfied that my iphone is now working just fine!

The people working there are very nice, however, the quality of my my iPhone XR screen replacement is awful!! I had to go back after the first replacement because there was a weird green glitch when I FaceTimed, and a yellowish tint to the screen. The guy told me the tint was normal because it wasnt an official screen, which I was not told when I went in. So, I ended up paying $130, and had to go in twice for this repair and can say this place is not worth the price. With the second replacement the screen is glitching even more and still has the yellow tint. I wouldnt go back under any circumstance, Im really unhappy with the quality of the iPhone screen replacements they offer. I should have just gone to an apple store.

Very disappointed with my screen quality! While visiting LA, I broke my screen 2 days before returning to NYC. I went to this store and paid $140 for an IPhone XR replacement screen that’s far inferior to my original screen. It has a blue tint, and none of my photos look the way they should. When I went back to resolve the problem, I was told I could take my old broken screen for a refund (pretty unreasonable as I desperately needed a working screen for my travel home). I felt robbed. My problem was never resolved and I’ll end up buying a new screen from Apple. Buyers beware.

Had some issues with the first couch we purchased here. Customer care offered a fair solution to our problem and things were resolved with assistance from the store manager and no added inconvenience. We are now very happy with the couch in our living room.
