This Place is horrible, they put used parts from other cell phones and charged me as if they were using brand new items . Also price is not competitive and they charge much more than their competitors for low grade service. The Owner is not the guy to trust he really tried to scam me. Even one of his employees said that he does this a lot because how are people supposed to know what he’s putting inside their phones. Take your business somewhere else!!

I repaired my iPhone X about a week ago while doing some business in DTLA. Beefix was closest to where i was. after couple days, my touch was started to act funny and pressing buttons on its own. took it to my repair shop near my home and they said they pinched the touch sensor cable while installing it incorrectly. had to replace the screen again. What a waste of time and money.BTW, they bribe all their customers for 5 Star Reviews.

Came in here a couple months ago and the owner was there and did great work. Fast Easy and quick! Walked in today and the new technician acted like he didn’t want to be there, much less do any work. Usually my go to business for repair help in DTLA. Went directly across the street instead and he was way more helpful. I suggest the same.

I called for a price on a screen replacement and they quoted me $99 over the phone. When I arrived, they said it was $149. When I told them what they quoted me, they said, “oh yea, sorry that’s our sale price.” They just try to charge customers based on how they look when they arrive.Also, one of the employees told me he hasn’t been paid in almost two months. They pay below minimum wage and then accuse their employees of stealing so they can fire them without pay. Super shady! Owner just does anything to keep the money for himself. He drives a Porsche while he leaves his employees without pay.

I got my screen and LCD replaced here two weeks ago. First off, note that the colors are not the same as the original OEM Apple screen. Even their upgraded version which claims to be OEM ($40 more) is not the same. Reds are orange and there is an overall desaturation which is not fixable in the display settings. Second, note that their lifetime warranty ONLY covers issues such as buttons not working. I dropped my phone from a very short distance (1) two weeks after getting the screen and LCD replaced and it shattered into several pieces and the LCD turned black. Note that I have a well fitting case on as well. Seemingly very low quality replacement pieces that break easily and not covered by warranty. Attached is a photo of the damage after a very minor drop!

Needed a quick fix for my iPhone 6 screen during my lunch break. My screen was so bad, zoom was nonfunctional, a lot of areas where the touch wouldn’t register. Came here, dropped it off and went to go eat lunch close by. 15 minutes later, good as new👌🏽👍🏽🙌🏽 Great service, the service guy is really nice and friendly and the price is honestly the best I’ve found in all LA! It’s been two weeks now and I’m so happy with the job he did, it feels brand new🙏🏽

I dropped my 1975 Yamaha CA-600 receiver off at Stone Electronics because it was my Dads and had been sitting for many many years and needed a look over. Joe gave it an overhaul and completely fixed the overheating issue it was having. Sounds fricking phenomenal now! Highly recommended spot!

Ive never needed to use an iPhone repair service as Ive been--at least up until now--fairly lucky in keeping my phone in pristine condition. But of course that luck ran out & I dropped it... three times in a month that resulted in several cracks, though thankfully not shattered beyond recognition.

I am beyond happy! broke the camera glass on my galaxy note 9 yesterday and called a couple of places for quotes the two other places Literally quoted me double the price bee fixed did. Also it was the only place that didn’t have to “order it and needed a deposit.” Michael was great he responded to all my texts and was super professional. My phone was ready in less than 15 minutes.

Absolutely amazing, the owner of the shop is willing to stay overtime to fixed my friends iPhone screen when we arrived at 7:30pm. The screen was cracked really bad, and it took him 30 mins to make it like NEW when we received it.

Cant say enough amazing things about this place. I called around 5 places and heard the same story over and over: $90 to $170 bucks to fix the broken screen on my iPhone 7+ with a wait time of at least 3 hours to one day. I called Roma here and not only was he able to fix it in 20 minutes, it cost 25 bucks less and they installed a free glass protector. In my opinion, if you go anywhere else you will definitely get overcharged.

Marlon was a consumate professional who fixed my Google Pixel 3A in under 30 minutes!

I brought a working 4 year old iphone to get a new headphone jack. I asked them to replace the battery too. In the process of the repair they broke the screen and tried to equivocate about how it was probably already broken. Given the ago of the phone, I bargained with them and they agreed to replace the headphone jack, battery, and screen at cost. I got home and then the phone would not charge. I guess the headphone jack and charging port are intertwined. So I brought back my phone the next day and again they tried to act like they shouldnt be responsible for the charging problem. I got them to swap out the headphone charging part they had put in the day before and then it started charging again. At this point I was annoyed but felt they had mostly done the right thing.From then on out my phone would get outrageously hot. Like 150 degrees. I kept using it for a few more months and then had to retire it.My impression is that they use the cheapest parts they can find, so no matter how skilled they are, things are just not going to work right.
